• Brenda (6/5): Not suitable for tourist. - Clean enough, comfortable bed. Looked like dirty bed sheet in bedroom cupboard and dirty towel in kitchen cupboard. No spare toilet paper, ran out so used tissues from table. Booking claimed there was a balcony and street view, false information. Staff were not friendly or helpful.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Super friendly staff, laundry service included, breakfast served in the room. Convenient location close to a mall and all basic necessities. Metro stop very close by. Floors, bed and dishes are cleaned every day. The bedroom separation makes it so that the kitchen area is cooled by the air conditioner and the bed area remains very warm. There is a fan but it's lowest setting is too high to have it on all night.

• Aleš (2/5): I don't recommend - I don't recommend It was chosen only for an overnight stay after arrival. The accommodation was dirty and no one at the reception (the guard) could speak English. We had cold water for showering and only had to turn on the boiler when I asked. Dirty towels and the breakfast was terrible. And the address of the accommodation was confusing
• William (10/5): Incredibly kind and helpful staff; room was perfect for the cost and I’d definitely stay here again. - Breakfast was excellent since it comes with the room at no expense. There’s different options you can choose from so you’re not just having Pho every day. The only thing I’d say this place could improve on is the housekeeping service. It’d be nice to get a heads up of when someone is coming to clean your room because there were a couple times where someone would show up while I was still in the room or arriving at my room. BUT, the lady cleaning my room did an excellent job and was very kind.

The shower and the towels were very dirty. And the shower would get stuck with water, we asked them to fix it and no one came to do so.

• Dang (10/5): Very good - When I embarked on my trip, I was anxious about what the accommodation would look like. But from the moment I stepped into your facility, all my anxiety disappeared. Room is spotless, great location. Such a gem for a vacation to Hanoi - reasonable price for great service. Highly recommend!
• Samu (1/5): Bad - 0730 security guy nocked door and come in my room, when he saw me, closed door and get out. I do not know this reason. I will not recommend people not stay this hotel, it is not good service.

The Restaurant wasn't yet finished aswell as the elevator but Khanh from the Reception still made sure we get the breakfast and also catch our Bus the next morning by driving us to the bus stop. The Staff were great, especially Khanh in our case.
