Guest Reviews
- Carol (8/5): A comfortable stay in a wonderful place. - I liked the fact that the property was only a couple of minutes walk from the Village with a grocery store just by the nearest entrance and close to public buses. My unit was well laid out and the bed extremely comfortable. Staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The decor is a bit dated- very beige.
- Laura (7/5): - Camera spaziosa, ottima posizione Camere vecchie da rinnovare, moquette macchiata, divano letto scomodissimo
- Catarina (7/5): - The hotel offers an outdoor heated pool, a sauna and a gym. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the room offers many amenities, including a coffee machine and a kettle. Very close to the town shops and restaurants.
Great value for this time of the year. The hotel and the rooms are a bit outdated.
- Alexandra (9/5): - Der Pool ist toll, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet
- Xiao (5/5): One of the cheaper places to stay in Whistler - adequate for winter sports visitors but still overpriced for the quality - Good location, large living space. Stove not working, fireplace not working, broken closet door, dusty patio furniture, late check-in and early check-out, no key cards but instead long combination for common areas, no early morning gym/pool access
- N (9/5): Very happy with our pick. - The is a great property. The pool area is fabulous, the staff helpful, the rooms a great size, and ours had washing machine and dryer in the room. We had an issue with the aircon on arrival and it was attended to immediately. We loved the position of the hotel, close enough to all the main shopping and restaurants, and the view from our room was exactly as expected- gorgeous. Parking is extra, but we were aware of that.
- Kurt (8/5): Nice apartment - Nice apartment with plenty of facilities.
Great views from our Room to whistler and the mountain beyond. Room was a little aged, staff was not bad or ride but not great either
- Kellar (9/5): My stay was great unfortunately I was scammed out of $100.00 that I should have seen coming. - I was charged an extra $100.00 for housekeeping. Was not in advertisement simply in very small print when I was trying to secure my room. It was booked last minute and I could not do anything but pay the fee or not get the room I wanted for an Anniversary day away. The hotel was great .... never experienced anything like this with booking.com before.
Will never use again
- Darlene (9/5): Located right near entrance to Village. Convenient location, while still nice and quiet. Lovely pool -
- Courtney (8/5): Thank you!!! - It was so nice to make our own meals. It was cozy The check out is early, towels were out for the pool.
- Jenny (10/5): easy check in perfect location clean pool fantastic !! would return again -
- andrew (9/5): -
- Stephannie (10/5): Stayed many times before and will chose without question again. - Resort style stay close to everything Sun hits blinds in bedroom like nuclear blast in morning
No block out blinds , so bring a sleeping mask!!
- Taras (8/5): - Location was very good. Communication with arrival/ check in info was excellent. Well provisioned apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfortable bed. Quiet in the hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Additional products, coffee, tea, shampoos etc available on request. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment programme which did not impact our stay at all. Work scheduled between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Overall, very good. Certainly would recommend this venue and would definitely book again. Cost of parking was expensive and was for full days, even if just partial days used due to arrival and departure. 9 character key codes for access to the car park seems excessive, especially when it fails and a new one is required. 6 number key codes for the room access also seems excessive. The accomodation can seem impersonal as all information to access the car park and room is provided in advance. Car park payment is also on line.
- christine (10/5): - Really quiet and just outside the village centre. Great view of the pool and the mountains.
- Glenn (9/5): -
- Izak (8/5): Heerlijk zelfvoorzienende studio - De ligging tov centrum, het zwembad en zelfvoorzienende studio. Raamsverduistering bestond uit ‘luxaflex’ en sloot niet goed af waardoor het snel weer licht was
- Karen louise (8/5): Well equipped apartment close to the town centre and transport hub - The hotel apartment was conveniently located near the bus station, shops and restaurants. It was well equipped and had everything i needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. During commuter hours, the outside traffic was very loud.
- Chris (9/5): -
- Diane (8/5): Wonderful, pool was great - Location is excellent Nil
- Ivan (7/5): I would Reccommmed it for sure as it is a good place to stay. - It is close to the Village It is a bit old and outdated, specially the bathrooms.
- tim (9/5): Really nice stay and in an excellent location for all that the area had to offer. - The location was excellent and the staff were really helpful Decor perhaps a little bit dated

- Louise (8/5): -
- Doreen (10/5): -
- Christopher (7/5): Good value for skiing. - Reasonable access for skiing (with ski storage).
- Jesse (8/5): - Un code et la méthode à suivre pour avoir accès au service m'a été envoyé par courriel une journée avant mon arrivée. Nous devions continuellement utilisé des codes pour avoir accès aux installations. J'aurai préféré une carte
- Heide (7/5): Expected more! - Very small room and dated, it could use an upgrade. Had to pay extra for parking
- Mark (9/5): -
- Mohamed (7/5): -

- Lars (8/5): God placering og okay pris - Værelse var fint størrelse. udendørs pool og jacuzzi.
- Cristina (7/5): -
- Keval (10/5): - location, clean, staff service
- Hui (8/5): It was good as expected. - The access in and out of garage could be better, and the entry codes were inconsistent.
- Polina (10/5): -
- Ciara (8/5): -
- Sophie (9/5): Easy, comfortable and a great stay - The stay at Cascade lodge could not have been easier. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was PERFECT. The pool and hot tub were lovely, best way to end the ski day. Robes would have been nice! On the website they show robes are included and we were sad to see that didn’t have any.
- Lena (6/5): Ok men inte riktigt värt pengarna - Centralt Lite sunkigt
- Ansh (9/5): -
- John Murray (8/5): -
- lara (7/5): Great location. So-so room. - Great location! We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Property was clean. The bed was not comfortable and the room was just okay for the price. No where to sit other than the bed or hard kitchen chair.
- Cleo (10/5): Perfect place to stay in whistler - Location
Cleanliness
Really friendly staff
Pool Nothing
- Jessica (8/5): -
- David Wittekind (6/5): Great value and within ten-minute walk to Whistler Blackcomb. - Baggage storage till check in available. No ice machine on property.
- Ken (2/5): Poor quality bed and poor quality sleep - Location and staff. The room was updated and extremely basic. The one of two hot plates on the stove did not work. The closet door seemed to be broken. The very very small appliances were difficult to use and operate. Most importantly, our first night sleeping on the bed was extremely restless for both. We woke up very early and feeling exhausted. I think the mattress is well blasted its replacement point. It makes further sense because we took the unusual step of rotating the mattress ourselves on the second night and had more support for our sleep. This room feels like a part of the hotel the time has forgotten.
- 谷口 (7/5): -
- Teresa (7/5): It was great but a loud noise outside my room woke me up three times on Saturday morning. -
- Amy (8/5): -
- Adrian (9/5): Great overall place! Would stay here again. -

- katherine (9/5): Pleasant, clean hotel. Perfect for families of 5 - Really liked the Cascade Lodge . It was ideal for my family and I during our short ski trip to Whistler. It was spacious and clean and the heated pool was a big hit with my kids. We will be back Nothing all good
- patricia (9/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): - Comfy and good location
Good value
- Don (8/5): -
- NAGORE (9/5): -
- Hui (8/5): -
- Holly (7/5): A great location but a basic stay - A great location for exploring Whistler, it had everything you needed for cooking as well. Lots of minor niggles which added up - WiFi was really poor, the heating was really loud in the nighttime, the TV was difficult to use and only the basic channels worked, the carpet made it difficult to open the fridge.
- Brent (9/5): -
- Addison (10/5): -
- Austrine (7/5): -
- Madeleine (7/5): -
- William (8/5): A great family friend resort, in the Whistler village and a 10 minute walk to the first chairs and gondolas - Close to the. I’ll age and close to the ski lifts Hot tubs were too small
- Christine (10/5): - Great location, great rooms lots of space, very clean. Would definitely stay again Nothing it was great
- van Rikxoort (7/5): -
- Heather (9/5): Nothing beats this location and value of accommodation - Love the location. Our apartment style room was great. We made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed evening and morning swims in the pool and all day fun on the mountain! No pool towels
At open of facility - it should be ready to go
Husband had to go ask for towels at the desk soaking wet.
- Mike (8/5): Enjoyed my third stay at the cascade lodge. - I like the fact that both hot tubs and the pool were operational during my stay. I did not like the fact that the girl at the front desk (Courtney) could not tell me when the shuttle buses would arrive close to the hotel to take me to the ski lift. She asked me to search that. Shouldn't she know? Yes she should! And then she proceeded to give me the wrong bus number.Instead of telling me to take bus number four. Very disappointed.
- Graham (7/5): -
- Ozge (9/5): Good choice for Whistler village. - Pool and the hot tubs were good. Room was clean.
- Rosie (9/5): V comfortable, great pool sauna & hot tub - Heated Pool and hot tub was v handy in snow and rain The studio kitchen area was v tight for space and needed a bit of juggling to prep food in it, but managed pretty well.
- Craig (8/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - Close to the village and market. Loved the pool. Our room could do with a freshen up and some more kitchen utensils.
- Jasdeep (4/5): Room not thr quality shown - Location Old dated room, thermostat batteries were out. Dry cleaner had to get fixed. Rug curtains washroom all very old worn out. Booking.com showed a nice new renovated 1 bedroom suite. Not what we got. When asking staff they said it was not their issue because it was booked through booking.com. they said booking.com tends to show nice suites but the book less nicer ones.
- Jose (9/5): Good location - Good location and price There were not much convenience options (personal care items)
- Vy (10/5): Great location and stay! They provided all the amenities that we needed for our 3 day trip. -
- Christine (8/5): It was really good with helpful staff but we felt a bit rushed out of the pool area. I realize they have to get things d - Close to amenities has a pool hot tub and sauna. We’ve stayed here before. We got a free cot for an extra guest free of charge and I was glad to have the concierge take our ski gear for us. Being kicked out of the pool 5 minutes early, the sauna 8 minutes early. When we arrived late we had to leave our skis in our vehicle because concierge was closed(no gear in the room). The parking was 26$ a day
- Laura (10/5): Comfort in a great location - Fantastic location right across from the bus station, but it felt like we were in the forest somewhere with all the lovely trees. The hot tub in the evening snow was nothing short of magical. Helpful staff downstairs, laundry was convenient. Free shuttle to the gondolas right across the road made every morning a breeze, although it was also walkable if necessary.
- Kathleen (9/5): I highly recommend the Cascade Lodge for solo travelers looking for a convenient, comfortable, and clean lodge close to - The location was ideal for walking to the mountain. I really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor pool after a full day of skiing. The bed was comfy and the property had everything I needed. It was just a little pricey. That’s it!
- Emmalyn (6/5): - So much light comes through the blinds at night and the morning, no room cleaning for 10 day stay
- Brenden (8/5): -
- Sheila (9/5): - Great location ! A quick bus ride to the mountain. Short walk to everything else.
- Wendi (10/5): -
- Jodi (9/5): -
- Giezelle (8/5): -
- Rosarii (9/5): - Very clean and comfortable.Staff excellent

- Kristie (9/5): Overall a great spot and we were happy with our stay, but for it to be amazing and really worth the price, it’s time for - Great location and large rooms. Plenty of space for a family of four with a living room and full kitchen. We booked two adjoining rooms, one studio and one a one-bedroom apartment - they adjoined via a private entrance so we could have the kids in the studio and still feel like we were in one room. The rooms are a bit dated, with what appears to be the original furniture and carpet. Could definitely do with a refresh to make it worth the price.
- Daniel (8/5): Good location for the lifts, easy walk through the village each day. Close to cafes and restaurants. -
- Marie (10/5): - Les commodités, le spa et la piscine après le ski, un gros plus. Le divan-lit n’est pas confortable.
- Ken (9/5): Well located, efficient, comfortable accommodations. - Nice bed and pillows. Could have an oven.
- Susaine (7/5): - I like how you have your own place for a solo trip person I found some stains on my bed and I had to wait for 30mins to get a room.
- kevin (9/5): Would stay again for sure because it’s on a great location - Loved this place. Just a short walk to the village and it had underground parking. The outside heated pool was good as well. Staff did a fantastic job helping us with what ever we ask. Nothing
- Ian and Donna (10/5): Fabulous location and accommodation. Staff very helpful. Will stay again - Clean , great staff and great location Nothing, it was excellent
