• Steef (7/5): Netjes maar zou beter kunnen. - Het hotel bevindt zich in een gebied waar vele heerlijke eettentjes te vinden zijn. Het personeel is behulpzaam, de kamer is klein maar zeker heel netjes. De douche is een uitdaging met wisselend koud/warm water waarbij het water onder de douchedeur komt. Even een handdoek aan de buitenkant leggen voorkomt dit euvel. Een groot minpunt is het ontbijt. Vanaf 0600u is dat mogelijk maar als je een lichtelijk tijdsdruk hebt om uiterlijk 0630u weg te moeten, dan verwacht je echt wel dat alles om 0600u klaar staat. Dat is absoluut niet het geval! Om 0600u komt het personeel pas aan en begint dan pas om een en ander klaar te maken. Niet handig! Ook hier weer een taal probleem! Wij hebben het maar gehouden bij een kop thee en twee geroosterde witte boterhammen. Het ontbijt.

• VyVy (2/5): - The room smelled so moldy. The stench was unbearable. Room was changed last minute. Thin walls could hear every voice and footstep. The only thing that saved this hotel from 0 stars is the kind and hospitable security guard. Would not rebook this hotel or recommend to friends and family.
• Llado (3/5): might want to go a bit farther from the airport to have a balanced experience - proximity from Airport. from desk were nice. very limited english speaking skills my door had no guest lock, had no do not disturb tag, my shower drainage was clogged, food options were extremely few.
• Nguyen (3/5): Trust the bad reviews. - Staff were nice and price was cheap. It was dirty and there was a constant chemical smell like pesticide. I read a previous review whereby the sheets were not changed and brushed it off as a one off. However, to my horror, I experienced the same issue. Imagine pulling back the covers to find hairs from previous guests. Absolutely disgusting. Never again!

• Robert (7/5): Good - We had a late flight arrival so its very close to the airport. The area looks a bit dodgy at two in the morning but it was fine in reality.
• Lam (2/5): horrible nightmares with itchy dirty bedsheets - it looks nice until my horrible nightmare of this hotel began to unfold i rarely give bad reviews and have been to over 100 hotels i booked for october 15-21,2023 to stay at this hotel because i had to travel from vung tau to ho chi minh to see an eye specialist because my left eye might need surgery. i arrived the first day with a wonderful lady greeting me . i got room 204 when we arrived the room looked nice !it wasn’t until we slept in the bed when we both could not sleep due to bed bug or something in the bed that was making us itchy all night my girlfriend and u barely slept. but we had to wake up early and go to the hospital to have my eyes examined at 6am so i didn’t have time to ask the hotel staff if we can change rooms. once finished from the hospital which is october 16 we i came back around 2 or 3 pm and asked nicely multiple times to a gentleman staff with glasses and told him i couldn’t sleep because of itching all night sleeping on that bed . he said he can’t change rooms because the staff already changed new clean bed sheets. so i thought ok i will try to stay there tonight and see if the new bed sheets will help . when i entered the room everything looked cleaned . the staff cleaned my room and bed seemed cleaned until i pulled out the blanket to inspect the bedsheets that is when i saw my hair and my girlfriend hair still in the bedsheets. i’ve heard of hotels not changing bedsheets and just making up the bed to look new . but did not expect a 3 star hotel to do that ! i called the male staff told him i recorded the video of our hairs still in the bedsheets and that the bedsheets hasn’t been changed he did not say sorry or anything he just said ok so i thought he was preparing another room for me . 30 minutes went by no answer from him . i called by the staff asking if they are preparing a new room for me . he said no but he will send someone to change the bedsheets. that’s when i got angry and said i wanted to talk to a manager he replied it’s only him there there’s no manager.
• jennifer (6/5): - This hotel is very close to the airport, it will be perfect to stay in this hotel if you have an early flight. The hotel is ok and the staff is helpful; however there is not much to do or to see in the neighborhood.
• Clifford (5/5): it’s ok for access to the airport. I’m sure it has other charms I’m not aware of - close to airport breakfast is choice of beef, chicken, or pork Pho. no offer to refill tiny cup of tea
