Hernandez Acevedo (7/5): Ça va. - Endroit très original et privé. Je n'ai jamais eu avant dans tous mes voyages faire le check-in après 16h et le check-out avant 11h. On parle de moins de 12 heures. Je ne suis pas non plus habitué à traiter mes inquiétudes avec personne. J'ai tout le temps communiqué par cette application. Je ne trouve pas ça très chaleureux. Est-ce-que c'est dû aux temps modernes ?

narendran ramakrishnan (8/5): - The room was actually an apartment, with a kitchenette and a washing machine. The beds were very comfortable. There is nothing much else. No restaurant, the main road is sort of spooky to walk after 8 pm.

Nicolas (9/5): Es war super und wir würden wieder kommen. - Hotelzimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel ist in einer euhigen Gegend. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist etwa 20 Minuten vom touristischen Zentrum entfernt. Ist aber nicht schlimm. Dafür sehr nahe an der Trainstreet.

Lauren (8/5): Great for 2 nights. - Lovely property, reception was gorgeous. Staff were nice and let us keep our bags in the hotel until late after check out. A good 25 minute walk to old quarter and other attractions, didn’t bother us but good to point out. Rooms were great, maybe needed a deeper clean in bathroom etc.

Ellie (10/5): Highly recommended! An oasis in Hanoi. - 1- location, excellent local eats. Location helped make our stay in Hanoi. Cong vien little lake nearby, traditional. Loved it. 2- so clean! beautifully styled, Vietnamese sensibility. 3- so quiet! Great sleep. 4- washing machine really helped. We were upgraded on arrival to an apartment, much appreciated and so sad to leave it. It was a great oasis. Thank you. 5- kind staff, and not pushy at all. 6- it smelt good. 7- comfortable Nothing.

Thoa (10/5): - Mình vừa có dịp nghỉ tại khách sạn Eli Rina và phải nói là trải nghiệm cực kỳ tuyệt vời! Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoải mái, rất hợp lý với mức giá. Đặc biệt, nhân viên lễ tân bạn Thư siêu dễ thương và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi mình cần giúp đỡ. Mình cảm thấy như được chào đón như gia đình. Engemann (10/5): One of the best hotels I’ve been for not much money! <3 - I really love the furniture and the room size. Everything was exactly like on the picture. The stuff were just great soo friendly so nice excellent. It was a quite place but not to far away from the center I always walked. Also 3 min away from the hotel is the literature temple which is amazing highly recommend a visit to that temple. What can I say I only had a wonderful experience and I miss it soo much. A big thank you to Nguyen !! He was the nicest and the best such a nice person he helped me to get to my taxi which was 10 min away because at the time I was leaving it was independent day in Vietnam and so many streets where blocked. He carried the whole way my suitcases and helped me to go through all the people which was so amazing. All in all highly recommend if you want a nice, clean and quit place <33

Jean-Luc (10/5): An oasis of peace in Hanoi - Above all, this hotel is perfectly quiet. It is located in an alley without cars and from our room on the 5th floor we didn't hear any sound of traffic. The staff was friendly, competent, and helpful. The facilities are excellent, including a good, private washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen, which we used for breakfast. The location close to the Temple of Literature and railway station is good, with the old quarter still within walking distance. The water from the shower didn't fall completely in the bathtub and partly spilled on the floor.

Стильные, просторные, чистые номера. В Ханое в это время года холодно и отдельный плюс за то, что кондиционеры в номерах работают на тепло.

Vanessa (8/5): More of an apartment building than a hotel - This is more of an apartment building than a hotel. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and the hotel is down a quiet alley, just outside the Old Quarter so you don't get much street noise (the city is overridden with noisy motorbikes, so this is an important consideration). The beds were uncomfortably hard and there isn't a proper restaurant on site, despite what you read on the internet. There is small cafe on site with limited hours that serves mostly coffee and fruit juices as well as some breakfast foods (the options here aren't immediately obvious and require asking). It is definitely not a restaurant and there is no hotel bar. In addition, some simple requests are not met like coke lite / diet coke not available. The lobby area is a bit soul-less. Lots of glass and marble and a massive Christmas tree - but gloomy; lacking in ambience and traditional hotel facilities.

It’s an easy walk or a short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the neighborhood. The hotel itself is very clean, looks new, and all the staff are extremely helpful. None

Jackie (10/5): Extraordinary hospitality with staff absolutely making the stay so great! - The staff were so accommodating and kind! We only knew Maxie by name at the reception, but all the staff, at all hours were always to smiley and welcoming. The location was wonderful, especially if you’re jet lagged and need a more peaceful hotel to stay at. It’s not far from the old quarter, and was really easy to get around.

Neil Brian (8/5): Good location, comfortable and good room. Friendly and pleasant service. No regrets. Satisfied. - The hotel is very conveniently located at a neighborhood to the west of Hanoi station and walking distance to Temple of Literature. I appreciated the small eateries along the area which looked to serve the residents and the students from a school just across the road. The room was clean and nice and the showers were clean too. There was breakfast service and airport transfer which we did not purchase with our stay, but utilized on our last day when our flight was early at noon, which the front desk helped arranged for us when I requested. This is minor but worth mentioning. As some comments on Google review have pointed out, the rooms are not exactly soundproof, as you can hear the surrounding neighborhood and possibly the corridor of the hotel during the day. But this hasn't been a problem for us as the area becomes quiet during sleeping time and I had zero issues getting sleep.
Lin Bing-Yi (8/5): - An apartment-style hotel with spacious rooms and complete furnishings, making it feel like a small home. The washing machine and fully equipped kitchen are great for long-term stays. The only downside is the shower design—water tends to flow along the bathtub edge into other parts of the bathroom. The staff are warm and attentive, and overall the stay is still very pleasant.

Karolina (8/5): Great value for money! - The location was really good (even though it was outside the Old Quarter so we couldn’t use some of the third-party tour shuttle pickups - something to consider). The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy The bathroom is really small and a bit awkward to move around in, but it’s not a big deal 🙂
Jan (10/5): - Amazing rooms - the decor is beautiful, and the size is great! The location is also awesome, just a little removed from the hubbub and noise of the Old Quarter, which is great for escaping at night. Minh and Tuy went above and beyond - chopping up a watermelon I had purchased - thank you SO MUCH! Will definitely be coming back!
Daniel Eduardo (10/5): Una joya escondida - Es un hotel con un ambiente muy elegante y sofisticado, con una ubicación muy conveniente cerca a los principales lugares turísticos de Hanoi (templo de la literatura, mausoleo de Ho Chi Ming) La entrada es en un callejón que no está actualizado en Google maps, sin embargo el hotel y su lobby estan allí y son preciosos. Nos fue muy bien incluso llegando de noche. Además el servicio fue impecable, nos ayudaron a coordinar toures a Ha Long Bai y transporte hasta Ninh Binh, con precios buenos y muchas facilidades. Literalmente una joya escondida (en el callejón).
