• Hoa Phan (8/5): Phù hợp để đi công tác. - Mình đi công tác ở Trung tâm hội nghị quốc gia, chỗ ở sang trung tâm hội nghị rất gần, tiện di chuyển. Khu vực xung quanh tấp nập, dễ tìm quán ăn. Buffet sáng chưa phong phú lắm, mình ở 3 ngày thì món y hệt nhau. Tuy nhiên vì cũng ăn nhanh để đi làm nên mình thấy cũng không có vấn đề gì lắm.

• Olga (10/5): Я обязательно приеду еще. - Удобные чистые номера, хороший завтрак в светлом ресторане с видом на парк и город, есть вегетарианские опции. Регулярная уборка, замена полотенец и белья. Категорию номера мне повысили. Каждый раз, когда шел дождь, персонал встречал меня с зонтом из такси. Я прожила в отеле неделю и продлила его еще на одну ночь, потому что не хотелось уезжать. Спортзал маленький, но очень чистый, и со всем инвентарем, который был мне нужен для тренировок. В спортзале чистый санузел с душевой. Хороший тихий отель, в общем. Этот район Ханоя я люблю, он хорошо подходит для длительного пребывания, в отличие от суматошного центра. Для того, чтобы включить чайник, приходилось выключать из розетки холодильник, нужен удлинитель или тройник, еще одна розетка.

Очень хорошо, как дома. Внимательный персонал, чисто, ежедневная уборка. Повысили категорию номера. Хороший завтрак в светлом ресторане с видом. Есть небольшой спортзал, что было важно для меня. Доступ к розетке чайника (включить можно или чайник, или холодильник).

I liked virtually everything about my stay. It's a wonderful hotel, but the location is the weakest point. It takes longer than you would like to get into the city center. It would be nice to have some more eggs at breakfast.

It's incredibly budget-friendly, clean, and centrally located for exploring Hanoi. But the real star? Ms. Quynh Pham at the front desk. Her genuine warmth and that killer smile made my stay extra special. Totally recommend Gloud Hotel for a chill time in Hanoi! Nothing

• Meow (8/5): Comfortable bed and good location for National Convention Centre - Range of food available at breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect for where I wanted to go - which is the National Convention Centre. The bed is huge and very comfortable, airconditioner worked well and was cold enough. Hot water is available, and the water pressure is acceptable. Staff is excellent - polite, professional and very willing to help. Wifi was available most of the time and acceptable. There was construction on my floor on two consecutive mornings starting from 9AM so that woke me up. Was told this was a one off and only happened to be the two mornings that I was there. The fire alarm also went off twice and took a long time to be switched off.

I had problems with the room when I first arrived, but Hieu Nguyen at the front desk helped resolve everything, quickly and efficiently. For a junior suite, I wish they had a microwave . The location was OK but I wish I could walk to most places. At least I was able to order a Grab ride easily .

• Vu (7/5): Good value hotel but still under construction. Amenities need to be improved. - Good value hotel. The hotel is brand new, it has very good facilities. Since it's new it's very clear. The breakfast is also enjoyable. This is a new hotel, so there are still contruction works to be completed. The provided amentities such as shampoo, shower and body lotion is not really good quality.
• Alberto (7/5): Great staff and comfortable stay - The Hotel is pretty new (July 2023). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet was very good and the restaurant has a nice view from the top floor (it is just in front of the Marriot). The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The rooms are equipped with smart TVs with Netflix and Prime (included for free). This hotel has no pool (I recommend FTE Ba Dinh Hotel, from the same owners, which has pool and has a better location). It is a little bit far from the Old Quarter which takes around 40min to get there.
• Bianca (8/5): Very good - The staff were helpful and friendly The breakfast was not International and they was no variety in the breakfast. I stayed for one week and ate the same thing everyday. Also its a Vietnamese hotel and they tend to help them in the live stations

I traveled to attend the meeting at the national convention center, which was very close to the hotel, 5 minutes on foot. WIll definitely stay at the hotel when I am back to Hanoi Nothing
