Sena (10/5): ES gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Super Ort um abzuschalten, waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. - Super toller Ort umzingelt von der schönen Natur. Waren super zufrieden. Hatten zwar einen kurzen Aufenthalt vor Ort aber waren von der Hygiene und den Räumlichkeiten super zufrieden. Man hätte nichts besser machen können. Man hat in jedem Detail gesehen wie viel Gedanken man sich gemacht hat. Sehr liebevoll und gemütliche eingerichtet. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. In der obersten Etage gab es ein Restaurant bei der wir auch sehr zufrieden waren Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön. Haben beim auschecken auch regionale Bio Nudeln bekommen :) Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.
Schurr (9/5): Super hospitable and welcoming stay in a less touristy part of Hanoi - The staff here provides amazing hospitality - and the spa aspect is both highly visible and appreciated. The onsite cafe is excellent with great food and drinks, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is pretty good. Views from the room are not exactly flattering, but that is mostly out of the control of the hotel. It can get a little bit noisy outside at night.

Philip (10/5): Sauberes, schönes Hotel in einer Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt. - Wir waren 3 Mal in dem Nesta Hotel & Spa. Jedes Mal war es sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer Update bekommen, war auch wirklich angenehm war. Das Frühstück war ganz solide und hat auch geschmeckt. Durch die Lage eher etwas außerhalb ist es angenehm ruhig auf den Zimmern. Es gibt ein Klima System, sodass man nicht die Klimaanlage die ganze nach hört. Falls wir nochmal nach Hanoi kommen, würden wir das Hotel nochmal nehmen. Alles war super.

Wir hatten nach einer Fahrt im Nachtzug von Sapa nach Hanoi gefragt, ob wir eher ins Zimmer können, da wir sehr geschafft waren. Wir konnten das Zimmer um 11:00 beziehen und hatten eine super Erfahrungen. Wir haben insgesamt 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht mit drei unterschiedlichen Buchungen. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

Loved the garden with an open air cafe - staff even kindly provide cable extension to connect your laptop and work from there. Breakfast has limited european options, but still quite diverse.

Julie (7/5): Great value for money stay in Hanoi. - The staff were very lovely and made sure we felt welcome. They also ensured we got to our next destination safely. The room was clean, and the bathroom well equipped. It was a bit far from the old town, and difficult to walk to due to traffic. The breakfast buffet was also quite busy.
Kishore (10/5): An oasis of luxury and calm, with a vibrant vibe..the perfect place for Hanoi - Tucked away inside the Nesta layout, the property is an oasis of calm right in the middle of the high-energy city centre. The perfect location, a little away from the chaos and congestion of Old Quarter, and yet minutes away from all the sights and sounds. The resourceful and smart Ms Phuong (Nara) is a gem, always willing and able to help out with local resources that made a good stay great. There was nothing to not like. This Nesta property offered a 5-star stay at 3-star prices. Too good.
Fabio (5/5): 5 stars? Actually closer to 3 or less. - Friendly and kind staff, good breakfast, nice position. The room was in very bad conditions, with scratches and dirt on all walls and ceilings. It literally looked there was a leak from the above floor. Same was for the restaurant facility. They also had the brilliant idea of starting construction or restructuring works on the neighboring room (706) at 07:00 AM, with an unbearable and continuous noise that prevented us from sleeping. I called the receptionist to ask if they could pause it until later in the day, they did for just half an hour and resumed at 07:30 AM until after our check out time. Unbelievable. Also, our room had a nice view right on a grey, moldy wall.

Yannik (7/5): Clean and high-quality stay, but inflexible policies and expensive additional rates - The accommodation was clean and of high quality, meeting the standards of a higher-range hotel. The location, though tucked away, provided a quiet and peaceful environment, ideal for a relaxing stay. The staff were very strict with policies and not flexible enough to accommodate guest wishes. The early check-in and late check-out rates were excessively expensive. Additionally, the location, while quiet, made it challenging to find transportation.

Mimi (9/5): Great stay! - Super comfortable room and a really nice laid-back vibe about the whole hotel. Super friendly staff are always willing to help. Breakfast was good and provided everything that you might need to fuel your day. Super easy to get to anywhere you'd be looking to visit using a taxi. The location was good for me personally as it was away from the bustle but it's quite far away from anywhere central, and most tour groups will not provide pick-up or drop-off to any hotels outside of the old quarter.
Daly (8/5): Very good spot with a great recluse once done exploring. - Nice relaxing space away from the busy streets to unwind. Staff advising you cannot leave trying to check out while they go to check if anything was taken undeclared from the unrequested minibar. Otherwise staff were lovely and pleasant bar the minor sour taste at the end.
