• Catherine (4/5): Déçue - Je pensais avoir louer une suite qui comprend habituellement une cuisine , salon , chambre et salle de bain. Mais lorsque je suis arrivée il avais clairement un couple qui habitait sur place avec leur enfants de 4 ans et deux chiens Pitt bull !! J’ai vite compris que je louais une chambre !!!! C’était bruyant ! Étant donner que tu intègre une vie de famille avec un jeune enfants. À notre arriver la cuisine était sale pleins de vaisselle la poubelle débordait …. Cela dit , le garçons responsable était sympathique mais pas du tout ce à quoi je m’attendais d’avoir louer!! Il demande de texter au besoin , nous avons tenter toute la semaine de discuter pour nous faire rembourser mais jamais de réponse sauf la veille de notre départ pour nous dire de passer directement sur booking ! Mon erreur , j’ai pas été voir les m commentaires et je me suis vraiment faite avoir !!

• Guindon (1/5): Insalubre NE RÉSERVEZ PAS - Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps pour apprécier quoi que ce soit. Nous sommes arrivés et la chambre sentait l'amoniac tellement fort que 3 des membres du groupe de voyageurs que nous étions ont eu mal à la tête dans les 20 premières minutes. 2 membres du groupe ont vu des insectes dans la toilette et un autre membre qui cherchait du "désodorisant" pour améliorer l'odeur, a trouvé une grosse quantité de bouteilles d'insecticides alors nous avons décidé de ne pas rester. La propriétaire n'a pas voulu émettre de remboursement.

• Joseph (6/5): Pleasant overall, and otherwise good experience. - The place was great, just wished that it had been ready to go, or we'd have been told of minor delays ahead of time so we could avoid awkward encounters. Aside from that, the stay was nice, interior was great with good amount of space. Lock at the back of the house seemed like someone could have gotten inside from out there, so wasn't sure if it was fully secure or not

I couldn't stay at the location because there was no parking spot available and parking is not allowed in the street during winter so I asked for a refund that I didn't get

Elissa was very helpful with any issue we had, and responds very quickly to any questions, only thing was parking is tricky. Only one night was a little loud, there isnt much not to like ! Very homey feeling.
• Sabrina (1/5): Poor service - Prior to booking this unit it did not show it was a shared accommodation. After booking I was told it was shared. I tried to cancel immediately and the host refused to give me my money. It said it was 77.00$ total but in small hidden fee it says 84$ and 50$ extra. I paid 161.00 dollars and I never even stayed at the unit.

• Mohomed (2/5): Good property but we had a scary night, unfortunately - it was easy to locate the place and nearby good eateries we had terrible experience with the host and compromised our safety , just in the midnight two men have opened the door and unloaded all their stuffs while we are fast asleep , wakes me up and asking to vacate. we were stunned to hear and after checking with the host they have given our address and passkey to them instead of some other property managed by them, which is totally unacceptable. the host was just justifying their action despite how scared we were about the situation

Call in front of the door, nobody answers the phone, no doorbell. Then got the message that tell how to get into the room. Read the text message in the -22o'c weather that was very cold! Feel so bad. there is not any cup for brushing the teeth. The room is little cold too. there is heater, but too noisy.

• Castelli (1/5): NO ALQUILEN - UN ASCO TOTAL - Un asco y una falta de respeto Un asco absoluto, me encuentro en contacto con atencion al cliente de booking para que me reeintegren toda la plata. Es un HOSTEL, TODOS LOS ESPACIOS SON COMPARTIDOS con otras personas, no es privado como dice el anuncio en ningun punto. Hay gente fumando marihuana ( el olor es tremwnso imposible de quedarse), la higiene es un asco, encontramos pelos agenos tirados dentro de la propiedad, tazas con bichos y el parking no solo usado, sino que congelado, sin ningun mantenimiento, fue imposoble de poder subirlo porque el auto se patinaba. Con respecto a los animales, no es un lugar para asistir con animales, esta totalmente contaminado el ambiente Ademas de eso, los dueños no respondieron absolutamente nada, ni los telefonos ni las llamadas, no se hicieron cargo de las devoluciones del checkin y del perro. Si quieren ahorrarse un problema, no vayan

• Aicha leila (4/5): Désagréable - La douche était propre La chambre était très salle ,il y avait beaucoup trop de bruit , le lit faisait tellement de bruit, l’hôte n’était pas respectueux au téléphone comme ses locataires qui ne respectaient pas les autres en faisant tout ce bruit jusqu’à presque 2h du matin. Ça ne sert à rien d’établir des règles si elles ne vont pas être respectées par tous.

• Jan (2/5): We were very unhappy with this accommodation. We paid a $60.00 cleaning fee for a space that wasn’t - I did not like the whole set up. Photos of the property were deceptive. The room was small , no where for suitcases. Bathroom had no hangers for clothes or towell while showering. Only one hand towell in a shared bathroom , it was wet & unsanitary. Bedroom floor had dirt on it. The bed had only sheets on it & a duvet thrown on bedside table, no duvet cover. Towels weren’t folded just piled on the bed. The common room next to bedroom was in use & we could hear people talking etc. Room is not soundproof which is unsuitable for a shared suite.

• Ian (6/5): Overall excellent, but issues with noise. - Very good mattresses, room nicely equipped with a desk, mirror, and an electric heater. The space was nicely furnished and decorated, and in great condition. The walls/windows/floors/ceiling are very thin. Noise from other rooms, floors, and the stairwell made it difficult to sleep. I wouldn't recommend the space for light sleepers or those that want a quiet space. I know that can't be changed, but feel it's important for people to know.

• Selim (1/5): There is a security risk. - The main entrance door and all the room doors inside had the same access code. The place felt extremely unsafe, and there were people who did not inspire trust. For these reasons, I requested a refund; however, the property owner claimed that this was not true and stated that the door codes were different. Nevertheless, all messages and informational notifications are available in my inbox as evidence. I have reported the situation to customer service and am waiting for a resolution and a refund. I definitely do not recommend this place.

• Richo (5/5): Do not confused about the misdescription of property and few $$ doesn't matter. - location was good and well renovated.Bed is very comfy. 1) it says private suite after paid it was shared amenities than contact booking .com and try to contact you no respond and 2nd attempt, message says it is shared and sorry for confusion. -3rd night couple came also they thought private suite and shocked to see me and they were not happy at all therefore they deliberately stay vary late drinking, loud,smoking cannot sleep that night well and also basement people even bang the wall at midnight as well and used all our onion, milk and vegetable.basically I paid for the price that they didn't get private suites 3rd day same night, couple were in the room and new tenant gentle walked in shocked to see me that he also booked for private suite and he was so angry and later couple came joined the conversation with French and wasn't happy at all and finally I noticed he left middle of night without staying but couple stayed the Fri-Sat because they came to just to have fun for 2 nights and no way to go I guess. The points is property details are misinformed and therefore seems 3 of us cheated. I was absolutely ok staying but when I hear this 2 other tenant same issue therefore I have to write this review no choice. Kitchen is good for use but no paper towel and No other things to cleanup with kitchen. 2) finally Saturday night another tenant gentleman came and very quite and humble guy but all night did the laundry front of my room and cannot sleep. so I think there is NO such CLEAR HOUSE RULLS mentioned because all night doing laundry, smoking and noisy all night. 3) there was shortage of toilet paper and very wise to keep extra toilet paper somewhere laundry area.

Un solo baño para 3 habitaciones y la habitación tiene un extractor (no muy funcional) donde el tubo sale por la ventana, motivo por el cual la ventana no se puede abrir para ventilar y la habitación se siente muy calurosa
