• Lauriane (10/5): - Très bon accueil dès mon arrivée. Je suis arrivée très tôt le matin et le personnel m’a gentiment permis d’utiliser leur salle de bain, ce qui a été très apprécié après le voyage. La chambre était également beaucoup plus grande que celle qui m’était normalement attribuée. L’hôtel propose aussi une excellente organisation pour le séjour et les excursions : il est possible de planifier tout son voyage avec eux. Le personnel reste disponible et attentif, et envoie des messages pour savoir si tout se passe bien ou si nous avons besoin de quoi que ce soit dès l’installation dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et international, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Rien à redire, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

• KAMIYA (5/5): 部屋の設備以外は最高でした！ - スタッフは笑顔で良かった　ロケーションはよい！ご飯も美味しかった！ ベッドを、トリプルのお部屋でお願いしていたのに　ツインの部屋だったし　冷蔵庫も壊れていて起きたら水もれ　おふろのシャワーヘッドが壊れていてお湯も止まったりして水圧も超チョロチョロでおふろに時間がかかった。翌日に部屋を変えてもらったけどまたシャワーが壊れているわ　テレビは着かないわ　で不満が大きい！

The hospitality was truly wonderful. The room was perfect — very clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly including the TV. No disturbance at all during the stay. The breakfast was also very nice with great quality and taste. Overall, everything was excellent and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended and definitely a MUST STAY place when visiting Hanoi, Vietnam. Nothing.

Merci aussi pour la belle attention que nous avons eu en l'honneur de notre voyage de noce. Ça nous a beaucoup touché. À noté pour les prochains voyageurs, lorsque vous réservez avec l'hôtel des bus ou limousine, prenez bien en avance toutes les informations même du retour. Nous avons perdu internet à notre retour et avons été pris de court avec un manque d'info. En réalité les infos étaient envoyés sur WhatsApp( mais nous n'avions plus internet). Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et vous pouviez manger continental ou local. Venez assez tôt le matin (avant 8h) car les autres touristes ne manqueront pas de tout manger pour vous! Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable et nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous.

Zwar habe ich weder das Frühstück noch besondere Extras in Anspruch genommen, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem – denn das Herzstück dieses Hotels ist ohne Zweifel das unfassbar freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Jeder Kontakt war von einer solchen Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft geprägt, dass ich mich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Die Atmosphäre war durchweg warm und einladend, und es war klar, dass das Team alles daran setzt, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie sehr sich jeder Mitarbeiter Zeit genommen hat, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Ich kann das Liliane Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon jetzt darauf, beim nächsten Hanoi-Besuch wieder hier zu Gast zu sein. • Melody (9/5): Would recommend others to stay. Beds are on the extra firm side - Good location in the Old Quarter but not in the middle of it all. Staff was nice and helpful. Their front desk is basically open 24 hours? I had a very late check in and someone was there to help. They offer information on tours, but I don't think they are the most competitive prices. AC and fan was good. House sandals are provided. Room was good and clean. I liked the breakfast with the variety of fruits. Others might think it's simple though. They also had little snacks at the front, which is a nice touch. They offer laundry service for a fee, but I don't think it was that cheap... 50k per 1 kg. Would recommend to others to stay!! And would stay here again. The beds are extra firm. My friend liked it but i preferred something softer. I still slept well each night!! The shower does leak water a bit but I noticed that was an issue throughout Vietnam. The bathroom itself was warm though. Things dried quickly in there.

• Tita saraswati (10/5): - I had a really great stay at Hanoi Liliane Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever I needed anything. Their service truly made a difference during my stay. At first, I thought the room would be small, but it turned out to be surprisingly spacious. I booked a room for four people, and it was very comfortable and perfect for a family. The breakfast was simple but good. It had everything you needed to start the day. They also offer tours, which I found quite nice and convenient. The location is very strategic and only about a 5-minute walk to the weekend night market, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s definitely a great place to stay in Hanoi. No wonder it has such a high rating! Highly recommended 😊

The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating—they helped us with tours around Hanoi and arranged our transport back from Sapa. The breakfast is very good, and they gave our group of three a family room at a great price. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the famous Train Street and close to everything. Most of all, they were so generous; check-out is at 12 noon, but they allowed us to stay for free for an extra 4 hours because of our 8 pm flight! I will definitely come back and stay again."

You could only use it handheld. In the other it had been duct taped into the cradle so it was on the wall but you couldn't remove it.

Kept a big toothpaste in my room without asking upon noticing i was using up the small ones, and left the fan on so my clothes could dry - the thoughtfulness was much appreciated! Breakfast was nice too. Would stay here again!

The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The beds are pretty firm - which we like, but might be too hard if you prefer a softer mattress. Would definitely stay here again.

• Anna-Lisa (5/5): - Tolle Mitarbeiter und super Lage! Wir hatten wohl Pech mit dem Zimmer. Wir waren im ersten Stock ganz hinten. Schimmelig und sehr abgenutztes Zimmer. Unter uns war die Küche und das roch man sehr. Das Bett war das härteste auf der ganzen Reise. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal absteigen. Das Frühstück war auch eher mindest Angebot. Ich bin schon sehr viel gereist. Schlief meist in ganz wilden Hostels. Daher kann ich den Standard gut einordnen. Ich denke hier sind ein paar bessere Zimmer vorhanden, wir hatten Pech.

• Kara (10/5): Great room, great breakfast, and top-notch staff - The hotel had a great location - quiet but very close to the shopping and lake. The breakfast was superb. But the staff - that was what really shone. Our luggage was delayed and they desk clerk kept up with the airport lost and found nonstop for 2 days even better than we would have - while also helping us find great places to go out and enjoy ourselves instead of worrying! We did not have more time to stay.

• Alicia (9/5): - L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Aimant marcher, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. À proximité, il y a de nombreux restaurants et cafés ; n’hésitez pas à vous “perdre” dans les rues aux alentours, le quartier est très agréable. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et il y avait toujours quelqu’un à la réception 24h/24. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en sécurité et obtenir la chambre plus tôt que prévu, ce qui a été très appréciable. Tout au long du séjour, des petites attentions étaient mises à disposition dans le hall (bonbons, bananes, petits gâteaux, fontaine à eau), un vrai plus ! Le petit déjeuner était également très bon, cependant il faut noter qu’il se termine à 9h30. Nous avons constaté la présence de fourmis. Au départ, elles étaient sur les murs et ce n’était pas vraiment dérangeant. Cependant, un jour, j’en ai retrouvé plusieurs près de mon oreiller. Le personnel a été réactif et a envoyé quelqu’un rapidement pour traiter le problème. Après le traitement, les fourmis tombaient parfois sur le lit au niveau des oreillers, ce qui était peu agréable et m’a obligée à en enlever plusieurs fois. Enfin, lors de la dernière nuit, un bruit lié à un problème de climatisation (pas celle de notre chambre) rendait le sommeil difficile. Le personnel a toutefois été compréhensif et nous a changé de chambre pour cette dernière nuit.
