Daniela Alina (4/5): Wir würden es weder empfehlen noch wiederholen. - Geräumig und gute Lage Sauberkeit, flackerndes Licht was nicht behoben wurde sodass wir nachts die Sicherung rausdrehen mussten um schlafen zu können.
Dale (1/5): Bad - The location We did not like the place. We thought it was a hotel as I filtered hotels only. Check in was through a cellar at the ground floor. The receptionist was nice though and met us around 9pm. Bed has stains. Its not comfy. Bath towels had so much stains we did not even used it, we used it as toilet mats as there was also none provided. The place is smelly. I think its the kitchen. The included breakfast was a 2min walk from the building into another building. We are not aware of that. We've just came from a 4day hotel stay in Sapa and our stay here was definitely not worth the price.

ALI (10/5): Comfortable stay value for money. - Great location a few minutes from Circle K and Winmart. The staff are very friendly and professional, specially Cuong. The rooms are equipped with all the required amenities. Definitely value for money. It’s on the main street so the traffic noise could be an issue on lower floors.

He offered us breakfast and a Christmas Eve dinner party also which went above and beyond what we expected. There were ants in the room and the road could be quite loud at times.

Paul helped me a lot with a few matters, making things better. It is a very nice apartment, with kitchen and washer, smart TV, all the convenience in and around, with a bit of a lake view, and cleaning daily. Bed is comfortable and shower is a big size. Easy to take a grab from here to anywhere and public transportation accessible within short distance. The walk by the lake is very nice day and night time and it is just 3 min walk from here. I recommend this place and the breakfast as well, really delicious!

I was visiting friends who were a one minutes walk, so it was super convenient for me. There are more than one Pegassy Apartments, so make sure your driver has the correct address. This one is at 28/52 To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho area.

Doan (3/5): It’s a 1 night stay, for me it’s enough. If I ever had a trip for more than 2 night, I don’t really recommend you to sta - The place is at To Ngoc Van street, surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes. 2 mins walk to Circle K, 2 mins walk to the lake, quiet street at night, good street view from the balcony. The price is quite high because of its location, it’s fine by me. But the problem here is the staff. They are new, lack of lots of experiences including greeting new customer, when we were arrived they still playing games on their phones, they don’t care about our arrival. The room is smelly, the facilities are missing a lot such as free water ( usually 2 small bottles ), no towels ( I have to ask them for it ), but… there are 4 stinky WET towels inside the washing machine, inside our room. And after that, they actually gave me another 2 stinky towels, but luckily it’s dry enough to use. There’s also only 1 pair of teared slippers for a room of 2 people.

Herman (8/5): Good Value Despite Flaws - After these initial issues, my stay improved and seemed like good value for money. The apartment, though lacking some essentials, was generally pleasant. The location was ideal, close to the beautiful lake and everything you need nearby. The room was spaceous, had good Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a smart tv. Daily room cleaning was provided, though a 'do not disturb' sign would have been appreciated. The staff were friendly, typical of Vietnam and they help you with everything. The complimentary water in the reception was a nice touch. The room is spaceous and also features a charming little balcony. It was a satisfactory stay for the price, but don't expect to be overly impressed. I arrived around 2 AM, having informed the hotel beforehand about my flight. Despite this, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open the door, only to find my room was not ready, because of electricity problems. The staff then escorted me to various hotels to find a room for the night, this wasn't prepared either. Upon returning the next day, my original room still felt unprepared and a little dirty, marking the worst check-in experience I've had, but i'm sure it's usually much better and I was just unlucky because it was in the middle of the night. The shower occasionally didn't heat up properly, and being located right by the street, expect some noise.
Aligoogles (10/5): Great location with friendly staff and close to the lake. - Staff super friendly and great location. Small bit loud in the mornings but that's most places in VN.
Almaz (9/5): Great place to stay both for short and long term. - Nice studio with fully equipped kitchen. You have everything to cook there. Lot’s of markets nearby. I was even able to find good gym, 10-15 min on feet, nearby (TopGym) The water was rather cold in bathroom, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. Also, make sure you have earplugs, windows are facing the road and it is very busy.
