- Viet (10/5): Excellent - Everything about UrCove Jing' An was exceptional: the staff was warm and excellent; the room furniture was new; the room layout was so well designed that even though the room was only 21 sqm, we did not feel like we miss anything. From the hotel's location, subway is easily accessible and there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping malls. Without a doubt, if we ever have the chance to return to Shanghai, UrCove Jing'An would be top of our list for accommodation ! Nothing.
- 北さん (6/5): ハイアットの冠なのに - 上海地下鉄7号線昌平路駅の1番出口の目の前に立地しているので、電車での移動であれば大変便利。街の中心から少し離れているので静かで、部屋は良く考えられた造りで快適に過ごせます。 TVのチャンネルは中国の放送以外ありません。2階のレストランはクレジットカードが使用出来ない&ホテルと別経営のためにサインで食事も出来ません。アメニティの種類は少なく、朝食の種類もそれほど多くありません。

Also love the little supper provided free. The breakfast spread is not as good as other hotels that I have stayed in.

- Couprie Macé (8/5): - La chambre était confortable, même si la présence de la salle de bain dans l'entrée est un peu déconcertante, mais elle permet de gagner de la place dans l'espace de la chambre. La douche est très grande. Le cadre général de l'hotel est moderne, confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner manquait de produits occidentaux (uniquement du pain de mie, yaourt, confiture et un fromage qui voulait ressembler à de l'emmental. Heureusement, il y avait quelques fruits. Il y avait du choix dans les produits locaux, mais pas facile de consommer des nouilles, du bouillon ou tous les autres recettes chinoises au petit déjeuner.
- Jane (10/5): Great location, rooms, and staff. - Everything. Staff were great and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. There is supper every night. The gym is pretty well equipped for a hotel in Shanghai - it had two treadmills, a rower, weights, and a cable machine. Metro line 14 is right across the street from the hotel, and it is a walking distance to Jing An temple. Perhaps the option for a traditional breakfast spread instead of a bakes and coffee bar. But everything else was excellent.

- Anthony (10/5): - Stayed here for 4 nights in late July. Had a wonderful stay! Room was large and bright, and had a really nice feel. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Stay came with breakfast which was quite yum. Laundry room was very handy although it can get busy with only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Great location with metro literally 100m away, and short walk to Jing'an Temple.

I have to receive many packages online & they helped me collect & even take up the heavy package for me. Room is in good size & very clean, and the best thing I like is the robot food delivery, I used it many times. Plus the free laundry room with gym next to it!

- cecilia (8/5): - Have to change a room due to light smoke smell despite being a non-smoking hotel. The friendly staff upgraded me to a better class room. Staffs are very helpful with my other needs like how to set up Food Delivery service and looking up information for an Acrobat show. Front desk staff that are helpful and friendly - Lumi, Ruby and Max. The housekeeping staff on 8th floor is exceptional, making us feel at home while away.

- Luiz A (10/5): - Quarto amplo e confortável, com vista da cidade para rua principal, vidro até o chão, cortinas automatizadas com comando na cabeceira. Foi a melhor estadia da viagem. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, os pães não eram muito frescos e a charcutaria não agradava muito. Optamos por tomar os cafés da manhã e locais próximos 10 min caminhando. A equipe do hotel era muito simpática e atenciosa, e existem no lobby uma serie de amenidades que vão desde chá e café até caldos a noite. Os produtos de banho eram de qualidade exemplar, banheiro eram amplos e confortáveis. Recomendo a estadia nesse hotel.

- IZUMI (8/5): - 静安寺エリアで地下鉄の最寄駅から近く、ハイアット系列で安心という理由からこちらのホテルを選びました。総合的にとても満足でした。部屋は思っていたよりも小さかったですが1人なので特に窮屈ではなく、建物もわりと新しく、清潔に保たれていて、掃除も行き届いていました。トイレとシャワー室が分かれているのも良かったです。清掃スタッフの方がとても感じ良く、毎日の清掃も徹底されていて、無料の飲み物やお菓子等も毎日提供されました。最寄りの14号線武定路駅はホテルから徒歩1分程、2号線静安寺駅までは徒歩20分程でした。ホテルの前にはファミマがあって安心でしたし、ホテル1階ロビーにはおしゃれなカフェがあります。客層は幅広く、欧米人が多く感じました。特に不満等はなく、約1週間快適に過ごせたので、また上海に行く時は利用したいと思います。

- BEN (6/5): COMFORTABLE STAY BUT THERE ARE AREAS TO IMPROVE - It is a very clean space in the hotel room with wonderful location in Jing'an neighborhood. It is very accessible to plenty of more local restaurants and cafes along Yu Yuan road. The toilet also offers a heated seat and bidet which was a great feature for the room. There are also some tech savvy gadget such as a smart device and push button for electronic curtains. The front desk staff, however, has very limited english and likely should get better training in working with foreign tourists. My partner and I also had an incident where the metal screw cap (the size of a baseball in diameter) on the ceiling fixture fell on top of her head as we entered into our room. This was brought to attention of the staff, as it is a safety hazard. She tried to offer us a discount on our next stay, but due to language barrier and lack of a local phone number on wechat, we did not get any sort of reimbursement for our troubles.
