- Jennifer (6/5): - Needs some RLC. Can tell this is a rental/investment property. Needs a good clean, a paint job and maybe a few items here and there for convince but this could be sooo much better. Area is perfect.

- Carissa (8/5): - So close to the Roger’s centre for Taylor so can’t complain much. Some things were broke or just didn’t seem well thought out and our bed didn’t have a sheet so we put one on
- Kelsey (6/5): - Convenient location and on the PATH. The place needs a bunch of TLC. Lamps need lightbulbs to work. The sofa is awful as the springs are gone. If you plan on spending time in the condo, I wouldn't stay here again. If you are a bunch of guys coming in for a game/weekend, it is fine.

- Karen (10/5): - The unit we rented had a HUGE balcony that we weren’t expecting, was clean enough for us. There was a broken closet door and some minor cosmetic damage but nothing that interrupted our stay. Close to everything!! Shopping, Roger’s and Scotiabank Centre, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and many restaurants and a grocery store. Check in information didn’t come until 12 hours before arrival and then just a few hours before arriving. Which was stressful to me - but it all went smoothly!

- Kelly (2/5): Worst -do not book. Hotels.com- vet your locations - We paid but did not end up staying. I was trying to get a hold of this venue for WEEKS to confirm a simple request and they were impossible to get in touch with. Emails, calls, messages on hotels.com- all unanswered. Magically, the day we were supposed to check in-they answered my message on hotels.com in an instant. I booked an alternate hotel because I wasn’t even sure this place existed and I had two minors I was traveling with from another country and couldn’t risk being stranded. Absolutely terrible customer service. Hotels.com tried but honestly left a lot to be desired. I think this property should be removed from the site. Would also love my money back.

- Nicole (6/5): - Received multiple spam emails asking to meet at other location for checkin. Also for private info. Also a man came to my door asking for my info saying he was maintenance. When I wouldn’t give him my info he wouldn’t leave the hall and kept saying he was supposed to be there and I wasn’t supposed to be in the room etc. He kept saying open the door and I refused. Allegedly he said they had moved my room in system and didn’t tell him. So he finally left the hall but it was very uneasy feeling.
- Kezia (4/5): - There is no parking. the washroom sink in Room 4806 is not working.when I reached out to the property contact through WhatsApp there was no substantial support provided so the sink remained in the same condition throughout the stay Wifi information was not presented.
- Thomas (6/5): - I enjoyed my stay. Some issues with tv on first night, no cable. Moved at 8 pm to unit with cable. Next day technician had to reconnect tv to internet. I’m a senior and found the shower a bit unsafe since no tails in tub & no grips on floor. Otherwise a good unit. Would book again but would want to ensure cable tv is working.

- David (8/5): - Overall a pleasant experience. Property was clean and fresh. Had to wait until 6pm for cleaners to finish before checking in.

- Javiera (2/5): - The department didn’t have curtains, and the ones it had were broken, so everything could be seen from the outside, zero privacy. The sheets were dirty; they only made the bed but didn’t change the sheets. I told the company, but they said they couldn’t do anything, so I had to wash them myself to be able to sleep safely. This has really been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

- Albana (6/5): - The location of the apartment was fantastic, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The parking situation was a complete scam. Despite the fact that everyone in the condo complex owns a parking spot, we were charged $30 per day. To make matters worse, there were no available parking spaces, so we had no choice but to pay. The condition of the apartment itself was also below expectations. The sofa was completely broken and unusable—it literally fell apart when we tried to sit on it. On top of that, the host was impolite. When we asked for clear directions on how to find the location, she was dismissive and unhelpful, making the check-in process unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the price was far too high for what was offered. We were extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

- Daniel (6/5): Great location - tricky to get in - A bit tricky to get in as needed to send photos of id electronically and meet up with a rep to get key and have yet another picture of id taken. Also many blinds broken and the iron leaks such that it could not be used.

- Christopher (2/5): - Poor communication, some of the blinds were missing so I had no complete privacy in the bedroom from the adjacent building. The elevators are slow, even when there’s no one waiting for them, and the staff at the desk downstairs were helpful either
- Mike (2/5): - Not a hotel would have been nice too know..No hot water..no instructions on how to scan in the building or scan the elevator..bed was broken..and I was double billed for the room..once through Expedia and once through ice suites..
- Doug (2/5): - If you are over the age of 60 do not rent this condo. It’s probably great for younger people, but not for older. I am sorry to add that, but it is true.
- Julie (6/5): - I was under the understanding they had a lobby guest entrance but came to find it was an air bnb false advertising. Although the gentleman was on time felt sketchy. No phone chargers and it was a little run down … couldn’t close curtains and bed uncomfortable.

- Terra (2/5): - Possibly the worst accommodations of my entire life. Only needed a place to stay for the night between a flight and a train ride but the whole thing turned into a complete disaster. We arrived at 8pm, when check in is supposed to be ready for 3pm, and are told that the room isn't clean yet and we have to wait for 2 hours before we can go up. By the way, the person telling us this is just a random man outside the building in a baseball cap and a backpack, not even a front desk staff person. He offered to watch our luggage for us, but who the hell even is that guy? Why would we trust him with our bags? Absolutely not. We wait the 2 hours and are supposedly given an upgraded room for our troubles. It was Water Damaged to the point that the floor was a hazard to walk on, both my husband and I stubbed our toes and tripped multiple times in the night. There were two bathrooms and only one of them had a working tub- turning the handle did nothing and it looked like it might fall off at the slightest breeze. The floor in the working bathroom was disgustingly dirty and water stained- it was clean the toilet had overflowed and noone had done anything about it because that's were the hall floor damage was, as well as a missing chunk of drywall at the bottom of the wall dividing the bathroom from the hall. Will never stay again and highly encourage others to do the same. It's not worth the headache.
- Jean Luc (6/5): - Nice view, but 48th floor 2 broken elevators took 20-30 each trip up or down due to waiting, damage to wall in unit, no face cloths. At that price, why do we need to take out the trash? Check/in took 45 minutes. No one at meet up location. Blamed it on a busy day. Could have checked in earlier but they would charge an extra $40. Instead I lost 45 minutes cause they were not ready. At one point due to delays I thought I was being scammed.

- Monique (4/5): - As a first experience, not a very good experience. First of all, I was not provided all the information prior to leaving and therefore was missing information for the check-in. The building staff was not able to help me resolve the issue and very little effort to support me. I was basically on my own. In the end, I did not stay at the Ice Suites and was transferred elsewhere.
- logan (6/5): - Had to call 4 different people to arrange key collection. 2 numbers didn't pick up and 3rd person wasn't working. Entrance to building wasn't well explained and had to message them later to find Wifi password and check out instructions.

- Riley (2/5): - My room was canceled on me because they discovered the toilet was clogged. They offered me the only other room available for $400 more. I declined, and asked if I would receive a full refund. They responded, and I quote, "Yes that is confirmed." I still haven't received a refund or a response regarding my refund.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst stay to date - Trash place, I would never stay again. Stains on furniture, messy space, sketchy. The first apartment I was booked in wasnt available and I was late to the conference, then it took them over 4 hours to find me another room. AVOID IT
- mohammad (2/5): - If I could give negative reviews I would, terrible interior. There was bodily fluid stains on the ground near the washroom. The best sheets, pillows and the blanket all smelled like sweats. The fridge wasn’t working, the toilet flush doesn’t work and you got to use your hands with a plastic stick in order for it to work, the tv doesn’t work and they are so cheap there’s no Netflix or cable. All the dishes and cups were dirty, the bed side table is all rusted and broken, the living room windows were all dirty. The toilet light didn’t work. Stay away from this dump.

- Jennifer (4/5): - Booked 12 York. received confirm message we had completed all check in information. Arrived at 12 York to have security say they had no information of our arrival. Suggested we check 14 York While on route we received a message confirmed our 14 York Street reservation. Security had NO information of our arrival. Was a VERY long process which is not the fault of the security people. We found the location to be very convenient to major sites, good dining and grocery options. The location was not as clean given the amount of cleaning supplies available. I would suggest either a nonslip mat in tub and/or grab bar in the bathtub. Was nice to have basic kitchen items yet we didn't take full use of them. We were asked to take photograph of keys on table when we left, I asked the property to confirm they received the photograph, however didn't receive a reply.
- Brian (2/5): - I booked this trip in January. When I called the property for assistance, I was finally texted all the details. This should have been sent ahead of time. All of that headache occurred and then I did not have enough beds. When I texted, I was told that we were not given the correct info and that we had to move properties. This wasted over an hour of my time and energy. My frustration level was sky high as the new set of directions were lacking in detail. Once we settled in I thought things would be smooth. The night before we checked out, there was a loud party until midnight and then we had another couple knocking on our door after midnight to get into our new room. The person who manages Ice Suites and the 18 Yonge place needs to learn how to communicate proactively for travelers. He even stopped responding to text messages.

- jorge (4/5): Very dirty - 1. They didn’t give us any info about the check in , so the security in the building have to help us to contact the manager of the apartment. 2. No parking lot avaible 3. The room was dirty !!!! We have pictures of it 4. They left it clothes in the washing machine !!!!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Parking garage was a bit confusing to navigate but overall a nice stay, clean bright condo, and so conveniently located. Communication from the host was great.
- Arica (8/5): Great location and views - You couldn"t of asked for a better locatiin. We took the train in and Union station is literally a hop skip and a jump away. Our daughters went to the Scotia arena for a conxert and it was right outside the condo. The views were amazing. The gym was nice. Didn't use the pool or hot tub. The condo itself was nice and had all you needed. Two minor complaints. The paint needs to be touched up and the carpet could o used some spot cleaning. Also the keurig only had one coffee pod. Luckily there is a grocery store in the basement of the building. I would go again for location and views.
