• Varsha (1/5): - Not worth it for money. Bathroom mat was so dirty .room was so small and the pillow was so hard I found very difficult to sleep because of that I got shoulder and neck pain. If the pain exceeds I will sue booking .vom

• Krizik (9/5): Great - Location was very good, close to metro. Everything was quiet and clean, and we could relax. We liked everything, expect that it was a little cold in our room. It was winter and we couldn't heat up the room.

The furnace was set at 25C and could not be changed without a pass code. I ended up ssort of sleeping ballanced on the chair with the window wide open.

• Bartha (10/5): Private and comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood. - My Husband's company was not as close as we hoped. We thought it might be walkable, but not in January in Toronto. The room was very comfortable. It was a shared kitchen and was great for the morning coffee and light breakfast that we like to have. I needed an extra towel and pillow, and was very pleased that this was available and got it to me quickly. The shared kitchen was nice, but a former resident didn't clean the dishes or a knife, and I tried to clean it, but whatever the person cut was caked to the knife. I applaud the owner as they were very good at cleaning the place, as I was there for 2 days and heard the staff. I just wish more people were a little more conscientious about using these places

• Johanne (5/5): Le prochain congrès je logerai ailleurs - Nous avons choisi ces chambres pour leur proximité à notre congrès, mais la chambre était poussiéreuse et pleine de toiles d’araignée. Les propriétaires nous ont fait un remboursement mais quand on a quitté et qu’on les a texté pour les remercier , ils n’ont pas répondu . Pas très agréable. La propreté et leurs rapports avec les clients.
• Guest (1/5): The posting is fake. The bathrooms are moldy and the sheets all have stains. Disgusting! - There was mold in the bathroom shower. The bedsheets and mattresses protector had big stains on them. When I asked the host to accommodate the inconvenience they requested photos and said they had no replacements for the night. When I asked for someone to readjust my pricing for the inconvenience they gave an attitude saying it’s not their fault. After calling booking they canceled the whole stay without alerting me. Also the pictures they provided for the posting are FAKES! The windows are not where they are pictured and it’s not any parking.

De telefonische bereikbaarheid van de beheerder en het advies over diner gelegenheid en ontbijt. De gratis parkeergelegenheid. De coderingen voor toegang woning en toegang kamer. Het bed was aan de kleine kant voor mij.

• Wendy (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in Toronto, we found the property was comfortable, convenient and within our budget. - The property was easy to get to from the subway station and the host gave clear instructions for getting in and out. The room and bathroom were clean and reasonably spacious, particularly the bathroom. The kitchen is shared but this was fine, the washer/ dryer was very helpful too. It would have been good to have more plates, cups and cutlery in the kitchen.

• Emilie (3/5): Not worth the money - The check-in info was very clear! There were some issues with the room when we got there and no on-site staff but the property manager was easy to contact via email and tried to find solutions quickly (thank you again!). The soundproofing seemed pretty good as well, we didn’t hear the other renters much. The main selling point for us was the proximity to Rogers Stadium. Walking home after our show was awesome! The room mostly looked like the pictures and there was no huge issue, but many small issues made our stay uncomfortable. The mattress cover was stained all over (it was replaced the next day) and there was no flat sheet in the bed, only the thick duvet in the middle of summer. There is no AC in the room, only in the common area, so we didn't sleep well because of the heat. We had only two bath towels, no hand or face towels. The lamp on our only bedside table wouldn’t turn on 95% of the time and turned itself off the other 5% (it was also replaced the next day). We had to email the property to get the wifi password. The ceiling paint in the shower was falling apart and the grout was moldy. The "private garden" was full of trash and there was no furniture. It's all the kind of stuff that we would let slide if we were staying at a friend's house but that we just can't justify when paying hundreds of dollars per night.

• Robert (10/5): Great stay for solo travelers - I was a solo traveler for this trip, and this was the perfect place for me to stay! It was close enough to everything I wanted to do in the city, but just far away enough where it was relatively quiet. A nice neighborhood, a clean room and property. All around just what I was looking for.

It made noises when you turn and my back hurt in the morning from how stiff it is. The bedding was a hard material which was also very uncomfertable. My partner and I did not get much sleep staying here for this reason. It was also very hot in the room no way to control the AC if you are a hot sleeper.
