Ellos mismos te hacían cambio de dinero o cerca tenias joyerías donde hacen buenos cambios. La habitación estupenda, cada día limpiaban la habitación, hacían la cama y cambiaban las toallas. Tracy nos atendió de maravilla, nos facilitó el numero de teléfono para que en caso de necesitar algo ayudarnos lo antes posible, Jhon fue un encanto de persona, muy servicial y amable. Teníamos incluido en el precio el desayuno que tenian varias opciones muy ricas y fruta fresca.

They were warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable, which made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortably sized, just right for our needs. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with fresh and tasty options served each morning. A special thank you to Tracy for upgrading our room and for being so responsive on WhatsApp. She was very helpful in providing information about Hanoi and guiding us whenever we needed assistance.

Jednak kilka nocy spałam w innym hotelu ulicę dalej więc mam porównanie z tym noclegiem. Ściany w pokoju były bardzo brudne, a na łóżku znalazłyśmy karalucha. Na szczęście tylko jednego, niewielkiego ale Pani w recepcji nie do końca chciała nam uwierzyć w zdarzenie (mimo zdjęć). Twierdziła, że pewnie przyszedł z nami z zewnątrz. Mogło tak być, nie wykluczam ale długo zajęło zanim zaproponowała nam zmianę pościeli.

• Jaroslav (8/5): - The hotel is placed exactly where you need to. The stuff is so nice and helpfull so it overcome my expectation. There were constuction works close to the hotel and caused huge and horrible disturbance in the night. I asked in the morning the hotel stuff for a help after one sleepless night. They were really helpfull and tried to agree with construction company to stop the work during the night. But company refused it. So the hotel manager found for me and my wife the room in another hotel for free and even organised the taxi for the transport to the another hotel for free. Really extraordinary servis!! For the stay I do recommend only the superior rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay - our room was great, the hotel has an elevator, and there was a good breakfast on the 8th floor with a beautiful view over the Old Town. • Dan (10/5): Great hotel I wish I found on previous trips! - There are many hotels in Hanoi in this price range. The Cosy one of the best! The staff are super welcoming, helpful, and kind. The hotel had an elevator - helpful in the tight hotels of the Old Quarter. The room was in excellent shape. Good size TV for the room. Internet was solid throughout the stay. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Hot and cold water. The breakfast included was pretty darn good; located on the top floor, it had good views of the city. Its a small thing, but many of the hotel rooms in Vietnam use a room key to control power to the room when you are in it. Most times the fridge stops working when you leave the room - NOT HERE! A nice touch that shows the well thought out nature they put into designing this place. It is located in a small ally off a main street, takes 30 seconds to be in the 'action.' There is lovely accent lighting in the room as well - a nice perk. Thanks for a great stay John. The hotel location is difficult to find. It is located 30m down a 4' wide ally that has a sign for 'Spa' above the entrance. You will see the hotel once looking down the alley. Google maps is hit or miss when approaching. A perk of this offset location is that you are close to the action of the Old Quarter but the noise is muted a lot considering its location.

Сам завтрак тоже очень вкусный, при тебе готовят на выбор. Персонал говорит по-английски, были доброжелательны. Отель находится в переулке, чуть в стороне от всей движухи, поэтому в принципе тихо по вечерам.

Le finestre danno su un cavedio, cosa comune nei centri di queste città. Per raggiungerlo bisogna farsi aiutare essendo in un vicolo (pulito e illuminato) ma senza indicazioni sulla strada.

All Staff very is very helpful. But shout out to Tracy who went above and beyond and truly made our short stay in Hanoi much better! She even sorted out a last minute 2-day cruise to ha long bay for us, which was also 10/10 The rooms could do with a paint refresh but overall great quality for money

Elle nous a proposé de garder nos bagages même si nous ne revenons à l'hôtel après l'excursion de 3 jours. J'aurai voulu y retourner mais l'hotel est plein aux dates qui m'auraient convenu. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and my room was tidy throughout my stay. The location is excellent—right on Vieu Street and just a 2-minute walk from the main area, making it very convenient. A special thanks to **John**, who helped me book my travel and guided me with everything I needed. His assistance made my trip much smoother. The **front office team** was equally wonderful; they always greeted guests with a warm, welcoming smile. A special mention to **Lucy** and **Tracy** at the front desk, who were always cheerful and eager to help with any request. I had booked a **standard room**. Although the room size was slightly small, it was comfortable and cozy—just like the hotel’s name suggests. It’s a great choice for **solo travelers** and offers good value overall. Families can also consider the hotel if they’re okay with compact room sizes. In short, my stay was comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. **I highly recommend Cozy Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy stay in Hanoi.** ---

• Elena (6/5): - Abbiamo fatto tappa ad Hanoi due volte in una settimana, soggiornando al Cosy Inn. Rimane il parere positivo sulla colazione e la disponibilità dello staff. Camera e bagno davvero piccoli. Facendo la doccia tutto il bagno di allaga. Era al settimo piano e all'ottavo piano c'è la colazione. Per cui molto presto si sentono rumori e disturba il sonno.
• Elena (6/5): - Posizione centrale, personale gentile e colazione abbondante e buona. Bagno con doccia non separata, per cui si bagna tutto il wc, lavandino e quant'altro. Il bagno non era nuovissimo e la camera non aveva finestre.

• John (10/5): Lovely room, great location, friendly staff - Fantastic location, hotel is located at the end of a narrow alley 30 seconds walk from beer street and restaurants. Room was excellent with no noise from outside despite being close to bar street. Tracy and John (and another lady whose name I cannot remember, sorry!) were so friendly and helpful. Would return here if I come back to Hanoi. 100% recommended Nothing
