Close to pubs, cafes, local eateries and walking distance to local shopping area if you are into souvenirs etc. no problem in ordering a Grab. A bit of a wait but that’s not a problem. Upon checking into the hotel, the receptionist service is exceptional. Very prompt with greeting and handling luggage at the entrance. Receptionist very welcoming and spent time going thru all the locals eateries and place to visits. The service is exceptional. I have the honoured to be upgraded to a VIP room. The room is very clean and very presentable and the pillows are extremely comfortable. Although the room included breakfast, I could not made it. Just a little setback, the sound proofing can be improved. Shout out to Danny as well for smooth checking out and friendly service. Overall a very satisfying experience. Sound proofing not great.

- Malgorzata (10/5): Supernettes Hotel - Superschönes, gemütliches Hotel mitte in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Das Zimmer war immer top sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem und die Decke war sehr angenehm. Das Servicepersonal ist supernett. Ich habe zum Geburtstag total süße Deko auf dem Bett und sogar eine Torte bekommen. Das war wirklich eine tolle Überraschung! Das Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

- Ivana (10/5): Amazing hotel in convenient location & fabulous service - I arrived at the hotel at 5.30am and was able to check in straight away. My stay was seamless, everything was great. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Reception staff are very nice and always happy to help from recommending a restaurant for dinner all the way to exchanging money for smaller notes. Mey offered me a late check out as I was a little sick which I really appreciated. Overall it was an amazing stay in great location, really nice room and great service. If I find myself in Hanoi again I'd love to go back. Nothing, everything was great.

They helped us store our luggage, take a shower after we'd checked out because we'd been walking all day and gave us advice about what to do, coffee shops and restaurants around that are worthwhile. Incredible stay, super comfortable, very nice breakfast, great value for money and an excellent location. Definitely going back. I loved the entire stay! When I booked I didn't realize that we're so close to pub street which is where all the nightlife is but it was super quiet and we had a very nice night's sleep. Would definitely go back next time I'm in Hanoi. Excellent location.

Als ik iets had aan te merken dan is het dat de deuren niet goed geluidsdicht zijn waardoor je in de ochtend vroeg wakker werd van de schoonmakers, of wanneer mensen de deur niet goed dicht trokken waardoor het alarm van de deurklink vaak af ging.

Ook personeel en zeker Lyn heeft getracht ons verblijf zo optimaal mogelijk te maken, waarvoor dank. The building almost hides its charm from the outside but you see it within the lobby and rooms. Danny and Lyn were very helpful with my questions about the area and what I needed to know being for the first time in Vietnam. Stayed for two nights and I did not have any issues that I can think of.

He speaks amazing English and although new, he went above and beyond from day one, even when my husband and I dropped off our backpacks two days before check-in while continuing our journey to Sapa. This has been our best hotel experience in Vietnam so far. The air conditioning was impressively quiet, and despite the very central location near bars, the room remained peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good, though it could be improved with a wider selection and more fresh fruit, especially given the abundance of it in Vietnam. We had booked and paid in advance for a Deluxe Suite but were allocated a different one, which felt like a downgrade but since we only stayed one night it was not a big deal. However, Danny handled the situation with great professionalism and efficiency, quickly resolving everything and making sure we left the hotel happy. In the end, it didn’t impact our experience at all we truly loved our stay.

We konden onze bagage na uitchecken laten staan in het hotel. Je zit achter de hoek bij een drukke straat, dus het is wel luid om met de raam open te slapen. Hiervoor is de airco perfect.

Le personnel était vraiment très réactif, il vous oriente vers des activités si vous n’en avez pas encore réserver et souhaiter le faire. Leur service de laverie est aussi super! Nous recommandons vivement! Tout était parfait!

Everything was well taken care of, and the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. A special thank you to Lyn, who made our stay truly exceptional. She helped us so much during our time here, arranging a fantastic street food tour and also helping us organize the next part of our trip. When we unexpectedly had to stay one extra night in Hanoi, she immediately helped us and arranged for us to stay at another hotel just 100 meters away, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference for us. We felt incredibly well looked after and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
