- Zim (8/5): Hanoi trip - Location is excellent. Breakfast menu is good and free breakfast was good. Condition of the place though is quite dated and need some upgrade.
- Kristopher (4/5): - Loved the location of the property, but this hotel is in need of a good cleaning and renovation. There was so much clutter on the lobby area and outside the lobby elevators. The room was a bit depressing as it was in need of an update/refresh. The shower head was so old and corroded that water barely came out. Better places are not too far from this hotel for a more reasonable price.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, great location - The hotel is nice, located in the centre of the Old City, which meant it was a bit noisy. Not that we minded, it was great to have everything on our doorstep. Room was clean if a little worn. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
