• Charlotte (8/5): - Simple hostel but rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast had a good choice and staff were friendly. Didn’t like that there were urinals next to the sink on full view as they were mixed bathrooms. Good location

• Orlická (8/5): - Hostel bol priamo v centre Old Quarter. Personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný, nechali nás osprchovať sa aj po check oute a vždy nám vedeli poradiť s plánovaním trasy. Raňajky boli dobré, pozostávajúce z pár teplých jedál, pečiva a čerstvého ovocia. Kúpeľne upratovali viackrát za deň. Skrinky na izbách boli dosť veľké na kufor. Kúpeľne nemali okná ani klímu takže tam bolo stále veľmi vlhko a horúco. Postele boli tvrdé a prikrývky nemali obliečky.

• oumaima (8/5): Geweldig! - Super lieve medewerkers en hostel is goed gelegen. Alles in de buurt. Ik heb mijn tas bij hun voor 4 weken kunnen bewaren omdat ik zonder alle bagage wilde rondreizen. Dat was erg fijn! Ze zijn erg behulpzaam. Ik raad ze zeker aan! Jackson helpt ook graag met boeken van uitjes. Groetjes, Oumi

• Mondiali (9/5): - Ottima posizione: il quartiere vecchio vicino al famoso Caffè Giang e molti altre caffetterie buonissime come a tanti ristoranti e spot famosi. Lo staff è molto disponibile. buona la colazione. La stanza era pulita nella stanza c'era un leggero odore di naftalina/ di vecchio.

The women’s dorm was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but sufficient. What truly made my stay wonderful was Mr. Jackson. His communication was excellent from the very beginning. He answered all my questions with great care and provided very helpful recommendations. Thanks to him, my time in Hanoi was much more efficient and well-organized. He is a great asset to the hostel, and I truly appreciate his efforts. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. Nothing

• Jean-Paul (7/5): Hébergement peu confortable. Principal atout : Petit-déjeuner et l’employé à ce service. - Emplacement idéal dans le Vieux Quartier. Mais, cela n’est pas le seul hébergement à être accessible. Point le plus positif : Petit-déjeuner inclus dans le tarif est sous forme de buffet à volonté, plutôt copieux, choix variés : nouilles sautées aux légumes, riz sauté aux légumes, omelettes, saucisses découpées en lamelles, des légumes cuits à la vapeur (maïs, autres), de la salade verte et tomates, des tranches de mie de pain et des petits pains à toaster avec un grille-pain ou mini four à grill, confiture d’orange et de fraise, une variété de fruits : fruit du dragon, pastèque, fruit de la passion, bananes. Liste exhaustive de la composition du petit-déjeuner assuré par un employé très disponible, sympathique. Il mérite largement le pourboire que l’on peut lui laisser. Chambre à 6 lits superposés. Les lits situés au niveau supérieur sont un peu trop en hauteur, un peu difficiles. C’est physique de grimper pour atteindre son lit et également d’en descendre. Les casiers surtout situés en haut sont trop en hauteur pour attraper les porte-vêtements (ceintres) pour accrocher ses vêtements. Cela n’est pas pratique. Un détail important à souligner. Le rideau qui sert d’espace privé est trop court question longueur. Conséquence : la lampe de chevet adossée au mur, à chaque lit est trop lumineuse. Cela peut gêner les autres occupants notamment ceux qui ont le lit au niveau inférieur lorsque les lumières de la chambre sont éteintes. Équipements insuffisants en matière de sanitaires. Selon la disposition, à chaque étage notamment au deuxième où j’étais, deux chambres composées de 6 lits (ou plus), cela donne une occupation de 12 personnes. En matière de sanitaire, seulement deux petits compartiments (étroits) de douche, deux toilettes + un urinoir, 2 éviers => Trop insuffisant. Malgré le service de ménage assuré quotidiennement, les sanitaires ne restent pas propres toute la journée. Personnel à la réception : Peu disponible, peu accueillant et souriant. Pas très serviable. Une amélioration est sérieusement nécessaire.
• Brit (7/5): - מיקום מעולה בלב הרובע העתיק ממוקם קצת מוזר באמצע סמטה אז קשה להגיע בפעם הראשונה וקצת לא נעים בלילה אין מקום למלא מים צריך לבקש לשנות את הטמפרטורה של המזגן בקבלה כשהגעתי שאלתי אם אוכל לשים כביסה למחרת ונאמר לי שכן בבוקר אמרו לי שהם מלאים (באתי רק לשני לילות אז היה בעייתי)

• Angelina (7/5): - Es war ruhiger als in den meisten anderen Hostels in denen ich bis jetzt war. Es war in einer kleinen Seitenstraße so das man den Straßenlärm nicht so gehört hat aber trotzdem sehr zentral war.

• Dominic (3/5): Weird, wouldn’t recommend for more than one night. - Has an elevator, large locker with lock, good pressure/hot water, and helped arrange taxi to airport. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life, weren’t given any details about breakfast at check-in, 20k dong for a towel, clothes washing wasn’t folded, didn’t feel clean, curtain to balcony was missing, people disrupting sleep every night, and urinal out in the open in mix bathrooms.

• Charlotte (10/5): Great hostel - Location was really good and the staff were super helpful! The breakfast which was included was also really nice! I really enjoyed my stay! The beds had loads of storage and the showers were clean and hot I saw a lot of people complain about the beds but they were completely fine! Nothing to complain about!
• Craig (8/5): One night stay in dorm. - Location was great, staff were fine, bed space was good. Large lockers in room. Handy for Cat Ba bus departure and although it's right in the centre, its down a small alley off of the main street so it's quiet. The communual areas are small. The price was probably fair for Hanoi but seemed pricey in comparison to other hostels in Vietnam. (As does the food and beer 🙂). No worries, Would stay again. Couldn't get WiFi in the dorm. Was OK in communal areas and reception.

• Vinciane (8/5): Good for short stay - Good location, helpful staff, big breakfast with a view. Beds a comfortable and the room was large with big locker. Overall smart design of the space and room. Shared mixed bathroom on the floor with 2 dorms. Common area is small and has no window. My room had a window facing a wall so almost no nagural light, very dark room. Bathroom are great but stalls are small and there's no space around the sink to hang the towel or put your toiletry bag down. Also, it's mixed bathroom so you can enjoy a man using the urinal while you brush your teeth 1m nearby, a bit disgusting.

Le lit est dur comme de la roche je n’ai jamais vu un lit aussi dur et ça fait 5 mois que je me promène en hostel dans tout l’Asie. La salle de bain est mixte et les urinoirs sont très visible ce qui est un peu malaisant. J’étais la seule femme dans mon dortoir mixte. Cher pour ce que tu obtiens je dirais.

• Pedro Carvalho (6/5): glad i moved out - the staff was nice, as usual in vietnam. beds were conformatable, wifi ok. there's no place to sit down at a table that isnt outside. The lobby desk was being used by the staff. Both places, the lobby and terrace were constantly under a cloud of smoke. the Playstation in the common room attracted those who wanted the lobby dimmed down and always misarable.

La cama muy dura, aunque creo que son así en general en Vietnam. Puedes alquilar toalla pero el deposito no tiene devolución. Los espacios comunes son muy reducidos y al lado hay un bar en el que los clientes gritan por lo que el espacio comun es inhabilitable.

• Anneke (9/5): Ideale locatie voor Hanoi! - De locatie was top, alles is in de buurt. De kamer was schoon en ruim! De bedden waren prima en groot genoeg. Daarnaast een prima ontbijt.
