• Wendy (2/5): Terrible - Terrible beds and terrible service! All 4 adults have sore backs from the beds. They are so hard! I wanted to leave after 1 night but it's non refundable. I really suffered for the whole trip. Our shower was broken. They said they will replace it after we leave and just gave us some tape which didn't work to fix it??? Like wth? The living area AC was broken. My husband managed to fix it. They didn't even respond to that text.... Super bad service. We were in the 3 bedroom COMFORT Penthouse. What a joke. The floors were all mushy from water damage? Some things were stolen from our suite, too! The towels were crusty. The sinks didn't drain properly. It took 3 DAYS for the fridge to make ice. We had to buy ice for an exuberant price. Beware... this hotel has different names on apps. Probably because of bad reviews.

• Dan (10/5): - We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! We will be back.

• Ying Hsin (4/5): - Check out time is 10 not 11. They charge you $85 if stayed extra hour. Bed sheets are dirty. Shower is leaky. Tub is disgusting, has black things floating on top. We didn’t even use the tub. It’s dripping the whole night. The plug was broken so the tub was almost filled. It’s at a good location convenient, but I won’t got again.
• Jennifer (10/5): - This is a beautiful space and is very close to the Hot Springs and to the beach. The check in procedure was a little confusing but the staff was quick and helpful. The shared area was really good.
