• Kelly (7/5): Good for one night stay. - The location was great, in the old quarter very central. The staff were so friendly, kind & helpful. Unfortunately the room was not great, not like the pictures, lots of wear and tear, it is possible that we just got a bad room, as ours was down the back of the hotel.

• Steven (7/5): Standard stay in a central location. - We were here just for a overnight stay arriving at 22pm and going at 6am. Not to much to say, Hotel is located in a very centric location in the old quarter, it can be very busy and noisy outside, but we didnt felt it so in the room. In general the facilities were a bit dated and the hallways in gerenal were very tight. The room we were in, was extra small with space only for the big double bed and a closet. And the small bathroom. Not much space to move around and no windows either, so its could feel a bit claustrophobic for some people, So its a thing to consider when booking for longer stays. We booked it cause we were staying just short time. We had breakfast included, but since we were checking out so early, they offered the option to have the breakfast to take away (packed breakfast). At the check out when we asked for it, it seemed like the reception guy forgot about it or some kind of misunderstanding happened, but it wasn’t prepared. So he just offered us some bananas for the way.

L’hôtel se situe en plein centre ce qui permet d’être très proche de toutes les activités importantes dans la ville. Les chambres sont confortables avec tout le nécessaire et un petit déjeuner est proposé gratuitement. Je n’ai franchement rien à dire si ce n’est que nous avons passé un super séjour ! Si je reviens à Hanoi je reviendrai certainement dans cet établissement !

Dostaliśmy pokój bez okien ale to jeszcze dało się przeżyć, jednak zapachu stęchlizny nie. Było bardzo brudno, w łazience był grzyb a deska od toalety była za mała o dobre dwa rozmiary. Zapach był tak intensywny, że aż szczypał w płuca ale stwierdziliśmy, że na jedną noc wytrzymamy. Po pobycie dostałam wiadomość z prośbą o wystawienie 9 lub 10 gwiazdek na booking gdyż od tego zależy premia dla pracowników. Takie zagranie jest bardzo nieuczciwe ponieważ wprowadza przyszłych gości w błąd, gdyż widzą oni wysokie oceny które z rzeczywistością nie mają nic wspólnego. Personel był miły, śniadanie też było ok, ale noc była najgorszą podczas mojego całego pobytu w Wietnamie. Nie polecam i nie szanuje takich zagrań ponieważ po ponad 10 godzinnym locie chciałam się wyspać w czystym łóżku co nie było mi dane, gdyż zdjęcia a rzeczywistość okazały się dwiema różnymi bajkami

• Ronald (10/5): In the middle of the Old City. Great Location - The staff was outstanding. Traffic was bad and the driver didn’t want to drive all the way. Van ran down to meet us and picked us up. Tyler and the counter young lady were also excellent.

They also provided quick breakfast as take out because we have a tour early next day. The room we stayed at is on 4th floor. It’s so small, no windows, corridor very narrow. The toilet and bath’s shower rack is already rusty. There is an extra space next to a bedside table I wonder why? It’s like the bed was just forced to be put there lol and doesnt fit any space properly.

I'm sure they are making work progress towards making it a more pleasant stay for future guests. The rubbish bin wasn't cleared when I entered. Used pads were among the contents. Else, I would have felt more comfortable.

• Nicky (6/5): Good location but pretty old hotel - The staff was kind, they even helped our friends back home out and arranged a gift for us from then which was very sweet. Location is in the middle of old quarter, so a little noisy but right in the heart of the city. The building is very small to everything is tiny, not only the rooms but also the breakfast room. Breakfast was very basic and not very tasteful, but convenient as they open early. The overall hotel is pretty run down and messy with stuff lying every where.

Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze tam. Łóżka wygodne, czysto. Polecam na szybki wypad do Hanoi, baza wypadowa w sam raz. Trochę mały pokój jak dla 2 osób, ciężko było się poruszać ale daliśmy radę. Śniadania ok, ale jedynie co bym poprawiła to kawę gdyż była bardzo rozwodniona i słaba i to tak dwa dni z rzędu.
• Andrea (10/5): Fantastic hosts; friendly, hospitable and Lucy and Thuy/T went above and beyond to help me 5*! - Amazing stay. The staff were so helpful and no issue was too big. The stay was very comfortable. Communication was spot on and responses to emails and special requests were sent as quickly as possible (time difference notwithstanding) They let me check in at 2am with no issues and kindly gave me a free late checkout until 1pm, due to my late arrival. A big shout out to Lucy for being so helpful, kind and accommodating; as well as to Thuy/T for a lovely chat and for also being so polite & calming when I had to wait in the lobby for a few hours before the taxi for my flight.

La location è in un ottima posizione, lo staff è super disponibile e simpatico ma la camera a noi affidata era piccola e non pulitissima. La colazione scarsa e non tutta disponibile. Possiamo dire che per una notte va bene ma non di più. Pulizia poco accurata e stanza veramente piccola
