• Yueh-cheng (6/5): The location is convenient but often affected by traffic. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. They handled our late-night check-in, room change, and luggage storage with great patience and tried their best to offer solutions from the guest’s perspective. There was no ramp at the entrance, making it inconvenient for guests with luggage or mobility issues. Room 2 on the ground floor had a hidden side entrance behind the curtain. If doors or windows were left unlocked, people from outside—such as those smoking or using the toilet—could freely enter the room, which was unacceptable. After reporting this, we were moved to a room on the 4th floor. The ground floor room had a glass panel in the door that let in hallway light, and a loose metal strip on the floor that posed a risk of injury. Both ground and fourth-floor rooms had poor sound insulation; hallway noise was clearly audible, and light leaked through the door gap. Not suitable for light sleepers. The bathroom’s wet/dry separation was ineffective, and water leaked through the shower door. The hotel is located near a school, so traffic congestion is common. The rooftop pool is very small, and the sauna had a strong fecal odor, making it unusable.

• María (9/5): Exceptional - Bright, clean and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. Convenient location to explore the city with many food stalls nearby and a nice pool to relax. The staff was extremely helpful with us, they quickly answered our queries through whatsapp and the team at the reception even helped us manage our delayed flights. Some fixtures in the room could use some minor maintenance (e.g. the sink tap and the shower head were a bit loose as well as the closet rod). There's noise coming from the corridor, however, this was only disturbing when some guests were checking-in late at night.

The staff is nice and quick specially one lady Hien was very quick in response and very efficient. I cannot believe there are apartments like this at this price somewhere in the word. Very clean. Only one hob and limited utensils ! Coming again !

Room looks just like the picture. I read the comments about construction next door but didn’t know how bad it would be. At 7am I thought they were going to drill right through my wall, and they were operating a crane at midnight. Also, I didn’t need to use the kitchen but there was no soap, etc. if I had wanted to use/wash dishes.

• Tim (8/5): Great value accommodation with more positives than negatives. - My room was very modern, clean and comfortable. There was a small safe, an electric kettle, a steamer iron, an electric hob and oven, a hair dryer in the bathroom and plenty of hot water. The air-conditioner worked very well, the bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. The room was cleaned every day. The receptionists were friendly. The accommodation was amazingly good value for money. The swimming pool on the roof was good fun, and there were two loungers and some chairs and a table available for guests up there. Since most Vietnamese guests dislike the sun, the loungers seemed to be always free for sunbathing. This rooftop area was attractive, with well tended flowers and shrubs. A big plus. Although there was an electric kettle, there were no cups or mugs provided to drink coffee or tea, no instant coffee sachets, teabags, sugar or milk available, so I wondered what was the purpose of the kettle. Two glasses were provided, but these, I felt, could break if filled with boiling water. The only cutlery provided was 2 pairs of chopsticks, two forks and two long teaspoons. No knives were provided, for example to cut any fruit that a guest might buy. You can get a knife, if you ask for one, but not a cup or a mug. It was impossible for short-term guests to cook for themselves, as no pots, pans, cooking utensils or plates were provided. This, I felt, was quite reasonable for people on holiday staying only for a few days. But these short-term guests like me do need to have a cup or mug to drink tea or coffee, even if we have to buy the coffee, tea, sugar and/or milk from outside. Finally, no soap was provided for the wash basin in the bathroom, although there were both shampoo and body wash in the shower cubicle.

• Thomas (9/5): Superb - I liked the location. I could walk from the airport bus to the hotel and there were some quite nice restaurants nearby. The nightlife are is also not far and if you are willing to walk 20 minutes you can reach most touristy spots. The pool was nice and had a good view over the city. There was a small gym next to it with some cardio machines. The rooms were well equipped and decent. Be aware that, at least in my room, there was just a tiny window in the room. For me that was fine but others might have a problem with it. Towards the end of my trip I got some issues with ants even though I have to say that the rest of the hotel was very clean.

• Remy (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COST, terrible noise - Getting out of here. Terrible construction noise next door. Impossible to get any sleep. Front desk isn't even picking up the phone. Just read a review from a few days ago mentioning the same issue. AVOID if you care to get any sleep. And we are getting heavy cooking smell coming in the room. I've travelled a lot and this is the worse place I've ever been to.
• Shahidin (10/5): Not 5 star but still exceeds expectation - Location is convenient and close to a few cafes and attractions (Bui Vien Walking street). Rooms were well maintained with enough facilities for a few days. The receptionist and security guards were very friendly. Wifi was rather slow but I had plenty of mobile data to use so it was no big deal. Standard Vietnam socket types were used (Type A, C and F), remember to bring a travel adapter or just get one at 7-11.

Comfortable bed and TV with Neflix Channels. Have kitchen with microwave and induction cooker. Convenience shops were in walking distance (within 100m). Few restaurants (Noodle restaurant) were just opposite the hotel. This apartment located in a quite street which suitable for a good resting. Beer Street (Bui Vien) was just a walking distance. Nothing to complaint. Hopefully the price could maintain after the soft launching.

• Aqhari (9/5): Un Pho Gettable! 🇻🇳 - The property is located in a strategic location in district 1 close to Bui Vien Walking Street with is around 7-10mins by walking. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and everything in the property is new and clean! Staff are amazing especially housekeeping and front desk in maintaining the guest experiences.The property is also well equipped with a kitchen with microwave and appliances so that is a huge plus! Comes with a safe too for extra security! Overall it is an amazing place to stay! Nothing. Hopefully when everything is done especially the minor renovations will be fantastic apart from the little noise..Overall I’m satisfied!
