- Richard (8/5): - The free airport pickup and drop was great, especially because Hanoi's international airport terminal is very hectic. The staff were very friendly. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge and glassed in... interesting... but the shower drain was not very efficient. The breakfast, was very basic - eggs and bread, or soup and eggs. All ok, although they might want to add more fruit options to the breakfast. For lunch and dinner there is only local dinning, with a Barbecue restaurant next door, that closes at 930 pm, and some small groceries and other restaurants close to the hotel. They might want to help facilitate GRAB dining (a local version of Uber) options for guests arriving after long international flights.

Pese a la dificultad del idioma se esforzaron por entender nuestras inquietudes y necesidades. Y todo fue excelente. El transfer al aeropuerto impecable, una camioneta cómoda, entramos cómodos 4 personas con bastante equipaje. La habitación era grande cómoda y con todo lo necesario para un alojamiento de paso. El hotel está ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto. La zona es similar al resto de Hanoi. O sea hay que ponerlo en ese contexto. Es seguro.

- terry (9/5): Quick, in and out with clean basic amenities for one night. - Great location to airport. Run by a quiet hardworking family. Added bonus with a nice free breakfast and ride to airport . Perfect for a one night stay during travel. Surrounding Bruno hood a bitcoin down but that’s where the hotels are situated.
- ralucadepeluna (9/5): Very close to airport super clean hotel - Very convenient location close to the airport, only 6 minutes by car, and the accommodation also offers transportation, which was really helpful. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and more than we needed for a one-night transit stay. There are a few local places to eat nearby, but they close around 7 PM, so food options are limited if you arrive late. Other than that, everything was very good.

We got a free breakfast and a free ride to and from the Airport... The owners offer to pick you up from the Airport after landing and if you're catching a flight out from the hotel they will drop you off for free... Something you may want to check with them after checking in at this hotel... For what I paid the value was worth my stay... Nothing really a lot of local restaurants for reasonable prices... Going to Hanoi center is a reasonable price via the Grab app (Vietnam's Uber) Grab also delivers food to the hotel with many selections from many restaurants in the area...

The towels were old, uncomfortable and felt like tissue paper.

I like to be able to look outside, not that they had fabulous views. Lots of transit hotels in the area. Convenient 10 min drive from/to Airport. Staff will organise taxi to airport. Basic breakfast included adding value for money. Not so gluten free or vegetarian friendly though. Receptionist uses translation app on her phone to communicate. It worked well. Is really only ideal for an overnight stopper between flights. It's too far out to organise a day tour, and I discovered after doing a walking exploration in all directions, that there is nothing of interest here.

Was able to be picked up from the airport for a very small amount of money. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Perfect for an early morning flight as the airport is only a few minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay again if we require early morning transfers. Nothing.

The hotel has a shuttle service available upon request. Staff are all friendly and kind. They arranged for us to check in very early and very quickly (we arrived around 8am). The room was very quiet even though I needed to sleep during the day after a long flight, very clean, very spacious and very comfortable, with many free amenities in the room including bottled water. highly recommended and my family will come back

They offer a la carte breakfast as well as a buffet, fresh orange juice and fruit, and they drove us to the airport at no extra charge. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, located right next to the highway but very well insulated and the room is very quiet and large so we can rest properly. . 100% recommended!

Firstly there rooms massive in size and so clean with all the amenities. I had a room with Jacuzzi loved it. Very comfortable stay and the hosts are so welcoming makes you feel like home. - Rajul (8/5): - Property was close to the airport Good place to stay overnight for one night stay. Breakfast was ok. Our flight was late We arived after modnight. Hotel did not provide shutle from the airpot to the hotel. Return shutle was provided and we were happy with it. The place was hard to find at nighttime. Following Google we were able to find it. Taxi driver did not know the exact location.

The hotel even offers airport transfer for a good price! Opposite there is a very good restaurant with great prices

- Charissa (6/5): Cheap place for a quick night near the airport. - The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. The airport pickup was nice. Lots of things in the room were broken or just super old. The weather was pretty cold while we were there but there is no heat in the room.
