• MASUMI (8/5): コンパクトなのに充実。 - 電化製品がほとんど揃っていました。なかったのは電子レンジくらい。暮らすように泊まることができます。洗濯乾燥機が部屋にあるので、コインランドリーに行く必要もないです。冷蔵庫も縦型で家のようでした！ また、食事用のテーブルと作業机2つもあり、椅子も3脚。ベッドも大きい。テレビもストリーミング系みれます。 風呂やトイレは日本製で安心しました。 コンパクトなのにかなり充実したお部屋です。 特にないのですが。 強いて言えば電子レンジがあるともっと最高でした。 隣の建物が日本人男性向けスナックで、週末は夜中にカラオケの声が思いっきり響いてきました。

The bath is large and the Japanse toilet is a bonus. They have daily room cleaning, even for studio’s. The studio is in a quite street in the middle of the authentic Japanese quarter, there are plenty of very nice Japanese restaurants around. We had the best price/quality experience at Izakaya “yen”, almost next to the studio I came 6 times to Hanoï, this was by far my best experience. I can say nothing wrong

• Readheadtraveler (7/5): AVERAGE STAY - The location was great as it was near my workshop location. It is also near some restaurants and it was spacious. The ownerds were super nice and could be contacted on whatsapp. The room had a washer and dryer which was great. Also you could grab water daily. It could get noisy because I was on the second floor and they would clean early. Luckily I had to be up at 7 am anyways. I also could hear traffic because door downstairs left open. There were also little gnats in the room because they leave the windows open when cleaning the room and there are no screens. Also front door left open so bugs travel up. If I kept windows shut then no issues except the occasional one when opening room door. Also the shower curtain was moldy.
• Tr24 (9/5): Great stay! - It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean. A washing machine and a dryer were new. We had everything we needed for light cooking. The staff provided free bottles of water and cleaning. The staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. We communicated using Google Translate, though, but it wasn't an issue at all. There was just one person who spoke English. The wi-fi was good. We had Netflix as well. The bed was very comfy. It was noisy sometimes at night. Once, someone closed a metal door very loudly at 3 am. Another time, there was music till 2 am from the neighbouring building.

Offers free water refill/water bottles. Staff were really sweet, especially Dũng who welcomed me on my first day. The place next door blasted EDM music until the early hours but it happened once in my two-night stay, so it may have been only a once-off/not a regular occurrence. The Japanese toilet water pressure was weak or just didn't work well.

• Trinh (10/5): Best stay I had during my entire trip in Vietnam - I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful. Everything felt brand new, and the spaciousness was a pleasant surprise. They even provided extra services, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect
• Gonsiorova (10/5): Exceptional - Nice staff, it’s also very nice place for if you’re working remotely. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby.
• Pang (10/5): Really cosy and wonderful! Would definitely come back again! - Our room feels like a cosy little airbnb with a sizeable kitchen, washing machine and a dryer! The tv is also connected to Netflix and there existing accounts that we could use to watch our shows at night. Not to mention there was also a nice little bathtub and a bidet spray with completes our wonderful stay. ☺️ The hotel is also located in a nice area with bars, cafes and mini marts within walking distance! -

• Nichole (3/5): Eh - Easy to get to and from and the staff were polite. The shower is set up very poorly. You can’t comfortably shower here. The bathroom gets covered in water once you get out because the shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from draining down. The bathroom has a foul smell because of this. The bedding is a thin sheet with no quilt inside. This was very frustrating when it get chilly at night.
• Nguyen (10/5): - Our 4th stay at Myrcella and likely going to be the only hotel we choose for trips to Hanoi. The studio is extremely clean, and simple but modern decor. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and an easy 15 minute taxi ride down to the Old. quarter.
• Myrcella (10/5): - Great little spot to stay in Hanoi. There is a cafe on 1st floor, they offer breakast. Coffee is good and they have a nice tea variety. They have combos at a good price and delicious scones and pastries. I like the sourdough toast as they serve it with homemade jam. The staff are lovely always! The toasts were delicious with a very interesting combination of ingredients.

• Hoang (8/5): Very good - Quiet area but next to many good restaurants and the main street. Well design room. Staff should be more attentive to guest on business trip with request for invoice. If you need VAT invoice you need to pay 10% extra while booking.com already charged a 10% tax. My restroom still has some bad smell.

• Mehmet (6/5): Little bit below the neutral rating. Will not choose that hotel again. - Friendly and helpful staff. Room was feel like a basement as it was low ground floor. Bathroom was dirty especially the taps looks like no one touched an ages. 3 night stay there was no cleaning and towel linen changed. I can understand prices is reasonable but those should be taken care of.
