- Linda (1/5): Sketchy management practices, inconvenience and clear downgrade ruined what would have been a great stay. Before booking - Location and pool were fabulous. We are a family of five. I rented a three bedroom with a king and two queens based on the pictures and description in the posting. We spent one night in unit 903 which was great and as expected from pictures. We were told at checkin that the unit we “actually” rented had a broken AC that would be fixed and we would need to move the next day. While we were out for the day, they “helped” move our stuff to unit 901. If I had been home I would not have agreed to move to an inferior unit that I did not in fact rent. None of the pictures in the posting showed this particular unit which was all around smaller (e.g. table for four instead of six as in pictures, cramped bedrooms) and did not have a king (901 all beds same size/uncomfortable mattresses, 903 nice king and two queens ). Unbeknownst to them, my mother was home when they came to move us. She was witness to the fact that the new unit looked like someone just left and saw them clear out trash, change linens and clean while she had to sit and watch. By the time I returned, our things were moved and new tenants were in the previous unit. When I protested, they graciously said if we do not like the accommodations, we were welcome to checkout and get refund for two nights. On the evening of the second day of a three day visit, we had no choice but to stay. I have stayed in worse rentals and have never complained because it was as pictured, described or i rented despite reading reviews.

- Nina (5/5): Do not stay in room 1411 which is located on level 14. It was a very unpleasant stay. - The roof top pool and location was great! The master bedroom toilet was leaking which caused the whole apartment to smell like urine. The bed sheets had red stains which we didn’t know until the second day as we checked in at night time. The second bedroom bed leg was broken which made the bed slanted. The “cot” is not a cot it was a play pen or pack and play without a mattress.
