Dus voor één overnachting is het een prima plek om te verblijven Er is niks wat erg tegenvalt het is een prima prijs kwaliteitverhouding dus je weet van tevoren wel een beetje dat het geen vijf sterren luxe Resort is

- Guest (7/5): Great location! - The hotel was near to the airport. The breakfast was basic but palatable. The room was very warm although the air-conditioning was working. There was no luggage rack in the room.
- Vikram (2/5): Never again - Location was ok...just a run down place . Was forced to stay overnight as it was super late to look elsewhere. Night guard slept in the reception. Pretty unsanitary was a great relief to move to Marriot next day.

- stephen (8/5): Does the job - Location and staff. Basic room but very practical for airport. Bathroom ceiling peeling. no tv channels worked at the time Room could be improved. But for airport convenience I would stay again

Wc boucher,draps avec des cheveux et poils nous avons eu des démangeaisons, pas d'isolationdu bruit. Du coup on est parti très tôt car c'était sale et pas agréable pour ma femme et moi et mes 2 garçon. Je vous le déconseille fortement. Moi qui suit hôte à la réunion je n'ai jamais vu cela.

- Ignacio (1/5): Una auténtica decepción. La peor experiencia en Vietnam. - Nada, un desastre. Nos alojamos en este hostal cerca del aeropuerto de Hanoi (Noi Bai) y fue, sin duda, la peor experiencia de todo nuestro viaje por Vietnam. Nuestro vuelo llegó con retraso, pero el hostal ya tenía el número de vuelo y estaba avisado, por lo que podían haber seguido la llegada en tiempo real. Aun así, al llegar no había nadie para recibirnos y nos encontramos al recepcionista dormido en la entrada. Tuvimos que despertarle para que nos atendiera. Lo peor vino después: la habitación que nos dieron no estaba limpia. Las camas estaban completamente deshechas y sucias, y una de las toallas claramente había sido usada. A pesar de que lo comunicamos, no nos ofrecieron otra habitación ni ninguna solución. Para colmo, al día siguiente cancelaron nuestra reserva diciendo que no nos habíamos presentado, cuando claramente nos hospedamos allí. Las fotos de Booking coinciden exactamente con la habitación en la que estuvimos. En resumen: desorganización total, falta de limpieza, mala atención y una gestión poco profesional. Si tenéis otras opciones, os recomiendo evitarlas y buscar otro alojamiento cercano al aeropuerto.

The neighborhood isn't the prettiest, but it has a supermarket and some places to eat nearby. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast included (eggs, bread, and coffee). Friendly staff. - David (2/5): Should have went into the city. - There was no staff at reception when we arrived. It was late, we were tired, which was why I booked the hotel close to airport. We waited 10-15 mins in foyer for staff to attend to us. The rooms are run down with plaster falling of the walls and ceiling.

- Giulshat (8/5): Рекомендую на 1-2 ночи. Успехов! - Остановились семьей на пару ночей после прилета в Ханой. Отель за допплату предоставил ко времени такси, о чем заранее договорились. Ночью оперативно заселили с маленьким ребенком. Номер просторный с двумя кроватями, белье чистое. На ресепшене парень всегда был на связи и помогал вызвать такси до Ханоя, вообще откликался на все просьбы и очень старался сделать комфортным наше пребывание у них. Напротив отеля вкусная пицца и фо. В остальном это больше похоже на нашу промзону. Отличный вариант на 1-2 ночи. В ванной очень скользкий пол, особенно опасно после попадания воды на плитку. Можно и убиться. Хорошо бы доработать этот момент. Можно улучшить завтрак. Просто приготовить и подать его в более качественном виде. А то ваш завтрак скорее похож на тяп-ляп и все съездят. Постарайтесь, пожалуйста, для гостей из других стран. Спасибо!

- Brian (9/5): - Hi this is a great location if you are using the internal airport. Derek who is the host was extremely helpful and even arranged my airport taxi run. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. All in all a good basic place to lay your head before early morning flights. Excellent value for money. I would call it an excellent transit hotel. Basic but all good.

- David (7/5): Great location but not so great service - The location was great, about 2 km away from the airport. To get to the airport directly from Hanoi you can take bus 109 from My (Me) Dinh Bus Station. To get to the hotel from Hanoi though you need to take bus 109 and then transfer to bus 93. Not sure if you can take bus 93 from the My Dinh bus station. The Pizza place across from the hotel is just great. The beds were comfortable and clean and so was the room. The TV had English channels. We had to catch our flight a little earlier. (8:25 am) We asked if we could eat the breakfast a little early, but were told that the breakfast hours are between 7-9. So we missed our free breakfast. We asked for 2 extra pillows and were told they didn't have any extra. They did though give us an extra blanket. The reception guy never smiled. And almost seemed unhappy to see us.
