- Shahreen (8/5): Good place for a Quebec City visit - It is a beautiful and spacious two bedroom apt. It was walking distance to supermarket and other stores. About 30 min drive to old town . Didn’t get how to access the property until morning of , which caused some stress because I didn’t have cell coverage .

- Safa (8/5): Great appartment, great location - Spacious, very clean, comfortable beds The appartment is not sound proof. There was a lot of noise coming from the appartment down the hall and we could hear everything (a group of young people playing and laughing very loudly). We are a family with 2 kids and noise continued until afrer 10pm.
- ALINE (10/5): - Le stationnement est situé à l'arrière du bâtiment. Il y a beaucoup de choix de restaurant autour. Un magnifique café au rez-de-chaussée. Superbe appartement La cuisine est équipée de vaisselle de base. Cependant, il serait tout de même sympathique d'avoir un peu d'huile d'olive et quelques herbes.

- Valerie (10/5): Pres de l universite. - Grand studio, lumineux, tres confortable avec un petit balcon. Il donne sur cours j'ai apprecie le calme, le silence. Il est tout pres de l université, ce qui est pratique quand on doit y travailler. Il y a beaucoup de rangements. Je le recommande. Je n ai vu personne, mais les explications etaient claires. Concernant l equipement de la cuisine, il y a l essentiel, mais j aurai apprecié d avoir quelques elements en plus ( the, cafe par exemple).

Il manque de linge à main de serviette et le congélateur du frigidaire coulait dans le réfrigérateur donc ma nourriture s’est gaspillé. Vous demander de nettoyer essuyer et ranger la vaisselle alors qu’il n’y a que deux toutes petites débarbouillettes. Il n’y a pas de linge à main dans à salle de bain. Ça manque un peu de ce coter là

- Ouardia (10/5): Agréable - Un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, humain et efficace. À mon arrivée, j’ai rencontré quelques problèmes techniques. Les réponses ont été rapides et rassurantes, avec des ajustements faits immédiatement. L’appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux, très lumineux et très pratique. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied. Je reviendrai volontiers et mes amis aussi. Quel que soit le désagrément, il est réglé immédiatement par le personnel ou la gérante. C’est vraiment très apprécié.

- Marie-Claude (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour professionnel - Appartement très agréable, tout équipé, lit très confortable, beaucoup d'espace de rangement, belle luminosité, stationnement au sous-sol facilitant l'arrivée et le départ chargés de bagages, tranquillité, près de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, réponse rapide aux questions de la personne responsable. Suggestion constructive : miroir pleine hauteur, éponge pour laver la vaisselle.

- Lise (10/5): Super! - C'était super. Lit confortable, bien situé géographiquement et on pense bien revenir, notamment pour ces raisons et pour les commodités de la chambre. Ça n'a pas du tout affecté notre séjour, mais pour quelqu'un qui y va la 1ere fois, trouver l'entrée du stationnement n'est pas évident. Accéder par la rue Nérée Tremblay ok mais quand plein d'autos te poussent dans le derrière, une photo (ou mini plan) indiquant l'entrée aurait été très aidante.

- Laetitia (10/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Un appartement bien placé à coté de l’université. Le plus est la possibilité de garer la voiture au sous-sol et d’accéder directement avec les valises à l’appartement. Le système de code est bien en remplacement de clés. L’appartement est très bien équipé avec une mention spéciale pour les matelas qui sont vraiment top ! Machine à laver et sèche-linge sur le palier . Manque peut-être un etandoir dans l’appartement
- Isabel (9/5): Bel appart pour un long séjour - L'appartement est superbe, comme neuf, avec une une salle de bain complète et salle d'eau très pratique quand qlq'un est dans la douche. La grande fenêtre laisse entrer beaucoup de lumière. La décoration est sobre, les fauteuils, lits et oreillers confortables. On se sent aussi en sécurité. La proximité à l'épicerie et au café est pratique. Le secteur grouille de vie étudiante! Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais ce serait idéal pour un long séjour. L'accès est un peu ardu car il faut passer par derrière et grimper des escaliers, passer devant le café pour ensuite accéder aux ascenseurs. Il y a aussi trop de codes - un pour la porte d'entrée, un autre pour l'ascenseur et un 3e pour l'appartement. L'hôte ne répondait pas rapidement à mes demandes et il y a eu une erreur dans la facturation (corrigée rapidement).

- Ursula (8/5): Great value for money! - The apartment is big enough for two, with ample wardrobe space and kitchen amenities. It is located close to the university campus on one of the main streets, which made traveling to/from it easy. Our appartment had a balcony to the back yard and was very quiet. We also appreciated having the Smith coffee shop downstairs.

Manque de serviettes , de linge a vaisselle et de débarbouillettes. Les oreillers sont en plume ce qui rend le sommeil difficile pour ceux qui sont allergiques ou qui ont très chaud.

- Lagos (8/5): it was magical - it was very clean and spacious, the location was perfect for everything we had planned. and the cafe downstairs was perfect. great parking the place had very little supply, there was only one roll of paper towels and toilet paper which meant we went out to buy and only 5 towels no extras. the place also didn’t have a mirror other than the bathroom. it was very clean and nice however the extra would have made it better.
- Vicky (9/5): Un bel endroit. - La proximité de la pyramide, la facilité d’accès au stationnement et à l’appartement. Tranquillité. Propreté. On entendait beaucoup les tuyaux à l’eau couler dans le mur lorsque les autres locataires utilisaient l’eau. Manquait de débarbouillettes.

- Benoit (8/5): Belle visite @ Québec - La proximité des différents attraits touristiques. Le service à la clientèle a été très rapide pour répondre à une incompréhension du système d'arrivé. L'appartement était face à l'université et le bruit des véhicules peut être dérangent au cours de la nuit.
- Yolande (7/5): Confort et lieu très bien mais manque de sécurité pour accès chambre. - Manque de sécurité: L'accès à la chambre n'est pas sécurisé car seulement code à 4 chiffres; ce qui n'est pas suffisant suivant les normes actuelles donc pas admissible. En plus les valeurs du code sont quasiment souvent des nombres de type 2025, 2010, ... donc finalement plus que deux chiffres !!). Un code à 5 chiffres qui change de manière aléatoire ou bien une carte d'accès magnétique est le minimum. On peut d'ailleurs se demander si vous avez fait un audit de sécurité.
- Nicole (9/5): Emplacement super pratique! - La grandeur des appartements et le confort. Il y avait des endroits qui n’ont pas été lavés comme table et comptoir de la cuisine. Le bruit d’une famille appartement du dessus …. Les familles devraient être placées dans les étages inférieures 🫤
