• Dallas (9/5): Memorable and enjoyable stay! - Hotel is located along the Saigon river and traffic is relatively quiet. It is relatively new as it opened in 2024. The room is also sufficient for 2 adults and comfortable. The foot print of the building is a bit small and the lift system is a bit confusing in the beginning.

I very disappointed and complaint to him, but he never apologized, I cannot understand that is the behavior for 5-star class hotel's staff? • AvidTraveller6969 (10/5): Brilliant hotel in a great location - So this was the third leg of a long trip across Asia and we were ready to check in by the time we arrive to this wonderful hotel. The whole experience of the airport was a bit stressful and therefore I was ready for a seamless check-in and a nice cold beer. We were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who was very welcoming and proceeded to upgrade us to a suite to recognise my diamond status which was well appreciated. We had a corner suite on the 25th floor and it was really really nice. I really like this hotel because the rooms are modern and new, the hotel itself is in a great location and feels very modern as well and the facilities overall are brilliant. I visited the spa and had a massage there which was very good no complaints from me. The club lounge was really good. I enjoyed the afternoon tea and the evening canapés. For the evening canapés I think the food selection was great and the champagne was also very tasty. The staff at this hotel overall were also really kind and helpful. The breakfast on the 10th floor was brilliant, a great selection of different foods, lots of different things rotating on a daily basis and again very good service. The only area this hotel lets it itself down is the gym, which is small and not very well equipped. Thankfully as an experienced gymnast I made do with the dumbbells and the single bench that was in there. In addition to that there is a cable machine and there is a legs machine together with various cardio equipment. But having come from Bangkok where we stayed in the Conrad which had probably the best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel, this was a bit of a disappointment. However we made do and still manage to work out which was the main thing. So overall a fantastic hotel with great people in a great location with great facilities. I will definitely be back when I am next in the city and this will definitely be where I stay and recommend a friend of family.
• gesmpatt (10/5): Location is 10/10 - Location is a solid 10/10. Whether you are traveling solo or with family, it’s a walking distance to everything that’s happening (restaurants, shops, etc). The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was spacious, and the river view made the stay even more special. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast team were excellent, attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout.

There are many restaurants nearby and perfect location for tour pickup. The breakfast spread is tasty and they do change some items everyday. The executive lounge was the highlight of my stay at Hilton Saigon. All the staff gere are friendly, but I want to recognize Nha, Vincent Ahn, from the executive lounge, for his excellent customer service. Vincent made my stay memorable. He went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of. I would stay here again in the future.

My room was luxuriously upgraded with a high floor and a beautiful view. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable — perfect for a good night’s rest. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and spa, were excellent. We were able to fully relax and enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with a good variety of options. I would like to express a big thank you to all the staff — from the entrance team to housekeeping — for making my stay such a memorable one. A special mention goes to Ms. Phoenix, who assisted us with a smooth check-in and check-out. She was very professional, clear in her explanations, and made sure we had a pleasant staycation. Since it was my birthday, she even prepared a lovely birthday treat for me. I was truly touched and grateful for her thoughtfulness and kindness. I will definitely recommend Hilton Saigon to my friends and relatives.

The team in the lounge, Nha, Vincent, Tien and Hoang did a great job, always there to refill the wine and to suggest even more food from the available selection. The wife and I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work and don’t let this hotel turn into a Hilton somewhere in the US or Canada, where service is nonexistent.

The rooms are amazing as well as the pool area with sauna and steam room. The whole decor of the hotel is very beautiful and the service at the breakfast is very nice where you are greeted with fresh coconut water within the actual coconut with Hilton sign, Also to mention the executive lounge is one of the best I have seen in terms of the view, the food and the incredible services of the following employees Nha, Vincent, Tien and Hoang. The restaurant breakfast offerings were outstanding, with incredible service. What can we not say about the executive lounge. The staff in the lounge were magnificent. Everything you'd expect from a 5* hotel and the staff were always on hand, with a smile on their faces. We will be back! Special shout out to Tu, Nha and Karen in the exec lounge, who were very hospitable and accomodating to our requests.
• stuartw800 (10/5): Absolutely perfect, best Hilton ever without doubt - I think I have only ever given one hotel a 5 star review in 20 odd years, Hilton Saigon is now added to that list. Stayed here for 6 days then 3 days, every aspect of my stay was excellent. The hotel is well located, in great decorative order. Food offering , executive lounge and pool facilities are very good but the staff make this place. From the front door, to every member of staff I encountered, they were friendly, professional and went over and above any call of duty. At breakfast, the staff member remembered what coffee I liked and when I liked it, remembered my omelette and how I liked it. Same at the pool, attendant set both steam and sauna to what I liked and placed towels where he knew I went in and out. Absolutely perfect in every way Hilton, this is your best hotel !
• Redlorry22 (10/5): Top Hotel in Ho Chi Min Vity - Fantastic hotel to stay in while in Ho Chi Mon (Saigon). From checking-in to checking out the staff were excellent. Comfortable, clean room and the bonus of having an executive lounge. I would like to mention a few members of staff who were amazing although all the staff at this establishment have been brilliant. Huy in the 10th floor restaurant Karen, Louis, Mini, Nha, Naomi and Nghi in the executive lounge Vy in reception. All the staff but especially the above made our stay a great one and are a credit to the Hilton brand.

• myoh100 (10/5): Hotel with nice restaurant "The Strand" - Visited "the strand" restaurant around 9:30 am in the morning. did not have the mood for breakfast buffet and asked if "Char Kway Teow" from the lunch menu can be ordered. Very nice staff named Phuoc make it happen. The noddle itself is very delicious with fresh prawns and crab. they also provide complimentary breads. The restaurant staffs are very attentive. They give 25% off food discount to Hilton diamond members. Shout out the staff Phuoc for excellent service.

They go out of their way to help you feel welcome and accommodating. A few of the staff are Nha, Tu, An, Chau and Duk. All are assets to Hilton and deserve a raise!

• rd76 (10/5): Amazing brand new hotel - Brand new, sleek hotel, in the heart of district one by the river. The views from the upper floor are breathtaking. The suite we had on the 37th floor was huge and in some respects more modern than practical, but overall great. The service was efficient, especially the team at the executive lounge, Nami, Nha and Chau. Warmth is possibly the only area that would get them from five to six stars

From the moment of our arrival until our last minute, we had an incredible stay here. The staff in the executive lounge is so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much to ask. Breakfast restaurant staff are same; accommodating, helpful, sincere in wanting guests to enjoy their stay. Our room is clean, comfortable, snd housekeeping does an excellent job. Hilton Saigon is clearly a top level property in Hilton chain.
• rashuben (10/5): Amazing staff and hospitality - We stayed at the Hilton Saigon for 3 nights. The staff went way beyond to make us comfortable. They took care of every little detail for us. Tu Vg Ngoc manager at the executive lounge was very good and we were able to stay in the lounge all afternoon from 2-8 pm till we were ready to go to the airport. We highly recommend this property for your next stay in Ho Chi Minh City. We will definitely be back hopefully soon. Special mention of the trainee who took extra care of us Ngoc

The hotel is elegant, well-maintained, and perfectly located for both business and leisure. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered great city views. The Executive Lounge was a highlight — calm, beautifully set up, and offering excellent food and drinks throughout the day. A special mention goes to Nha Ngoc Tien, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made my experience even more memorable. Her attentive service and genuine care truly reflect the Hilton standard. Overall, every staff member I encountered was courteous and efficient, and the amenities — from the pool to the restaurant — were top-notch. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.
