Hotel manager Jenny was so impressive as she helped us through arranging airport pickup service, answering our general questions which helped us throughout our trip and arranging tours for us which was such an amazing experience! Lara (10/5): Wundervoller Start in unseren Vietnam-Trip - Hätte für den Start in unsere Vietnamreise nicht besser sein können. Sehr sehr nettes Personal, schönes großes sauberes Zimmer, auch das Bad ist angenehm groß. Zum Frühstück gab es ebenalls viel Auswahl - alles sehr lecker! Hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig, man hört vom hektischen Straßenlärm Hanois nichts. Eigentlich gab es nichts zu meckern. Höchstens dass die Dusche beim Duschen etwas rutschig wird, da sie mit glatten Fließen ausgelegt ist. Wenn man da aber aufpasst, ist das kein Problem. Wie gesagt war das Bad ansonsten top - ingesamt sehr schön, sauber und groß

I asked them a million things leading up to and during my stay and they were so reliable and helpful every time. I booked a Ha Long cruise through them and found the whole process so easy and relatively affordable and would recommend doing so through this hotel if you can.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my trip, especially the front desk and housekeeping team who responded quickly to any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was good and the bathroom had strong water pressure. Housekeeping did a nice job every day. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable variety, and the location was convenient. Overall, everything was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend. Nothing

Irene (9/5): Great stay and very attentive staff - The location was great, close to everything, and the room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive, they let us leave the luggage early to visit the city, gave us recommendations and when we arrived later the luggage was already in the room. They had laundry service too that we didn’t have time to use. We had a great rest at night and the breakfast the next morning was very good. I would definitely recommend it! Bagno ampio ma con odore a tratti sgradevole. Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale gentile, attento e molto professionale. Ragazzi all'ingresso sorridenti e gentilissimi. Struttura assolutamente consigliata per un perfetto soggiorno ad Hanoi.

hanane (10/5): - Hôtel tres bien situé à Hanoï. On peut aller à pied au lac, au marché couvert, au night market, on est au cœur des 36 corporations, précisément dans la rue des objets religieux et tampons, et a 3 mn de la rue de la soie. Nous n'avons pas été gênés par le bruit. Le personnel est sympa et tres soucieux de nous satisfaire. Les lits étaient confortables. Le petit déjeuner est de loin le meilleur qui nous a été servi pendant notre séjour. Le dernier soir nous sommes rentrés trempés par une averse abondante et ils ont gentiment nettoyé. L’absence d’espresso le matin (que du cafe très léger) , mais ça ete comme ça dans tous nos hébergements, les amateurs de café devront le prendre à l’extérieur.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre historique sans pâtir du bruit de la rue. Il pourrait y avoir encore plus de variété pour le petit déjeuner.

On our departure morning, Tiffany called our driver to ensure we were in the right place and to see his status. This was not only reassuring but exceptional service considering we do not book the activity through La Palm. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again because of the staff. Thank you! No complaints.

Michael (10/5): - I had an amazing stay in the heart of the Old Quarter! The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from Train Street, the night market, and the lake. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff; they are incredibly polite and genuine, always asking about my day and helping with my plans or tour bookings. The flexibility here is a huge plus: they allowed me an early check-in since my room was ready and let me hang out in the lobby long after checkout while I waited for my pickup. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels, and I loved the thoughtful extras like the free coffee, water, and full dental/shaving kits. The shower heater and ventilation worked perfectly. Plus, the buffet breakfast is a great start to the day. Highly recommend!
