- melanie (2/5): - Whe we where 5 minutes away from our stay, we contacted the manager they said out room was not available and could offer the 2 bedroom room and a 1 bedroom room for our family so we got separated from our kids and where on different levels, we where also not told that out room key could not get us up to where they where staying so we then got stuck in the elevatoer was very scary, our room was dirty and ripped wall paper air con did not work properly, we would never recommened this place very unreliable and unsafe apartment building, stay near cafe apartments it is a nicer area

- Nha (2/5): - Before we even got to the apartment they wanted money from us but we already pay through this website . On arrival they could not access our room so we were moved to a rather inadequate one to say the least. Whilst out sight seeing the next day we received a message informing us they had moved our room which in fairness was slightly better ,but they had thrown our belongings into our cases leaving our toiletries and clothes hangers behind which we never got back. Coming and going at all hours even though there is plenty of security which is more than needed as there are plenty of unsavory people hanging around at all times. Whilst getting ready to leave a gentleman knocked on the room and said are you still here two hours before check out. The rep was supposed meet us to take care of our cases as we had five hour wait before the airport after numerous calls no answer and security said we must wait outside and post the room/door access card in the box with no access to the toilet and the weather was on the turn which was not good due to the area. So with no choice we had to take a taxi to the airport and spend our remaining time there far from ideal when you have twenty hours of travelling ahead of you too say the service was poor is an understatement.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Customer Service a bit lacking - We've stayed at this apt complex before (with a different company) so we knew the drill. There is no front desk. Communication is via WhatsApp. You tell them your arrival and someone comes to take photo of your passports and take the payment from the booking confirmation (if not paid online). If via cc, tag on 3%. Provided 2 key cards for front door/elevator, door code and Wifi info. The apt itself is fine, 2bd/2ba, windows in the living room and 2nd bdrm that has city view, river further back. Master bdrm has balcony. Washer available (didn't use). Kitchen has the usual kitchen stuff but we didn't do any cooking. Grab is cheap/convenient, restaurant food is very reasonable and can be very cheap if you are adventurous. Shampoo, single-use toothbrush/toothpaste, body wash, hand wash, dish soap are provided. Two bath towels provided per room, no face nor hand towels. Only toilet paper provided, no paper towels nor tissue box. Only two bottles of welcome water. Several convenience stores are located on the ground level, including a 7/11. There is a pool (didn't use) open 9-5. The safe was not working and they were not able to fix it. We stayed a week and agreed housekeeping would come Tues/Fri, we weren't advised until Tues that they cannot come til Wed. Master bdrm shower drained very slowly and we had to use some very strong language before they came to check/fix, left a bad taste in our mouth. The customer service is certainly not as good as our previous stay at this complex.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Cockroach infestation- avoid! - If you enjoy staying in a cockroach free apartment, then I’d suggest looking elsewhere. The apartment block is riddled with cockroaches. On the night we arrived we saw a cockroach, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt as we knew we were in the city and this may happen. However, after our day out the following day, we saw 5 cockroaches in the space of one hour. At this point, we decided to leave. The staff do not work past 5pm and were uncontactable at this point. Therefore, we had to provide security with our room key, so we could leave immediately. Hotels.Com have been trying to contact this apartment block for a refund for 5 days. The management have no common courtesy and could not understand why we left the apartment despite it being riddled with cockroaches. After days of chasing the refund, I had to contact the property myself and inform them they need to communicate. The property finally refunded us, but only for ONE night instead of two, because we left after 5pm the day the infestation of cockroaches happened. Due to this being past ‘checkout’ they’ve classed it as a night which is completely ludicrous. They also explained their decision by informing me that ‘we’ve had this situation happen before and another couple accepted a one night refund.’ Clarifying that cockroaches are clearly a repeated issue. Therefore, if you expect a reasonable service, a company with morals, and humane/hygienic apartments- book elsewhere.

- Yolanda (10/5): - Hotel is very new & clean. Rooms are of good size. Despite being next to a rather busy street, rooms are very quiet. There are lots of food option & spa services within easy walking distance.

- Naoual (10/5): - The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The building is only 2 years old and everything was clean and tidy. Room service was excellent. Reception was very honorable, professional and welcoming at all times. . The lifts were quick which made access to all floors easy
- Shahsuvar (10/5): - Everything is perfect, the hotel is right in the center, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel lobby allows for convenient check-in/out, there are samples of sunscreen, makeup remover, lotion... The room is clean and comfortable.

- Barbara (10/5): - Incredible value for money. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with loads of space. Staff were brilliant, and it's a short walk to some of the attractions.
