Boy (5/5): Absolutely fantastic for a (very) short stay - Affordable, room included a refrigerator, fast internet speed, very friendly staff Not quiet. — Cleaning the room (including bedsheets and towels) was done maybe 5 times in total during my 2 month stay, of which I had to ask for it myself 4/5 times. Disgusting. — While the wifi speed was good, the stability really wasn't, especially between 0:00 and 06:00am (as if the router was in power saving mode during those times). So if you work abroad and rely on stable internet, maybe consider keep looking. — Had to buy my own kettle. — The TV was there only for show. — The AC hasn't been cleaned for a long time.

Nguyen (1/5): Cockroaches, dirty & bad service - Dirty and poor service. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. We checked in at 11pm. We chose the "Deluxe Suite" which was the most expensive. When we arrived the staff said they hadn't had time to clean the room we wanted. So they offered us a regular room instead which they would clean which would take 5-10 minutes max or if we wanted the "Deluxe" it would take 3-4 hours to clean. We asked how much it would cost as it is a regular cheap room compared to the "Deluxe" which we were supposed to have. He said the same price. We were so tired so we didn't care. He gave us 2 waters as an excuse. When we went to the room there were 3 big cockroaches in the room. Then we wanted to take our money back and find another hotel. He wanted us to pay money for drinks which he initially gave us as an excuse but now that we left we would pay for it. Sure, it's not expensive. But is it worth charging!? Nothing I recommend... Dirty and poor service.
