Guest Reviews

- Dear (8/5): - That the property is gated so it feels somewhat safer than many other hotels that don't provide that full scope of security. Especially when a person like myself has children with them. The room felt so hot when I couldn't get the heat turned off to my room. My air conditioner wasn't working but hotel staff quickly had someone come replace it with a working one.
- Remi (9/5): - Good place , good staff.
- Andrea (2/5): Staff was wonderful and accommodating, cleanliness not good - Staff Broken glass/crack pipe in the room
- Aedo (1/5): Big Scam!!!! - Nothing worst place in the world. It's a big scam!!! This place is a complete scam. Nothing looks like the photos shown on Booking. The entire property was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a terrible atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Service was extremely slow and unhelpful.
The room felt disgusting and unhygienic, and we even saw cockroaches. Everything looked old, neglected, and unclean. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else. Very disappointing experience
- Lorena (2/5): - Dirty, rundown. Photos were not realistic. Feels unsafe. It's cheap but still not worth it to stay.
- Mary Callie (1/5): -
- Firkola (6/5): -
- Joe (4/5): It felt like a weird experience ! - Not much I feel it’s an SRO posing as a Motel imo .
- Nino (9/5): -
- Dear (10/5): - Staff are easy to communicate any request with accuracy. Respectful and accommodating. I have nothing bad to say.
- Daneka (5/5): -
- Erich (2/5): Wouldn't return. Cleanliness was terrible. Room was too cold. - The location was central, but the neighborhood was very sketchy. The staff was friendly. No flat sheets on the bed. I am not sure that they change the bedding between guests. There was only a comforter. I don't know how many people slept in the bed before it was changed. I had to go to Walmart to get a flat sheet and pillow cases. Also, the heat didn't work, and the room was too cool.
- JasonGabbidon (1/5): - Nothing Everything, Nasty place, Smelly sheets... Yuck
- Waheed (10/5): Wonderful experience - It was sound and serene
Staff was friendly and helped with everything Nothing of such for the price .
It is a steal
- Julie Dupuis (1/5): - Shelter room
- Holly (5/5): Hospitality great but accommodations not - I honestly liked the price. It was affordable. We were checked into a room that was already occupied. Then moved to a room that the power kept going out. After the 3rd time the breaker went they finally moved us to a 3rd room. It was very inconvenient and frustrating. The staff however were very accommodating but still the annoyance was beyond my patience at that point.
- Daneka (5/5): -
- Rosemary (4/5): I was appalled at the appearance and lack of care for the upkeep of the property - It was very close to the conference I attended.
The room was clean.
The water was hot The trashcan was overflowing at the reception desk.
There was trash, cigarette butts outside some doors and in the parking lot.
The rat bait boxes were everywhere, sitting with trash blown up against them.
Instead of coffee, there were just crumpled up empty bags. They had not been checked or restocked.
There was no bathmat.
- Daneka (6/5): - The bedding was clean, as was the one set of towels. Too bad there was 2 of us. The rooms are sparsely furnished, a queen size bed and a small table with 2 chairs. No bedside tables, no desk, dresser, or wardrobe, a vanity in the bathroom area would have been nice. No pictures on the walls or carpet, not even a door mat. The floor was washed, but it felt sticky. I'm guessing from too much cleaner.
- Shahriar (1/5): This place is more like a fraud than an actual inn. - There is nothing to like about this place. Just avoid being there. The picture doesn’t show the reality. The place is dirty and the do not refund you when you see how bad the place is.
- Melanie (2/5): - Nothing Everything

- michael (1/5): The only positive was it was cheap. I should have known better but I booked it online and the pics were not accurate. - The bed was good It was absolutely filthy. I sent a pic of my socks. The laminate looked clean but obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in months (maybe ever?). The white walls in the bathroom were filthy. There is a bad element of people in the area so lock your car and room door.
- Jogesh (7/5): -
- Shelby (2/5): Couldn't wait to get out of there. - It was cheap. The front desk person was nice. The room was dingy and dirty. There were food crumbs under the sheets. The thermostat was broken/missing and the room was unbearably hot, even with the AC running and window cracked open. Everything about this place looked and felt sketchy.
- Yaroslav (2/5): Poor condition - Good location and low price Not clean. Poor condition. I was given a key to the room, where someone was already accommodated

- Mbpottsa (8/5): - Overall, satisfied. I was charged a 400.00 deposit because I use KOHO as a bank.
- Tauseef (7/5): - I want that Location
Property was good
Parking really as i require Beds pillows not comfy even not in a shape.
door card give hard time to open the door as usual maybe its me haha
- Donald (10/5): -
- Aydin (1/5): -
- Jennifer (1/5): - the bed was comfortable A staff member coming in to to our room at 11 pm.
No knock but after that we were not sleeping. You can not trust anything when staff comes in to your room and when you checkout at 1:30
- Newton (7/5): Quiet and comfy - The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. All that I needed was a quiet room and they happily provided that for me. no complaints
- Dahlman (3/5): Worst hotel stay I've had in the US - It was cheap Sheets were stained, furniture was broken, plastic covering over the smoke detector, office was locked when I tried to check out at 6am and no one answered the phone
- Fred (2/5): If all I needed was a room to leave my stuff in and sleep, this met that expectation. - Close to the venue we played darts out of for the weekend. On check in, they could not find my reservation until I passed them my phone with the email and confirmation #. Check in completed, entered the room and it was not good, carpets dirty, bathroom was a mess (shower curtain had yellow stains, shower head leaked), one set of towels for two people (asked for another set and given a towel from a room (was not folded) and a hand towel off a shelf-it (was not folded, just handed to me). Found extra dirty linen under the bed.
- Hassan (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Smelled like cigarettes, had holes in blankets, dirty bathroom and stinky blankets.
- Sheri (10/5): -
- Virginia (1/5): We - Nothing. Very surprised that Booking.com is affiliated with this place. The pictures are nothing to what the place was. Didn’t have the room booked, tried to give us another room with only one bed, were charging us more than what was quoted on original booking. Filthy, dark, dingy, ripped mattress, no pillow cases just some see thru paper covering and smelly. Didn’t even go to see the bathroom. Noticed when searching for a place at the end of the picture reel statement that the price will be lower if booked NOW. Did that and just got shafted. Beware. STAY AWAY from this place
- kumar (1/5): Worst - Nothing , i asked them for cleanliness they didn’t do anything for that. I asked for extra towels nothing is provided to me. Room in picture and in real was way to different. Hostility is so poor . And they cancelled my booking. Com reservation first then charge me extra dollars for booking again. Service was very bad. - rhea celine (1/5): Waste of money - Dirty. Has dead bugs. Very noisy and there’s someone working outside so loud throughout the day
- Thang (1/5): -
- Florence (1/5): Dangerous - no response, had to pay a lot of money to avoid freezing to death - Nothing I landed at 2am and I had declared this when booking, and was informed at there was 24/7 reception and security. When I arrived the reception was closed and there was no response from the booking.com, email address, or phone number provided when I booked. It was -16C so I had to pay $240 to stay elsewhere last minute. After complaining to Booking.com they said they wouldn't do anything. The Midtown Inn finally responded to me when I threatened escalated action but it has been a week and I have not heard anything further. There are also signs for a 24/7 diner but this was closed when I arrived. A lot of misinformation lead to a scary and expensive night.
- Daneka (3/5): - The location is is on a main drag and close to downtown, with easy access to hospitals and amenities. The room was bare, furniture was sparse, with only a bed, one bedside table, a small bar table, 2 chairs and tv & stand, with only one picture. The bathroom only had one each, facecloth, hand towel and small bath towel. There was no bathmat or another set of towels for my partner.
- James (2/5): - The price was decent. The place was too hot and the thermostat was broken.
- Muhammad (8/5): -
- Shirley (3/5): Not convenient to stay. - Location Not convenient to stay with, very smelly/molds everywhere.
blankets/bed spreads/towels-very old and thin.
Bed itself is movable-everytime I will face other side of the wall-bed will also move.
Dusts on the table.
Requested for another chair because there was only 1 chair available but nobody send it.
The temperature is very bad.
A/C is working but not cooling, the centralized heater is very hot that makes the entire room so hot (thermostat is not working)
This facility needs to be inspected by the SK health & sanitation dept or whoever is responsible in inspecting this kind of business.
- Evangeline (5/5): - none Noise from other rooms into the night

- Emily (1/5): Lowsy - Didn't receive my damage back
- Vicente (1/5): - Location Dirty and no toilet paper in the unit
- Waller (1/5): I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. - The guy at the front desk was nice. This was by far the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The blanket was covered in cigarette burns, blood stains, piss stains, and who knows what else. There was a big dead beatle in the bathroom cabinet. The chair was covered in stains, one looked like fresh vomit dripping. The carpet was disgusting and the couch cover was filthy. The room smelled bad and looked nothing like the pictures. The lamp was broken, and the TV didn't work.

- SarahKirkham (2/5): Maybe if the room was $60-70, it would be worth staying at. - The room was nice and warm. Bed sheets were clean. - The room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, to the point where I had difficulty breathing and got a major headache. Which means I had an awful sleep. I requested a room change but they took too long to reply.
- There was a loud banging noise that kept going all night, it sounded like the building pipes.
- The furniture was in really bad condition. The bed felt like it was going to break with myself and my boyfriend, and it creaked loudly with very little movement.
- The floors had a weird coating, almost felt dirty.
- Did not ask about facilities, but they were obviously all closed down. The front desk reception was off in a room and was not the clearest to find.
- VAYSSETTE (3/5): - Le personnel était sympa et ont essayé de trouver une solution a mon problème Il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bain

- Silva (8/5): Fairly good deal for a short business stay. - It was simple and comfortable with lots of space The floor could have used a little sweep.
- Constance (6/5): - Good for price Rooms need some attention
- Mavis (6/5): Somewhat good but not as advertised, though. - You get other services like transport and food close by Noise in the night and broken furniture, which has still not been fixed. The waiting area in the reception is always not clean.
- Mavis (5/5): -
- Arla (7/5): Hear me out….. - The staff are all wonderful- nicest people ever, all of them. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are fresh and clean. It was surprisingly quiet, and the location is convenient. It’s extremely good value for money, especially if you’re staying for several nights and are planning to be out all day and only at the hotel to sleep. Having said that, I wouldn’t bring my family here, personally. It’s a little bit rough. I almost turned around and walked out when I saw the state of the entrance to the reception. It really needs updating. The rooms are a little on the shabby side and could use updating. “Breakfast” was an apple, muffin, and two slices of bread in a paper bag (no toaster). I didn’t collect it after the first morning. It’s no big deal- you can buy a breakfast burrito for $3 at Co-op and heat it in the microwave- I’m just mentioning it so someone else might not be disappointed. It’s still excellent value.
