• Maria Eugenia (6/5): - ¡La ubicación era excepcional! Y el personal muy atento. Limpiaban la habitación a diario y nos cambiaron varias veces las toallas. Todos los días nos ponían champoo y gel y también botellas de agua. El desayuno era correcto, café y bollería en la cafetería de al lado. Nos pusieron problemas para llevarnos el café un día que teníamos prisa… pero al final nos los dieron después de ver mi cara viendo que tenían vasos de take away. Nosotras estuvimos contentas a pesar de tener sus contras. El baño estaba en un altillo, que podría llegar a ser un poco peligroso. Si que es verdad que lo sabíamos de antes y tenía un sensor de luz que funcionaba muy bien, con lo que si tenías cuidado no había problema.. pero para una persona con movilidad reducida imposible. La habitación era muy ruidosa porque son habitaciones como de una casa… así que si tienes problemas para dormir necesitarás tapones o quizás no descanses nada… nosotras no tenemos ese problema.
• Catherine (7/5): Good basic for a night or 2 - Great location and clean, it was nice and quiet after a long journey from Australia to sleep off the jet lag. The access was over the top, a code to get in the main door from the street then ring the buzzer for next door access then lift then another code for main entry then a lock box with code and key for room then another 2 doors. My phone almost ran out of battery which would have been problematic had I not written codes down. The bathroom is out of the room. I would not stay here again it needs to be simplified for a relaxing stay.

Da gentileza do anfitrião ter me mudado por 2vdias para um quarto melhor, apesar de ter voltado para o outro que não gostei. Do quarto número 4, tem uma escada desconfortável para subir, o banheiro é bem apertado, a porta do quarto fica no caminho dos outros hóspedes e entrava luz, o que incomodou muito. Sugiro evitarem o número 4.

It’s not a hotel, it’s airbnb flat – fraudulent description 2. A quest to get in – 3 different doors, different locks, need to have Internet. 3. Form to upload the documents and give personal data on external site – dangerous. 4. Need to pay extra tax not mentioned. 5. No personal on site – nobody helps. 6. No utensils inside – even a cup or knife. 7. Breakfast is two awful croissants, it’s just a snack and not breakfast at all!

• Traveller40 (6/5): Great location - The accommodation wasn’t quite what I expected at first — it reminded me more of a hostel. However, after two nights, I got used to it, and it ended up feeling quite cozy. We stayed for three nights in total. There's a fridge in the room and they provide water daily. The staff were fantastic — communication via WhatsApp was excellent, and they handled last-minute requests with ease. Access to the building is a bit tricky at first, but once you figure it out, it’s no big deal. The location is absolutely perfect, which really makes up for the small inconveniences. Overall, while it wasn’t what I initially expected, the great location and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. As other reviews mention, the breakfast is quite disappointing. The café next door, where it’s served, isn’t great — the man running it is unfriendly, doesn’t speak English, and doesn’t make much effort to communicate. Breakfast consists of two pastries and a drink.

Continuamente llama an al timbre otros huéspedes porque no eran fáciles las instrucciones para abrir la puerta con el código. Llamaban incluso de madrugada y no sé podía dormir bien en esas condiciones.

• Shmuel (8/5): עם התנהלות נכונה המלון יכול להיות ממש נעים ונוח - המיקום מעולה, 2 מרפסות קטנות נחמדות, מיטות נוחות, הרבה מקום לאיחסון בגדים וחפצים ובאופן כללי מקום יפה ונוח לא היה פקיד בקבלה חיכינו עם הילדים שעתיים ברחוב בלי שירותים!! היינו צמאים ועייפים ואף אחד לא פתח לנו לאחר שעתיים של המתנה עד שעה מאוחרת בלילה, אחד מאורחי המלון ראה אותנו והבין את הסיטואציה המאוד לא נעימה שהיינו בה ופתח לנו בבוקר שילמנו בקבלה על ארוחת בוקר וקפה והפקיד שלח אותנו לקומה שבה היינו אמורים לקבל את הארוחה אבל לא היה שם אף אחד מיהרנו לטיסה שלנו, היינו רעבים ולא רצינו לצאת לדרך בלי אוכל אז חיכינו עד שכבר היה מאוחר והיינו מוכרחים ליסוע לשדה התעופה לא קיבלנו ארוחה אפילו ששילמנו ממש עוגמת נפש, אנו מצפים מהנהלת המלון להתייחס ברצינות למקרה ולעשות מה שנדרש כדי שמקרים כאלו לא יקרו בעתיד כמו כן אנו דורשים פיצוי משמעותי דבר כזה לא קרה לי בעבר, זה מקרה קיצוני

• Raquel (9/5): Cómodo y bien situado - Hemos estado muy cómodas en el alojamiento. La cama muy cómoda. Desayuno en el bar de al lado con unos tickets que te dan en el alojamiento (croissants rellenos/donuts artesanales o pizza pequeña + café). Wifi perfecto. Personal amable y buena limpieza. Muy bien situado. El baño de la habitación estaba en un piso superior, con unas escaleras bastante altas que resultaban algo incómodas.
• Stefanie (8/5): NEAPEL - Relativ einfacher check in über Zugangsdaten bzw. -Codes. Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Sobald die Balkontür geschlossen war, blieb der Strassenlärm auch draußen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und kühlte das Zimmer gut runter. Wir mussten am Morgen um 5 Uhr am Flughafen sein und vom Empfang aus wurde uns bereits am Tag vorher das Taxi bestellt. Das Frühstück im Café beinhaltete 2 Teilchen aus der Vitrine und ein Kaltes oder warmes Getränk. Davon durfte auch nicht abgewichen werden. Es sei denn gegen Bezahlung. Ich wollte eines der Teilchen einpacken lassen um es später zu essen, was mir nicht erlaubt wurde. Der Besitzer ist speziell. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit bequemen Betten.

• Anna (10/5): Атмосферным и аутентично, с итальянским шармом, вживую впечатляет больше, чем на фото. - Очень удачное расположение и невероятно атмосферное здание. В нашей комнате были очень высокие потолки и крошечный балкончик - весь интерьер создавал особое ощущение, что мы остановились в настоящем итальянском доме, а не просто в очередном отеле с евроремонтом для «переночевать». Вживую отель выглядит даже лучше, чем на фотографиях (что для сайтов бронирования большая редкость). Заселили нас гораздо раньше официального времени чек-ина, что было очень приятно. Завтрак простенький, но аутентичный: булочка на выбор из соседней пекарни и кофе/сок. Сотрудники отеля супер.

Der Herr am Empfang ist sehr bemüht und meint es wirklich sehr gut mit den Gästen, er macht das wirklich prima. Der Check-in Die Kommunikation für den Check-in bzw. vor allem um nachher das Gepäck wieder holen zu können. Wirklich wenig hilfreich und entgegenkommend.
• Oksana (8/5): A very nice stay at Chamber Duomo. - Excellent location, high ceilings, comfortable beds, and a lovely view of the Duomo from the tiny balcony. The bathroom was clean and spacious. A great touch was the Italian breakfast in the café next door, which included two pastries and a drink.

• Vaia (7/5): Ήταν πολύ καλή με κάποια μικρά ελαττώματα - Η τοποθεσία, ήταν μεγάλο δωμάτιο και μεγάλο κρεβάτι και γενικά πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί οι υπάλληλοι. Μέχρι και νωρίτερα check in μας άφησαν να κάνουμε Η ηχομόνωση μέσα στο σπίτι δεν ήταν καλή, ακούγαμε τα πάντα και για αυτό συνήθως ξυπνούσαμε μέχρι τις 8 το πρωί γιατί έκαναν πολύ φασαρία. Επίσης αρνητικό το ότι το μπάνιο ήταν στον πάνω όροφο και δεν αναφερόταν πουθενά. Και το πρωινό ήταν κάπως μικρό και οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος αγενείς πολύ και χωρίς γνώσεις αγγλικών

• Luca (3/5): - La posizione era comoda si può visitare tutto il centro a piedi e per i posti più lontani la metro è abbastanza comoda. La zona era tranquilla e anche per tornare la sera a piedi. La colazione era scadente, il personale del bar dove si faceva colazione era maleducato, il personale dell'hotel ci ha dato informazioni inestarltte sulla colazione e non ci hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema. Uno dei giorni il bar era chiuso e anche in questo caso l'hotel non ci ha dato comunicazioni. Abbiamo avuto problemi per il check-in, poiché quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno in struttura e non ci hanno mai risposto al telefono arrivando nel primo pomeriggio.

Posizione ottimale per visitare i maggiori punti di interesse della città. Indicazioni precise e puntuali per il check-in. Un grazie speciale al Sig. Antonio e ad Asia che con la loro ospitalità ci hanno accolto, sono stati sempre disponibili e ci hanno fornito preziosi suggerimenti sulla città e sugli spostamenti. Sono queste attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a Napoli ancora più piacevole. Non ci sono punti negativi da segnalare.

• Hazel (8/5): - La ubicación cerca de estaciones de metro, se veia muy tranquilo en la noche, La vista desde la habitación, el elevador, y la limpieza, en el check out nos regalaron agua para el dia super caliente. Las camas individuales estaban super incomodas, ya están hundidas, el desayuno que incluyen, es en una cafeteria a la par que te dejan elegir un café, y dos opciones de reposteria [salada o dulce] el sr que atiende ahi con mala cara y no se le entiende nada porque no hablan ni espanol ni ingles no se ni siquiera si italiano....

• Chrysi Nefeli (9/5): - The location is great if you want to be on foot from and to the city centre. The room was super clean and spacey. The staff (although they didn’t speak a word in english) were very kind and helpful in every way. They were cleaning the room every day. They were even leaving water bottles and candies in the room for a treat. Also it was aesthetically pleasing. High ceilings, big windows and amazing view to the church and the neighbourhood. It is a bit tricky to enter the apartment. It requires 3 steps (not so convenient) and they provide only one key, that was very inconvenient since we were 3 persons in the room. Also when the cleaning happens they put all towels back to the drawers, but this way we couldn’t know whose towel was which.
• Katharina (7/5): Für ein paar Tage eine gute Unteekunft. - Sehr gute Lage, um die Altstadt zu erkunden und nahe einer U-Bahnstation. Es gab immer frische Wasserflaschen und die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gesäubert. Die Klimaanlage war zunächst nicht ganz funktionstüchtig, wurde jedoch schnell repariert und funktionierte dann prima. Das Deluxe Familienzimmer ist relativ groß und für vier Personen ausreichend. Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten, bspw. für Handtücher. Ein paar Garderobenhaken wären praktisch. Das Frühstück ist für mehrere Tage sehr eintönig und italienisch (Heißgetränk oder Orangensaft, zwei Teilchen süß und/herzhaft im der unteren Auslage).

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Högkvalitativ italiensk frukost på närbelägen bar. Allt var bra. Tyvärr var ägaren till baren där frukosten serverades sur och tråkig.

La serrure de la chambre !!!!,on tourne une petite clé, enfin ce n'est pas du tt une serrure ,on a l'impression de laisser la porte ouverte !!!. Le petit déjeuner se prend chez le bar d'a côté, le patron désagréable, Ronchon,il vous sert ce qu'il veut !!!.

• Mario (6/5): - Siehe oben Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und kühlt den Raum nicht, konstantes laufen während des Tages reicht nicht zur Kühlung. Sauberkeit bei Ankunft- Dreck vom Vorgänger im Bad. Läden um die Hitze vom Raum abzuschotten, wurden durch uns geschlossen, von der Reinigungskraft wieder geöffnet.

• Terry (2/5): One of our least pleasant stays. - Room was a good size and nice bathroom There were absolutely no facilities apart from a fridge we had to turn off due to the noise. There were led lights on the bathroom step that reflected in the mirror and lit up the room. Getting in was a mission with 3 keys and a key pad that was a nightmare. Sheets were scratchy and 1 flat pillow . Even though a breakfast is advertised it’s next door at a cafe with a very rude owner and literally a couple of croissants. To use the wardrobe you need to be about 6’5.

• Ojdana (10/5): - Uredan i miran smještaj u neposrednoj blizini katedrale Duomo. Do živopisnih ulica Centro Storico 10 ak je minuta lagane šetnje, a do Quartieri Spagnoli svega 20ak. Tipičan talijanski doručak služi se u caffe baru do ulaza u zgradu. Detaljne upute za self check in dolaze porukom, a vlasnik Antonio je bio na raspolaganju za sva dodatna pitanja. Smjestaj za svaku preporuku!

Se puede ir a la mayoría de sitios caminando El desayuno estaba incluido pero el hombre del bar era muy poco amable, además de que entraba una pieza dulce y una salada, pues en los tres días no pudimos comer salado porque no había y el dulce era muy pesado y poco artesano.

• Marianne (9/5): parfait ! - entendre les cloches de l'église proche de l'hôtel la déshumanisation du système de cet hôtel, qui est en terme de propreté irréprochable, beaucoup de confort, mais plus de personnel. en tout cas, très peux, des codes à taper, des boîtiers a ouvrir, des clefs a prendre, bref! plus d'échanges, c'est très triste, tout est automatisés quel dommage !
• Vania (8/5): - O quarto era muito bom Box do banheiro muito pequeno, o predio é muito velho e sujo, a rua muito suja e prédios muito velhos. Me senti em Havana (Cuba). Porém a cidade toda é muito velha e suja. O café da manhã é servido em um bar ao lado do predio, muito simples e ruim, o sr que serve ser muito ríspido e antipatico.
• Hartmut (2/5): Great location but cannot recommend the apartment because of its deceptive description - Location was right in the middle of the historic old town with most of the cultural sites and restaurants in walking distance. Metro was close for trips to Pompei and Ercolano and the property had an elevator. The bathroom was on the 2nd floor with steep steps made out of unpainted plywood and no railing. This was hazardous when you had to use it half-asleep at night. Nowhere on the description was this mentioned. In order to get into the room you had to get through 4 locked doors/gates either with keys or combo locks.
