• Margaret (6/5): Fine but not very clean - Good location, close to Vetta spa. Size of space was great for 6 ppl. Kitchen had everything we needed. Not very clean. Food debris under pullout bed, stains on bedding, hair on bedding, etc. The host messaged to check in and I reported this. They didn't reply with anything until the next day with what appear to be AI generated messages (about check out and reviews). Did not address cleanliness concerns. Disappointing.

• STEVEN A (8/5): - Ultimately great space- two adjacent rooms were welcomed and spacious. Pull out couch was comfortable and rooms equipped with blackout blinds. The main suite has all the utensils, cookware bedding and detergents/ soap you'll need. There was pet hair in the suites so just a heads up if you're interested allergic or don't want this on your clothes.Pool area is great. Very close off Hwy 400. Lots of local farms in area. Supposed to get welcome email 48hours before the trip and didn't receive any communication from Host until the day of check -in, despite myself and Expedia trying to reach them; honestly thought I was going to be able to occupy the suite and was scrambling to make alternate arrangements. This situation definitely impacted our plans. Once communication was initiated by host the check-in went flawlessly.

We would definitely consider staying again. Yani (the host) was very accommodating and communicated throughout our stay, ensuring everything we needed was readily available. The unit exceeded our expectations as it was well cleaned/maintained. Would definitely recommend this booking to family and friends! Nothing, it was a great place to stay!
• cristina (10/5): Great place to stay - Our stay is great. The place is nice and clean. It is a one bedroom and a bachelor which works great for us because we travelled with our friend and she had her own private space. Kids love the swimming pool. We did treetop trekking which is just 7 mins drive from the place. I also recommend going to Elmvale Jungle Zoo, which is just 18mins drive.
• Joe (10/5): Great Vacation - Lovely stay, very comfortable and quiet in a picturesque and relaxing setting. Our suite was perfect, super clean and comfortable, hosts very responsive and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and experience at Horseshoe Valley.

Came with everything we needed. Beautiful exterior, but will require some painting. Inside needs some updated decor. Excellent value.

• Lauren (9/5): Superb - The units were very well laid out. We've stayed in these a few times before and always really liked the way the bathrooms are divided into different sections. The kitchen has the basic necessities. And the beds are very comfortable. The location was convenient for our purposes, as we were attending an event at Horseshoe ski resort. The temperature in our unit was very warm and we couldn't figure out how to adjust it, as the thermostat showed as being "off" but clearly there was a lot of heat pumping through the vents. It was more noticeable later in our stay; otherwise I would have messaged the hosts to ask about this. That would be the only complaint.

The rooms were super clean and provided lots of towels, pillows and other household supplies. Onsite washer dryer is a huge bonus. We will definitely be back next year!!

• Corinna (10/5): - This property fit our needs perfectly. We were travelling with our adult son. The property contained two suites - one larger with a full kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, washroom with jacuzzi and walk-in shower, and one with sitting area, mini fridge and coffee area and washroom with walk in shower. The two suites shared a small hallway. This gave my son privacy when he wished for it, as well as family time. The suites were very clean and comfortable, and well equipped.

• Melanie (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious and Clean. Nice area. Extra facilities included. Netflix and Roku tv was a nice touch. There were some minor issues at the property such as lights that didn’t work, an equipped kitchen but no oven mitts, small garbage cans and no extra bags, photos did not show the layout well. Also had trouble getting in touch with the owner, when asked to resend the check in instructions via email, no response and phone goes straight to voice mail.
