• Ng (5/5): Never come back again - The location is ok The shower... low water pressure, very uncomfortable to take shower And... the aircon is terrible, only fan even it has set to 18°C, not even cold 🫩🫩 The staffs are not friendly at all, even when serving the guest.
• Inam (5/5): Passable - The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. Not particularly clean, the cleaners did a bad job a daily cleaning. Staff don’t help with luggage, first time i experienced this. Laundry facility was not good, it was washed but not ironed and they didn’t tell me this which they should have.
