Yew Sen (6/5): - The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all.

Bandara (1/5): Bad - Comfortability They have refund us 1700RMB, now 3 weeks exceeded but yet to receive our money. Never give them deposit more than what you should pay when you checkout. They never refund your money. Never expected this from a international hotel chain. Terrible.
