Vivre l’expérience du train qui passe à moins d’un mètre de votre table est vraiment un moment inoubliable ! Le logement offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours disponible et à l’écoute : ils m’ont même aidé à retrouver un bagage oublié dans un taxi, ce qui témoigne de leur sérieux et de leur gentillesse. Enfin, côté rapport qualité-prix, difficile de trouver mieux. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Only issue is the construction next to the building. Just because of that it is a bit hard to find the entrance. I would stay there again. Fully recommended.

Told us some history of the place and we even got free drinks at the cute little rooftop cafe every day! Good central location near lots of food options and cafes. Not much in the way of utensils etc, so if you were planning on using the kitchen facilities it might be tricky. But I’m sure the staff would help you in a heartbeat.

- De Britt (9/5): - We chose the hotel because it was close to the railway and were pleasantly surprised with how lovely it was. We were travelling by train to Da Nang the next day, so location near the railway was a priority. We were warned by the hotel before we arrived that there were construction works going on around the hotel, a new metro line which should be completed in this area in 12 months. Once completed this will make the hotel even more convenient. There is a lovely rooftop cafe where we had breakfast and enjoyed watching a storm come in. The rooms were a great size and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would definately recommend.

- Nanna (7/5): - Studioタイプに泊まりました。お部屋が広々としていて、全て揃っているので、バックパッカーの長期滞在に向いていると思いました。屋上のおしゃれなカフェでフリードリンクのサービスがあって雰囲気が良かったです。 近くのトレインストリートまで歩いて行けました。 周囲の道路が工事中で、ホテルまでは仮設の道を通ります。夜に着いた時、周りの雰囲気が少し怖かったです。女性の一人旅とかには向いていないと思います。カップルであれば、ある程度安心できるし、冒険のようだと思えばワクワクできるかも。自分たちは自力で向かいましたが、ホテルの人もメッセージすれば迎えにきてくれるようなので、対策はできます。 バスルームにバスタブはなく、シャワーだけですが、シャワーとトイレの距離が近くてちょっと微妙。。

The staff went above and beyond for us in so many ways, they were extremely hospitable and gave good recommendations for the local area. The decor in the hotel is gorgeous, especially the rooftop cafe and the koi fish pond. Location is also good, right across from Ga Ha Noi train station. Only downside is that the showers are completely open so the whole bathroom gets saturated when you have a shower

The room was bigger than the average you get in the Old quarter too. The staff was super friendly. Next to the hotel there was also an excellent vegetarian buffet with a great price.

- Rajakaruna (9/5): Convenient and great value for money! - Location was nice, it was tucked inside an alley way which is safe to walk in both day and night. It was a more residential area too. The hotel is an approx. 20 min walk from the town and easy to catch a Grab as well. The room was very neat, clean, and the bed was comfortable too. The staff were available 24/7 and aided us as required. There's a cafe in the rooftop as well. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to check out at very early hours in the morning as well! Good value for your money :) Everything about the bathroom was great, only thing we didn't like was the shower area and how wet the commode got post shower. If there's like shower curtain dividing the area, would be very helpful :)

The interior is stylish and modern. The hotel also has a rooftop café offering delicious drinks and a cozy environment. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with purchasing train tickets and stored our luggage for a few days while we visited Sapa.

The location is a small issue because of the construction. The staff came to get us when we got to the place at night so I'm satisfied.

Ha at reception spoke fantastic English, which impressed us. Only critique was there was hardly any cutlery / equipment in the kitchen for when we did want to cook up some noodles at the apartment.

The staff was so nice to let us store our luggage after we came back from our 3D2N cruise of Ha Long Bay. Very convenient, since it is located very close to the train station and we left for Sapa that evening. And we even received one free drink per person each day of our stay. Would recommend. Due to temporary construction works in the area, the taxi had to drop us off nearby. We were informed about this in advance and it was only a short walk to the hotel. So no problem at all!
- Lauren (7/5): Lovely place with a few improvement notes - The room was lovely and the top terrasse as well. The location is ok, but currently there is big construction work done in the street next to the hotel, making it unreachable by car. The opening time of the top terrasse (08:00 to 22:00), no possibility to take an early breakfast before an excursion or before leaving, and no possibility to take a last drink after a long day. It was also difficult to communicate with some of the staff, a better English would have been appreciated or at least demonstrating a bit more willingness to communicate with guests.
- Yumi (6/5): Great access to Hanoi station, a few minutes of grab ride needed to go visit the center of the town - Coziness of the room - nice and clean for a solo traveler. I also liked the complementary drink for a day, which I enjoyed on the rooftop while seeing the sunset with nice breezy air. Personally, walking in Hanoi was a bit challenging for me since the roads were not made for a walk and the numbers of motorbikes made me concerned with the air pollution. However, the hotel itself is located at right in front of Hanoi station and quite central of the city. I would say there are still many cafes, restaurants, and spas you can explore within 15 to 20min walking distance. Though I have no idea what it was, but until my 3rd night or so, there was a constant noise until 11pm at every single night. There were sounds like banging on the door, running water, drilling on something, and knocking with a hammer that I thought was some maintenance work but it stopped for all the sudden on my 4th night (or so).

Currently there are roadworks affecting access to hotel (not the responsibility of the hotel). Guests arriving at the hotel on foot should get very clear directions in advance about the best path to follow.

- Nishka (8/5): Clean modern apartment in a quiet area - The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and great value for money. There was a beautiful rooftop cafe with a complimentary drink everyday. Location was quiet and away from the main hustle and bustle due to the main street under construction, which we appreciated. Staff were friendly. No kitchenware or microwave provided in our apartment (despite this written in the booking), and housekeeping did not restock any coffee, sugar or clean mugs or towels on the second day of our stay which was quite odd. Kitchenware and coffee was also only provided for 2 people in a 4 person stay apartment.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Great stay in Hanoi in a comfortable hotel - The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to the hotel and a quick walk to many sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amount of storage in the rooms. Some soft seating in the main room would be helpful. The table was good to have, but not always very comfortable to sit on for a long time.

- David (8/5): Good for slow-paced travellers - Clean and modern room interior, staff fluent in English, Instagrammable cafe at the rooftop. Nearby Hanoi station. Location a bit far from tourist hotspot and to reach the hotel, you need to go through small alley due to road construction.

- Olga (9/5): Superb - We booked the room last minute for a day use to rest before our night train- the location was perfect for that as it less than 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room was nice, quiet, modern and clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel also kindly kept our luggage for the duration of our trip to Sapa.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent stay, the hotel is in a cute alley. Currently there are some public road work going on so the access is through a narrow street but it didn’t bother us at all. The room was clean and the staff attentive. There is a cafe on the top floor which gives incredible city views! Highly recommended.
