- Mark (10/5): - Owners son was still there waiting even though I was late for check-in. All information provided in advance. Mini fridge in common area for use but none in the room. Private bathroom was very nice to have. Clean and cozy.

- Pieter (4/5): - I was surprised to find a cleaning fee that only appeared on the receipt. It would be helpful if all fees were shown upfront or included in the amount quoted by Expedia. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. There was hair and mold in the bathroom. When guests are paying extra for cleaning, a higher standard should be expected.

- Barry (8/5): Nice place to stay. Nice location. Friendly hosts. - Host were nice and friendly. The place was very clean. The room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Room and private bathroom were excellent. Temperature control was excellent. They have a common area, with a few dishes, utensils, supplies, coffee machine, tea kettle, and microwave. There is no sink in the common area, so had to wash dishes in my room. No dish cloth or towel available, so used my hand towel. Having access to a sink with running water, dish cloth and dish towel in the common area would be a nice addition if one is going to heat up food, make coffee/tea, and clean up dishes. That is the only request that I'd have for the hosts.

Finally a woman came out and was very sullen questioning me on who I was. I told her I texted my plans which I always do. She claimed she never got the text and then when it pushed her a little she then said “ oh, Expedia goes to my husbands email and he got it. Who is going to show up by Uber at 10 pm in a strange neighborhood with a reservation?? Ridiculous and no soap in shower

- Paul J (4/5): - The Bed was a platform with a 2 inch foam mattress and the bed was held together with Duct Tape. First staff spoke no English... There was no Breakfast or the use of the two Kitchens or Refrigerators. No personnel was there in the AM. Bath was down the hall for 4 rooms. I left about 10:30 AM because no one was around... What the HELL are you offering here for the HIGH Price ???
