• JoAnne (8/5): - Only complaint is that the bathroom needs somewhere to hang stuff and somewhere to put your toiletries. The one little shelf had towels/paper on it and the toilet tank had facecloths on it (yuck).
• Kristy (6/5): - The staff were awesome. Room nice. Only issue no tv, no phone, no wifi, no coffee for coffee machine. Staff was on it, but unable to do much. We did get a slight discount which was great of them

• An (2/5): - I rent 3 rooms in last weekend. It is terible experience. Water smell is so bad. No body can take shower. I cant wash milk bottle for my baby. I have to use water bottle to wash it. And they didnt supply any water. In mid night. I dont have any more water. And I need to go out to buy some. But they lock the door from outside. I cant open from inside. Tried to call manager many times but noone respond. I feel like I am in jail. It is worst service ever

• Samyuktha (4/5): - Air conditional was making sound all night. Bad smell from the shower and sink when I used water. Checkin process was smooth. Highly priced for the facilities provided.

When i turned on the shower, after few seconds, it smelled so bad that i had to turn it off. My family ended up having no shower that day. I hope the management will improve its water system.

• Shelley (2/5): - Other than the pleasant lady who checked us in, this was a “never again “ experience. When we got to the room, we found the AC was not functioning properly and they had put 2 fans in the room. We should have been told this before we were given the room. When we went back to mention it, the poor lady at the desk was dealing with check in issues with 2 other guests and was in tears from it, so we decided to “grin and bear it”, because we didn’t want to upset her further. Later that evening, we could hear arguing between one of those guests and the front desk lady, loud enough we could hear in our room. After a hot and uncomfortable sleep, we decided to have a shower and the water smelled like swamp water. Other than the pleasantness of the front desk lady, I would certainly not recommend a stay here.

• Tara (6/5): - Well, according to the description on Expedia, we were supposed to receive a free breakfast to find out when we checked in that they no longer do breakfast anymore and have contacted Expedia, but Expedia has yet to take down the description item. It's a convenient location and has 3 food options plus Starbucks. Gas is in the parking lot over. Rooms are okay but could use an update.
• Doris (4/5): - Got there at 7pm and the person at the reception said the room was not ready due to lack of sheets. Got the manager's phone number and when I left a 3rd message stating i would make a fit at the reception desk, he finally call back. Very unprofessional service at the reception. The person could not care less that we were tired after a long day of driving. Someone else in my group was told they did not have a reservation even though they had cinfirmation with them. Very badly manage, unprofessional. Never ever had and issue like this before in all my traveling. Don't go to that place..

• Christina (2/5): - This is a horrible motel. I booked a two night stay via Expedia. I arrived late the first night. I was issued a key, went to room and it was occupied. They overbooked. There wasn’t an available room. This was in a rural area with limited places to stay and all motels/inns/air bnb’s for a 45 minute drive were fully booked. Do not stay here. They don’t care that they left me unhoused for the night. Additionally, the lady at the front desk was rude and seemed to take pleasure in the situation. I tried calling the hotel manager. He never returned my call. Run - don’t walk - away from the Restauparc Motel.

• Paul (2/5): - I'm 62 years old and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. Rooms are dirty left my shoes on. Thank god we had our one pllows. There was mice droppings in the shower floor towel. No ice machine. Girl at desk was rude. The bottom of the shower curtain was soiled and looked as though it was never washed. In safe microwave was on a pillow on bench. Didn't work so checked plug and they had 6 outlets plugged in one outlet. Was so dirty my wife wouldn't shower. Only reason we stayed is we had 80 yr old uncle w health issues and he was tired.
• Carl (6/5): - This was an OK stay in a location near where we needed, where hotel options are few. The price was decent, and the room and beds were comfortable. There were some problems. At check-in we were greeted by an employee who was also tending one of the fast-food establishments adjoining the hotel. She was exceedingly unfriendly, bordering on rude - in any event, not helpful, and did not give us any confidence that we would get satisfaction if we ran into any problems with our room. The TV/Satellite situation was baffling - finally got it to work after a good ten minutes of fiddling with it. The water in the bathroom had a very strong smell of sulphur/hard water smell which was quite unpleasant. Considering the limited availability of hotel rooms in this area during a festival weekend, we were willing to put up with some disappointments, but hopefully they can do better next time.
• Sabina (6/5): - this motel was close to Calypso waterpark, that is why we choosed this motel. the room was well kept, and it was easy access to the autoroute and places to eat. The things i didn't like about this place... Staff at the reception... we seem to be bothering her when we came in. When i reserved, i choosed this place mainly because there was a free breakfast, but when we asked they do not do that anymore. they only had a small closet with little snacks that were free, which was nice, but when we wanted to grab some barres for the waterpack, everything was emptied out by other guests. Our room was not even made when we even put the sign on the door. We only got a changed of towels. BUT the cleaning person did an excellent job when we asked about our bathroom when we had a problem with the toilette. this motel offers, free wi-fi but since all the rooms and the resturant were on the same internet it was really slow, but this didnt really bother me but it did bother the rest of my family. beside that, it was a nice stay

• Geoff (8/5): - At 1st glance, we wondered about what we’d reserved, with the exterior looking neglected. The receptionist is responsible for working with the pizza hut as well as serving the desk. We arrived just before 6pm but had to wait till 8pm while our room was cleaned. Very strange and unusual! Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we weren’t informed, so missed it. It’s a basic needs motel, but the room was clean enough, once we actually got to go in.

• John (10/5): - Basic budget motel with comfy beds and great linen. Pleasant staff. Has own food court which closes in the evening. Quiet after 9pm. McDonald's is just over the highway for breakfast or coffee before 9am. This motel was closest to an event I was attending. I would stay there again if I didn't want to drive from Ottawa East.

• John (10/5): Economical motel - Budget motel with 18 rooms attached to a collection of fast food restaurants and gas bar. Check in at Pizza Hut counter in food court or Petro Can after 9pm. Friendly staff. Room was small, very clean with spotless quality linen. Comfy bed, TV and WiFi included. Very quiet after 9pm. Good value for the money.

Cecilia (4/5): Worse hotel not recommended - Our stay is not good the water smell sewer even we run for couple of hours still smell sewer..the tv is not working and we waited for 5hrs to to fix it…there is no breakfast like they said on their website…and they don’t fix our room until we check out…the service of this hotel is so bad
• Hoang Khanh Linh (2/5): - The hotel is unprofessional. They messed up our booking gave 4 people a room with 1 double bed. They did accommodate and gave us 2 rooms instead but at first they’re making us paid for it and said they if we dont want to they can just cancel the reservation because it is paid at the hotel. After we insisted that we’re not paying they finally gave in and gave us 2 rooms for the what we originally paid for. The hotel also doesn’t have free breakfast, it is just frozen sandwiches.
• Josse (8/5): - Nice motel room. Only got a bit stressed when the didnt have our booking on file from expedia. Thankfully they still had room for us. I wouldn't rely on the free breakfast either but tims is just down the road.
• Roger (2/5): - Toilet in our room wouldnt flush, TV in other room wouldnt work. Rooms doubled booked and some of my party had to move rooms on short notice. I would recommend this place to no one.

The satellite TV was not working.There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised on their website.When we complained about the TV and lack of coffee maker we were told that we only stayed one night so they said it was no big deal.We would not stay here again and will tell our friend's and family to avoid this place.
