Guest Reviews
- Peter (2/5): - The place is a pigsty. Rooms were dirty, washrooms were filthy. Hair on bedsheets, no staff. Can not believe any one would aver stay here. Absolutely disgusting place.
- Kelly (8/5): Unique - Pretty cool spot
- mario (4/5): - Cet établissement a besoin d’amour!
- Michael (4/5): - Very confusing check in as the buildings priority is the bar and with 3-4 pm check in times there is often a long wait to talk to anyone as the servers are also taking care of hotel check ins.
The rooms are horribly dated and in disrepair. Issues with cleanliness, shower unclean, previous guests hair on shower walls, no idea what was sanitized and what was not. Place may had some charm long ago, but those days are long passed and forgotten. It is a shame as the exterior has charm and appeal.
- Adeola (2/5): - Noisy and not conducive. property and furniture is old. The picture online is not what is present on ground. dont be fool with the online pictures. environment is dirty and unkept. Dont book it.
- Avtar (10/5): - A
- Manuel Antonio (2/5): - My wasn't clean at all, washroom flor with shaving foam dried on the floor. Toilet disgustingly dirty. Look like months with no cleaning. Flosing thing on the floor. Cookies from previous occupation. Towel with dry shaving foam folded as clean. Nasty I'd say.
The staff was very nice. But nothing like that has clean the place
- john (2/5): - Was unable to check in. Unstaffed front desk not clearly mentioned
- Ernesto (2/5): - Noisy at the bar 24 hrs. Dirty room. Bed filthy. Pillow covers are dirty. Room dirty floors.
- Blue (2/5): - This is a stab shack. If you have no association with such activities then steer clear, now if you are about that life then this is probably a perfect drug den. Woman and children should not be left unattended. The rooms walls being covered in semen is one thing but the indicators that the door has been kicked in made it that much worse. Booked two nights and only managed to survive the one before just sleeping in my car in some random parking lot. The owner is up to something real bad.
- Marie (2/5): Terrible - We left… not an appropriate room , in any sense, dirty filthy broken down. This is a hotel you book for an hour, not to spend a night.
- Chi (2/5): - Host doesn’t even respond with check in info or pick up the phone. One of the worst host ever.
- Harkamal (2/5): - .
- Humayun (4/5): - Hotel room next to the main road with vehicles moving at all time.
- Sarah (2/5): - The room was not cleaned. The staff downstairs was wonderful. They said they couldn’t refund but the owner will and I never heard back from him after phone calls and texts. Don’t stay here. I’m fine with run down but not cleaned is different. Showing some photos but there’s more plus a video.
- manpreet (2/5): - terrible
- Christopher (8/5): - The place is a little run down and noisy because on a Main Street but the place is very clean. . No Air conditioning so if it was really hot might be an issue.
- Gary (2/5): - Dirty bathroom…finished poorly…toilet paper holder duct taped but fell open…worn out towels…bifold closet door to bathroom…sheets too small so bare mattress…no glasses…no dresser…no air conditioner…no working TV…heat turned highest on hot summer day…room over sidewalk with LOUD road construction…had to close window…sweltering and no air…
- Melody (4/5): - It’s a 2 star hotel. Everything is dirty. The fire alarm keeps beeping. The staff won’t do anything about it. Paid 261 per night.
- Anitha (2/5): - Was scary and the rooms were smelly not clean it did not have any night lamp , phone service or even taken out the trash . I would not recommend any one going there.
- Amro (2/5): - The place is horrible
- Jody (2/5): - They lock the front and back door so I couldn’t get in after hours. The key for the room did not work for the outside doors. Phone calls went nowhere. I had to bang on the front door until they let me in. Hair in bed.
- Al (6/5): - It was a old room , a place to sleep would not stay again
- Gulnar (4/5): - Not worth anything
- Jon (10/5): - They had an old school credit card imprinted and you check in from the pub downstairs. It was Karaoke night, which was a first for me
- Sumandeep Kaur (6/5): - old and average
- Murray (4/5): - no air conditioner and if you open the window you can't hear the tv. kitchen closed early the day I was there so looked elsewhere for dinner. The only good thing was close to my medical appointment
- Aireen (4/5): - It’s ok
- Diane (2/5): - The location would be ideal if there was a marked entrance and designated parking for hotel. Unfortunately, along with these, there were more disappointing aspects. Check-in was at the bar surrounded by pub patrons and the flies were almost unbearable. Confusion as to where to checkin, who will be checking you in, what room, what paperwork needs to be filled out and where to go to access the room. The first room wasn't made up, the second room given was dirty and unsecure. Locks were not working and the door frame was cracked on both doors of both rooms I was shown. The bedding had yellow stains and dark brown spot stains across the sheets. The walls were very dirty and the bathroom was quite neglected. The manager refused to return my rate even though I hadn't spent more than 5 minutes in hotel. Staff at pub was friendly and approachable.
- Sarah (10/5): - This was a great stay! Everyone was really nice and it was super clean everywhere. It was a great experience. Nice bed with an extra cushion on top. Friendly staff and overall a positive environment.
- Gopinath (10/5): - Great place
- Denzil (6/5): - Okay for the price
- Francisco Javier (6/5): - Just noises on Main Street. Make us crazy I left so early we’re not happy at all
- Michael (4/5): - No check in desk. Had to go to the pub. No airconditioning.
- Maria (2/5): - We stayed for a night and it’s false advertisement. It is not what we expected. Their bathroom is so tiny. I believe that it’s just a closet that they turned into bathroom. Pillowcases has yellow stain, blanket has cigarette burn, soooo hot, people from the pub were so loud, TV isn’t working. 179$ IS NOT WORTH IT.
- shannon (2/5): - The lady in the pub was friendly but the rooms have no a/c, very noisy as it’s right on the road, limited parking, foul smell of pine sol in the room, no garbage bag in garbage can, one towel, just don’t stay there.
- Grant (10/5): Clydesdale pub - classic old pub filled with locals. basic room good bed
- Ali (2/5): - From where to start : dirty, unsafe, no Ac, not even a fan, no hair dryer. No trash bags. Flat sheets are very dirty we ended up asking for refund. We didnt get it until now. I travelled many countries throughout the world. Definitely the worse place to stay in.
- kit (6/5): - I like the digital TV.
Price is a bit high for the room. Need upgrade
- Peter (4/5): - Rooms were above a tavern. No AC and a TV that had no channels made the price hard to swallow. Toilet backed up first flush , was moved to another room where toilet back up as well.
The only good thing, it was close to where we wanted to be.
- Ranjit (6/5): - Unconfirmed bed, when we entered in the motel felted foul smell, felted hot in side the room and noisy from the outside.
- Andrew (4/5): - Nothing in that picture represents the room. It is very run down, there is no front desk, check-in is at the bar. No AC in the rooms and no screens on the window and the smell of the whole place was interesting to put it nicely. The towels were dirty\stained as were the sheets, it looked like a place with hourly rates, not nightly. My friend thought it would be funny to stay at a liquor store, it was no joke, just horrible. She was scared to even go to the car alone. Don't make the same mistake!
- Gedwer (8/5): - Not a bad place to stay for the night.
- Kelli (2/5): - Where do I even start... there is no check-in desk, so when my husband and I got there, we went to the bartender at the bar attached to the hotel and asked to check in and she had the rudest attitude towards us. She couldn't find our reservation so she told us to go next door to the attached liquor store to see if they could find it. They couldn't find it either so it was a huge hassle to get us our rooms. We finally got our rooms and when we walked in the door, our "bridal suite" as they called it had one couch, one chair, and one queen bed with old blood stains on it. The shower also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Sleeping was tough because it is right next to a main road as well. Waking up in the morning, the shades did not keep any light out and there are no curtains. To make things worse, 5 minutes after waking up, the fire alarm in the building went off. My husband and I just grabbed our stuff and left. Please save your money and do not come here. The hotel should be shut down.
- Edna (10/5): - The stay was short but sweet, a nice weekend getaway, everyone very friendly.
- Trevor (4/5): - The biggest issue I had was that there was no air conditioner. It was spring so I might have been able to open the window but there was no screen on the window and the room was directly above the smoking area from the bar so we could not open the window. Also the crowd from the bar was noisy and we had to park across the street since there was only bar parking.
- Elwood or Sandra (2/5): - Nothing to like. Dirty. Bottles of alcohol partially empty left in room. Garbage can not empty when got there. Extremely noisy. No air conditioning. No TV
- Anusha (2/5): - I strongly recommend this property be taken off Expedia. It's a real old property that's not maintained well. The staff is not very responsive. The room was not cleaned, floor dirty, sheets were dirty and having a pub beneath makes it noisy. Someone kept watching television with loud volume and did not close their door! I wouldn't spend a $100 on such a property. The stay was miserable! I'm only glad that I got out of the property alive!
- Andrew (4/5): - The room I stayed in was not cleaned prior to my stay. Floors were dirty, bed linen had hair from previous occupant. The shower still had opened used soap in place.
I will not stay at this place again.
