• Duckett (8/5): Well located,well priced - Excellent location, spacious, comfortable A downside is the converse of an upside. It overlooks a busy street, so you get street noise. I would come back even so. It is up two flights of stairs. Little things: make sure their are plugs for all basins inc sink, make sure there is soap and shampoo

• Joseph (10/5): - The room was spacious and the decor beautiful We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. There was a kitchenette which was so convenient for morning tea and coffee and to warm leftovers. Close to old town and restaurants
• Philippa (9/5): Great find! - Very clean and spacious. I loved the shower and there was abundant hot water. The location at the upper-end of Rue St-Jean was perfect for exploring the city and the whole neighbourhood is charming with a mixture of restaurants and eateries.

Imen est une hôte vraiment adorable, à l'écoute et très arrangeante. Quant au restaurant, c'est excellent et le personnel tres chaleureux. Je vous recommande cet endroit sans hésiter, qui est en plus très bien situé, en plein centre de Québec.

• Janet (10/5): Colorful and comfortable - The Moroccan atmosphere was well done and fun. The apt. Owner also had a Moroccan restaurant downstairs which was very good. She was both very responsive and happy to help with any issues or questions we had. Really enjoyable experience.

• Margaret (8/5): Good enough but not sure I would return. - Individual nature. Close to centre and faculties. Very spacious. Privacy. Enjoyed the balcony. Very warm welcome. Beds too firm. Dusty, could have been cleaner but understand problems given decor. Some decorations very fragile. Stairs steep and narrow.

• Julie (3/5): Not worth the money. - Neighborhood and general aesthetic Extremely rude owner—scolded me the second I met her for not knowing who she was even though she introduced herself in French and I did not understand. She refused to apologize and proceeded to be rude throughout the stay. Property is extremely small—should only be for one person, if that. Absolutely not worth the money. Smelled like onions the entire time because above a restaurant. Very difficult to get into apartment with provided key—me and my partner spent 10 minutes in the freezing cold because the lock is way too rusted and impossible to turn.
• Anne (10/5): - It was a wonderful and beautiful place. The area was ideal to walk around old QC. The host was magnificent. However, it said sleeps 4, but the futon was not comfortable to sleep on.
• Catherine (7/5): Lovely space but a few niggles - Excellent location. Very nice street with loads of cafes and restaurants. Very convenient for Convention centre. Room was exactly as presented in photos, very interesting and quirky decor and comfortable. The room is dark. There are multiple light fittings but even combined the emphasis was on atmosphere rather than function. It was only possible to read using the torch in my phone. The music from the restaurant downstairs was very intrusive. In fairness it was louder during the day than at night. I never met the proprietor, but found them unhelpful. I received an irritated response to my query about the TV remote. There was no action taken when I reported inadequate drainage of the kitchen sink on my first day; for the remainder of my stay there was a nasty sludge in the sink which was offensive and made it difficult to wash dishes. There are very limited utensils to allow one to cater for oneself. I had be buy a knife to be able to cut up fruit etc.. The fridge functioned as a freezer, which ruined the food I had bought (fruit, salads, yoghurt). This too was ignored. The microwave fused its socket. Would make me wonder a bit about the wiring.

• Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and ambiance. The apartment was very creatively decorated in a colorful eclectic Middle Eastern style. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Our unit was facing a busy street and was pretty loud — particularly during the day and especially the early morning. It didn’t bother us though.
• Yevhenii (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great, and the AC worked perfectly, which was much appreciated in the hot weather. After the noise and bustle of Toronto, I finally had a good night's sleep. The modern Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi were great perks. Highly recommend, and I would definitely stay here again.

• Anthony (9/5): Superb - The apartment is of a good size and is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Its location beside the liquor store and across the street from the grocery store was very convenient as was it's close proximity to many restaurants and the entrance to the old walled city. The bathroom roof leaked severely when subjected to an extremely heavy rainfall. It did not leak during the first day when there were only showers. The street noise was also loud at times overnight since the windows are old, single paned and do not keep out much if any noise.
