• Jake (4/5): It is an amusement center location. - The location is the end Japan town side street where is one way and there are a lot of bars and massage shops on the way hotel who always tout and hold the passenger's arm which are unconformable and challenge for me to go and come back hotel.
• Veronika (9/5): - This hotel is very nice and spacious, with a large kitchen. The location is excellent, right in the middle of a lively street (Japan Town). It can be a bit noisy, but that comes with the convenient location. A 24/7 supermarket is just around the corner and many restaurants. Everything was working perfectly in the apartment. I recommend it if you don’t mind some lively street noise. Nothing.

• Tony (1/5): it didnt happen! - On arriving at the airport i received a text to say i dont have a booking even though i had booked and received confirmation 6 weeks earlier I was moved to another hotel close by. How do these things happen!? causing undo stress arriving into a new country
• Christopher (8/5): Would be great for a long stay - We Home is a comfortable retreat deep inside the Japan Town alleys. I made a late booking after another place cancelled and Quyền looked after me and made sure I was able to find it and self check in around midnight. My room had a basic kitchen, large bathroom with bathtub, plenty of storage for long stays. No big problem but to get GRAB cars you have to walk out to the street outside the alleys - that’s easy.

Host very responsive and happy to help Shower is terrible - temperature fluctuates so will sometimes jump really hot and almost burn you meaning you need to have it cold so when it randomly heats up it's bearable. Also doesn't reach up meaning you have to sit, plus not joined to wall so water gets in under bath and was spreading to toilet. Black mould on the air conditioner which is a health hazard too. Mattress was a bit too firm for me but that's just my preference.

• Terrence (8/5): - I had a hard time finding the location. It is tucked away in the alley. Loud music nightly until 10pm. I really enjoyed the stay in the heart of Japan Town walkable and close to amazing shopping. Not for the family but for the young and young at heart it’s a great stay.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Japantown, surrounded by an incredible variety of restaurants and bars, it is an easy walk to many of Ho Chi Minh's main tourist attractions. The apartment itself is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you could need, making it easy to cook meals if you feel like staying in. Having supermarkets nearby was also super convenient. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, comfortable linen and bed, as well as hot water in the shower. The staff were always available and happy to help with anything we needed. The owner deserves a special mention for their outstanding communication—they were so quick to respond and made sure everything was good during our stay. We loved staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in Ho Chi Minh City, this is it. Highly recommend!
• Alok (4/5): Disappointing - It is spacious. 1. The location is uncomfortable. Every time one comes to or leaves the property, one has to walk past the "hostess bars". 2. The bathroom is not suitable for showering. Attempting to shower results in the bathroom floor getting quite wet. 3. The cleaning staff didn't actually clean the room during the course of our stay.

Emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville mais il faut supporter les sollicitations incessantes des filles de bars ou de restaurants. Ceci-dit la chambre est très calme, confortable et propre. L'accès indépendant par codes est pratique. Je reviendrai.

• Simon (10/5): Way better than expected, would stay there again. - Lovely host, excellent location, larger than expected and well-equipped with a separate kitchen. Not too loud even though it was in the heart of the Japan town area. Minor criticism - the shower wasn't the best. A little awkward to use, and the hot water was unpredictable at times. But that's a very minor criticism.

• Brendan (9/5): Nice little spot tucked away in Japan Town - Lovely little spot in Japan Town. Room was nice, bed was comfy, everything was very clean. It's run like an AirBnB, not a hotel - no reception, they just give you the front door and room codes and a phone number. Everything was fine with that, seemed pretty seamless. Overall great value for money because the location is pretty prime without breaking the bank. I didn't mind, but you should know that Japan Town is gated (cars can't go in) and this spot is deep inside of it in a dead end alleyway (though that's only a two minute walk from the entrance - it's small). You should also know if you're travelling with a family that Japan Town is basically saturated with gogo bars, so you'll have to walk the gauntlet every time you want to get to your apartment (literally no way to avoid it). Not a big deal if travelling as a couple or friends, but with small kids maybe not.
• Agnieszka (6/5): It wasn’t a nice stay. - Nice host. First of all the description shows that the bedroom I a separate room. No - it is not separate, it’s in the leaving room. You can only use the drapes to make it more private. Apartment is very loud, especially during the night. It is also very dark, all windows are taped sticker. Many ants inside the apartment. Furniture stinks, microwave was dirty, also the cutlery and frying pan needed to be cleaned out before the first meal.
• CHIEN JUNG (10/5): - 住在1-4樓是沒問題的，住在5樓的話，就需要再爬一層樓梯，如果行李很重或有小孩的話，需要考慮一下，整體來說是乾淨舒服的該有的都有，附近也要走路去哪也很方便
• SUNHEE (8/5): 가성비 좋은 호텔 - 한국인이 이용하기에는 약간 어려움이 있습니다. 차량 진입이 불가능한 좁은 골목길 끝쪽에 위치하고 있고 비대면으로 체크인과 체크아웃을 해야하는 호텔이기 때문에 이런 점을 감안해서 이용한다면 추천하고 싶습니다. 호텔 출입을 위하여 체크인시에 직원과 통화한 후 스마트 도어락을 직접 열고 들어가야 합니다. 호치민 시가지에 위치하고 있어서 접근성은 매우 좋은 곳입니다.

• Paula (5/5): Not a pleasant experience - The location was fairly central and in the middle of the "action" if you like that sort of thing. Particularly good if you like Japanese food, drunken men and sleazy massage parlours. Large 20 l drinking water bottle provided. Tucked away in the middle of narrow alleys you need data to follow the map. The air conditioning didn't work well, limping along on just about cool enough to manage. The towels smelled musty, including the new ones provided when we asked for them to be replaced. The WiFi slow and peculiarly was blocked by my computer, so I had to use data to listen to bbc radio news and wasn't allowed in to some of my own sites. The web site didn't mention that the frosted windows open onto a wall almost within touching distance. Theatregoers they can't really be used for natural light and air. The desk in the lobby was always deserted (apart from the motor cycles and bikes) so all communication has to go through my booking site

• Schwartz (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place, quite professionally managed - Not applicable, I don’t eat breakfast , but there’s a bunch of sushi places nearby and 3 convenience stores within a 2 minute walk The stovetop, maybe it is broken because I tried repeatedly to use and the controls were either inop or simply confusing. Also the frying pan was aluminum which doesn’t work on induction stove, non magnetic.

• Buhm (6/5): Sorry, not impressed... - Location was close to the main attraction of district 1. Can walk easily. Place is at the inside end corner in the Japan town. Have to walk through some massage places and bars. Wasn't that bad but not preferred. Our place was on the 5th floor. Elevator only goes up to 4, so need to carry stuff up and down the stairs. If you have heavy, lot of stuff or difficulty with stairs then must reconsider. Also, the place is kind of showing signs of getting old. It seems they did repaint the place but had old stuffy smell especially the closets and bed frame where our heads rests so was uncomfortable. AC was very dirty and dusty to the point we ended up cleaning the filters and AC casing and try to sanitize as much as possible. It helped somewhat. Bathroom has that sewage smell so try to clean as much as possible and flush/run the water regularly to keep the smell. I think, they really need to update the place.
