- min hui (10/5): - Excellent location
- Laura (10/5): - Great location. Great pools and hot tubs
- Juan Pablo Rippe (1/5): Run down, outdated, poorly maintained property. Host was excellent. - The host was fantastic and quick to answer any questions. Where to start? The unit was dirty when we first walked in. There were grease stains and stactalites of grease hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom has a broken soap dispenser, missing a hand towel hanger, broken toilet roll holder and dirty floors and tiles.
The bedroom and living area had a layer of dust and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The carpet was dirty and full of dirty stains.
Overall this property was small town, middle of nowhere, motel quality at best.
Host was quick to answer questions but poorly managed the situation which was that the unit was dirty.
- Geoffrey (2/5): Generallly poor holiday to forget - N/A Everything , lots of problems , cleanliness poor, couldnt get owner for 5 days, waiting for rebates, had to leave 2 days early and am still waiting for Bookig.com to contact me

- Craig (9/5): Staying at Aspens on Blackcomb was central to having an outstanding Blackcomb Whistler ski holiday - We loved the room, facilities, location, ski hire facilities, ski valet, pool and hot tub, and service when required. The electronic entry controls were very good. nothing of note.
- Ken (8/5): -
- Nathaniel (8/5): Great comfortable location with dated amenities and furnishings - Location one of the best Everything getting tired. Old furniture, beds kitchen etc. places needs upgrading in many areas in the rooms
- Laura (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet away from the main village. We would definitely stay again. - The amenities were great. The pool was nicely heated. We loved the latte machine in the lobby. Nice quiet location for our group The underground parking was a bit confusing. Shortage of trash cans inside and out.
- Jenica (9/5): We would definitely come back without hesitation. - The hotel was located in a very convenient location. They had lots of amenities for guests to use. There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like. We really enjoyed our stay.
- Ian (5/5): The Aspens is a very nice complex but the room (#133) was a big disappointment. - Location. Easy parking. Pool was great although a few more lounges around the pool would be good. The room (#133). It’s very tired. Carpet is in terrible shape. Furniture is battered and worn. TV in the LR is very small by today’s standards. No AC … a must by today’s standards. Patio needs an upgrade along with the furniture, 3 mismatched chairs and no table.

- Emma (10/5): excellent - Door code - very easy check in It was all pretty great
- Stephen (9/5): Great location with nice amenities - Would have been nice to have an in suite laundry, but not a deal breaker
- Simon (10/5): -
- Keqin (8/5): Very nice location, perfect hotel for skiing - Ski-in, Ski-out Towels and coffee only for one night, not for 3 nights as we booked
- Irina (6/5): - Hot tubs are great!
True ski in and out.
There were some board games in the room. Our family enjoyed playing them. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly. Probably because of that, dishes weren’t clean enough upon our arrival. We needed to wash dishes by hand.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Our kids felt every mattress’ spring.
You can’t get additional supplies at the reception and need to call Vacasa. For two nights stay of four people there was one set of tiny shampoo etc. only, not enough garbage bags.

- Himanshu (3/5): Not worth fo pay as it is dirty - Close by to gondola Not clean, dirty, no response from front desk when we check in and observed issues and broken stuff in the property they mentioned to contact owner
- Marena (9/5): - Great location, amenities, and cost Lack of snow

- Rachael (10/5): Very clean and comfortable stay! - It was exceptionally clean! I also loved the hot tubs and pool area. The bed was also very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a good meal. It was quiet, warm and well looked after. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back one day. One of the hot tubs was not working, but this is obviously just unfortunate and no fault of the host's. The only other thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the cancellation policy - I tried to rearrange the dates due to an injury but was told I couldn't since it was less than 7 days before my stay. While I appreciate this, I had only booked a few days before so could never be within that window anyway and my partner was unfortunately injured during that time. Had we been able to change our dates, they would have got even more money from our stay!
- Sara (8/5): -
- Michael (9/5): -
- Melissa Eunson (8/5): -
- Raly (10/5): Great weekend escape - The comfort of the unit. Great soft bed and well equipped kitchen.
- Yulia (5/5): -
- Octavian (8/5): Would go back again - Good location, large 1 bed apartment, comfortable king bed. Enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi Faucets in both kitchen and bathroom need an upgrade
- sharma (9/5): -
- Sheila (10/5): - Suite was cozy and nicely decorated! Too far away from the centre of the village,
- Mark (8/5): Great location on the mountain -
- Suzette (10/5): Our Family Getaway. - We loved our stay at the Aspens, the condo was pristine, the location was perfect and the staff were exceptional. We stayed at the Aspens while we attended Crankworx and found it was perfect for accessing Blackcomb. My son was able to safely store his bikes with no concerns. Laundry access was on site, which was perfect. The condo's location was a 10 min walk to the base of bkackcomb and a very scenic one too. We all enjoyed the pool which was heated as well as the hot tubs despite the rain.
- Aleksandar (7/5): The stay was good overall but again the mattress are so bad that I would not sty in this room again. - The facilty, location and pool is great. The mattresses are very bad and time to change on both the bed and the pull out couch. Would not stay in this room again just becuase of that.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Close enough to upper village but far enough away that it is nice and quiet. Hot tub could have been a bit hotter.
- Filip (10/5): Polecam - Apartament duży i bardzo wygodny. Obiekt położony w malowniczej okolicy, blisko przystanku autobusowego.
Gondel in fünf Minuten Gehentfernung.
- Villa Gioia (9/5): Wonderful experience in Whistler during October. Highly recommend! - Great property, location etc. We were on the ground floor and the bed was extremely soft and lop sided, but the rest of the apartment was great.
- Fernanda (8/5): Great little apartment for a family of 4! - Awesome location and had everything we needed. Paid parking…
- Steven (8/5): -
- Bloye (5/5): - It was our Anniversary and we frequently stay at Aspens for this event. This year, YOU stuck us in the least desirable room at the property. That's OK, we will not be using Booking.com for any future hotels. Seems like Genious status and client for many years mounts to nothing. LOCATION OF OUR ROOM!
- Nadia (10/5): -
- Maaz (10/5): -
- Marsha (9/5): Overall great stay - Clean, great location and amenities Expensive parking and kitchen could be better stocked
- Dennis (10/5): Great apartment and location - I was emailed the door code. No problems No air conditioning. I found 2 fans in the bedroom closet and used them. It worked fine. They both need to be throughly cleaned.
- Peter (10/5): Great place, great location and very comfortable - Great place, pictures are accurate, bed is comfortable, kitchen equipment is of a good condition and the host was quick to reply about queries. Would highly recommend (i even extended my stay), and will be back.
- chantal (8/5): Girls weekend trip! - loved the pool and hot tubs, easy walk to the village main area, and in the evening a short 4min cab ride.
- Richard (10/5): - Expensive parking
- Paul (8/5): - Good location as away from the main noise of centre but 5 mins walk to Blackcomb Gondolas and restaurants.
Good communications prior to visit. There was no air conditioning, but fans were provided.
- Dr. Herwig (10/5): -
- Florence (10/5): -
- Francisco (10/5): -
- Irina (8/5): Good location near gondola - Location is great, by the lift/gondola, cafe with good breakfast in a couple mins by walk. No air conditioner can be an issue during summer time. It was stuffy in the room even with open windows.
Furniture was just fine.
Parking is expensive.
- Maryam (8/5): “My stay was wonderful! One of the best experiences I’ve had in Whistler. I would definitely come back and highly recomm - “It was excellent! The property was in a great location, very beautiful, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was wonderful, and I would definitely choose it again.” The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. It was small and very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well. If the bed were better, I would definitely choose this place every time.
- Yoseph (6/5): - The pool and hot tub It could've been more cleaner
and the blind to the main balcony was broken
- michelle (9/5): great stay - pool, very clean. would have liked to have more plates and dishes so we didnt need to run the dishwasher for every meal
- JOY (9/5): Great stay - Was the prefect space for our weekend away! Clean and spacious with a view of the mountains. Bed was big and comfortable.
Easy walk to the village
- Sheila (9/5): Great stay - Close to center of Whistler Pay parking
- Tonee (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, great location and nice rooms and property. Our family enjoyed themselves. - Nice location. Near the base of Blackcomb mountain. Walking distance to the gondola. A few nice restaurants nearby. We came in the summer so did not ski/snowboard. This location is ideal if you plan to ski/snowboard. The property is nice, the rooms are clean, staff are friendly. The pools are nice and there are a few hot tubs.
- Heymans (9/5): Very fun, great location and accessibility to local shops and amenities - Very clean, everything was present and clean The right front stove element was not working properly.
We noticed that Whistler and Blackcomb outside of the Aspen are getting really expensive when it comes to activities and food.
If the management has any say or feedback in the community I believe it will be a good point to bring up. It's lovely to come and stay, but it's not fun to feel squeezed at every activity and amenities in the city.
Examplees:
70$ mini golf in black comb, 16$ a ride for kids activity and 21$ for a subpar breakfast sandwich at portobello Cafe.
- Robin Lee (8/5): Nice Condo Resort - great pool, hot tubs, bike storage. - Nice pool (outside) and hot tubs....easy walk to Upper Village and good storage for bikes. Have stayed there before in different units and always good. TV needs to be upgraded - no TSN either (tried to watch US Open) Easy check in. Pillow Menu - no soft pillows, dated TV, no sports channel. Lousy (soft) couch. Expensive parking (downtown hotel prices)
- Ruth (9/5): - We loved the spacious rooms and the easy location
- Christine (9/5): - Easy to get in. Great location. A bit warm but fans provided . Gym was ok no weights.
- Adam (7/5): Aspens is a great getaway away from the immediate hustle of whistler village. - Great location, great pool, generally clean throughout
Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms very hot in 30+°C heat. No AC. Fans provided but just circulated warm air.
Parts of room felt a little dated.
- Tim (7/5): Not Mountain Bike Friendly, but overall, would be a good place to stay for anyone else. - Provided a hose to wash off my Mountain Bike. Easy check-in. Responded to any questions immediately and communication was constant. Not Mountain Biker friendly at all. The reasoning of not being able to store bikes on the decks for lower units doesn’t make sense. No damage is going to be caused other than what is already caused by natural weather or kids. I can see why this rule is in place for upper level units as the bikes would then have to be brought in through elevators and rooms. But lower level, this is ridiculous. A grill is more of a danger to the entire building!!! Rooms are really outdated.
- Michelle (9/5): A comfortable stay on quiet BlackComb. We love the proximity to Lost Lake trails. - Spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean Yard maintenance loud at 8:00am
- Andrew (8/5): -
- Eun Ji (3/5): I would’ve liked it it was a bit more accommodating but I had the worst experience when it comes to customer service. - It was clean, bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub was nice. Not accommodating at all. I asked for early check in, they said no very abruptly. When I asked if it was a possibility to extend the night they were just straight up “no”. Also lastly asked for late check out and all they said was that’s not available and that was the end of it. Even if it was 30min late check out would’ve been appreciated. But as a customer, it really felt like they didn’t care about my business. And their customer service response was very abruptly and short, not very accommodating or even attempted to be accommodating. I would not stay here again.
- Gerard (7/5): - Good location , nice room Parking was extra which wasn't advised
- Berenice (10/5): - Location is great and the price
- Strahle (7/5): Pretty good - Facilities were great! Room was clean. Room was hotter than a sauna. The bed was almost as hard as laying on the ground and the pillows were super high.
- Sophia (9/5): - We stayed two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. We were a lot closer to the villages than we had thought (you could just follow the path down the mountain next to where the bikers come down). The pool and multiple hot tubs were nice. Our room was very well equipped for cooking our meals. Lots of towels, etc. We were very pleased with our stay.
- Katharine (9/5): - Great location. Easy parking. Nice apartment
- Paul (8/5): - Good position Little dated
- Sherman (9/5): Very clean and comfortable accommodation. - Good location. Well maintained inside and out. Very knowledgeable and friendly 24 hour front desk personnel. No air conditioning.
- C (10/5): A patio with a screen! - We liked having a patio with an insect screen on the door. This provided cool fresh air & no mosquitos. We also liked how clean it was. It looked & smelled fresh. We liked how the cleaning staff left bathroom fan on prior to arrival, venting the old air in the suite.
- Gill (10/5): - Clean apartment x
Comfortable bed x
Great location for Blackcomb gondola x
- Fiona (8/5): Fanstastic property. Clean. Great location. Just need to upgrade mattresses. - We loved the room and the property. Great location. Clean. Had everything we needed. Only draw back was the mattresses. The ONLY downside was that the king bed mattress was extremely soft. Some might like that, but it was awful for my husbands bad back. Our kids slept on the fold out couch and that mattress was also uncomfortable - fairly thin and could feel the springs.
- Myra (8/5): We had an enjoyable time. - Clean, comfortable and met our needs. Location to the pool. There was a lot of children screaming right up to 10:00pm. We don’t have kids, so this was annoying to us. If a person had kids…probably not an issue.
- Kelly (10/5): Enjoyable - It was great. The pool and hot tubs were nice. Ice is in the lobby area. It's actually a short walk out the back to the village. Parking is a little confusing. It said park in any unassigned spots. There weren't a lot of spots w/o numbers. Also, parking is $26 a day. $26 a day parking fee
- Debbie (9/5): - It was well equipped, with a good location Having to pay to park. We thought this should be included in the price.
- Garnet (8/5): - The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels No AC in the room. Lots of noise (parties) coming from outside during the night.
