• Melanie (2/5): - Would not recommend this apartment is very hard to checkin, is self checkin, the area is not close to anything just locals have to catch tax everywhere, no food in the area, waste of money, would recommend staying close to the cafe apartments is a nice area anywhere there is the city area, near markets too not so dirty
• nhu oanh (6/5): - clean room, spacious, bathrobe provided, safe, great security. walking distance to shop/food. communication from management was poor. I was not happy with the respond time from management in regards to washer/dryer not functioning,wasted the whole afternoon waiting for them to come fix it and they did not show up until much later, also paid 1 extra day via cash but waited a few days for a copy of receipt after multiple texting/email/phone calls that went unanswered.
• Anne-Sophie (2/5): - Horrible chambre ! La propreté des chambres, des lits, des meubles laissait vraiment à désirer. L’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas dans l’une des deux chambres. Les matelas sont extrêmement durs et inconfortables, les draps avaient une mauvaise odeur. Aucune télé dans les chambres. Rien à voir avec les photos disponibles en ligne .

The key cards were in an unlocked mailbox in the lobby, no reception present to discuss issues and owner only communicated via email, workmen were trying to hang wallpaper in the apartment when we arrived, towels were in the dryer, bedding drying on the balcony, floor had lots of hair on it. We left after securing a new (less expensive and much nicer) accommodation. We lodged a complaint, asked to be reimbursed for terrible listing but the owner refused. I would not ever suggest staying at this facility, it’s high rating is grossly misleading.

• Carole (6/5): - We stayed at the property as it was mentioned that District 1 is the ideal location. It was very noisy, and all main attractions were not in easy walking distance. The room itself was spacious, but the kitchen sink was plugged, there was very limited utensils/plates, cups. The kitchen also had a strange odour. Overall, the apartment was nice with a lovely view over the city, but the balcony was extremely hot (I think the aircon blows on to it).

• cindy (4/5): - The room was not what was shown online in the pictures. Not enough facilities and design for putting baggage and luggage. With no desk. All items had to be put down on the floor. The whole apartments was fill with ants every where especially the bathroom and kitchen. Contacted the owner and didnt help to solve the problem. The ants were all over the place, the rooms, living room, dining area and on the floor and wall too. The ants got into our clothing, foods, luggage, bedding and all of our items. So anoyying and gross. The air conditioner started leaking water too afterwards. Overall the place is not as good as it says online. And have very poor communication with guest like checking in and where to get the box for key and password. Also, with the problem we had didnt answer us. With overly high prices charged would expect alot better, especially amount of how expensive it was.

• Alanah (4/5): Communication Issues - The apartment itself was good, however the communication is beyond terrible. There is no reception/hotel staff, everything is communicated via WhatsApp. We had a flight landing later at night and ensuring we had access to our accommodation was very stressful with a toddler. If you arrive in Vietnam without internet, getting access could be a major problem. Once finally there with access, if you have any questions about your stay there is no one to talk to except through WhatsApp. Overall, I would pick somewhere else next time with better communication and staff on site.
• Laurent (8/5): - Flat in a condo next to a busy highway. The kitchen was functional but there were no utensils (no forks, just one saucepan). All interactions are done by WhatApp. The building is quite nice but a bit outside of the town center. Expect using Grab.
