They tried to understand your style of living by observing the consumption and usage of the room stuff so as to tidy up your room according to your usage pattern and to supplement some extra stuff that make your stay more enjoyable. The room was super clean The only thing I disliked was that they didn't have bed guard for young babies who co-sleep with parents. But they did offer to arrange the sofa right next the bed as an alternative. Overall they were very baby friendly. They even provided us with a baby bath tub and baby body wash.

It didn't meet my expectation. First the room was NOT cleaned when we came back at 3pm even though we left early in the morning. Pool was surprisingly small given the location and pool area really need more attention. The bottle I left at the pool was still there the next two days. Toilet was out of paper and overall cleanliness of the pool was not up to 5 star hotel standard.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to the club lounge for check-in, which made the arrival process smooth and relaxing. A special thank you to Ms. Li, the club lounge manager, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. She graciously upgraded our room to a beautiful suite with a stunning ocean view. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — a perfect retreat after a long day. The overall service during our stay was excellent.

Teabags at breakfast buffet are not available unless you asked, they are stored inside the cabinet where only staff can reach. Food quality is not good for 5 stars hotel and at that price.

Rooms were NEW as this this a new hotel and had that new smell. Staff were wonderful and helpful, though not much English. The hotel is located in a newly developed are with not much nearby..

- NGAY10 (10/5): Great hospitality and facility - 我訂了兩間房間, 晚上8點左右才Check-in. 當時是Andy Zhang接待我們的. Andy hospitality was great ! 他給我們介紹了汕頭. 他也非常可靠, 當時有人排在後面想jump the queue. Andy handled it professionally. 對酒店的First imp人Check in 過程也很快, 因為人是marriott bonvoy member, 我住的房間Upgrade 到可以看海的房. 房間很大, 房間還有歡迎飲料和汕頭特色小吃. 有提供KETTLE 和茶包. 空調也很好控制. 浴缸夠深也很乾淨. 唯獨一點是, 這區是新發展區,旁邊還有很多的地盤在工作. 早上8點左右就開始工作, 因為地盤就在旁邊, 再好的隔音也擋不了震動. 有早餐吃就早一點下去吃早餐. 早餐的種類你想到的都會有, 還有汕頭的特色食物. 就算沒有的茶, 他們都會提供茶包給你. 服務很好. 因為時間不夠, 就只是去看了一眼fitness center. 女廁裡提供的東西都很新, 很乾淨. gym room 你想到的都有.

- Richard (10/5): - Short taxi ride to the Shantou High Speed Rail Station. Though the hotel is a little out of the way for the city centre, little to nothing in the way of shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. More than a little surprised that I had to pay a 3000 RMB deposit upon arrival, seeing as I had already paid the full price of my 3 night stay in advance. Had a full reimbursement to my bank account later in the day when I checked out. Just a "strange" set up, guess they worried I might disappear with the bed or the TV. Concierge and doorman very helpful with advice and guidance on local travel, sights etc.

- billychoo1979 (10/5): Excellent Hotel with great service. - Hotel located in the new business district. Most locations is within a 8-10 mins taxi ride. Like the hotel modern decor and comfortable bedding. Manage to get a comfortable night rest. The staff were excellent. Yeli manage a seamless check-in and accompany to the executive lounge to wait for the room. Phoebe and team at the lounge who were always attentive and helpful to the guest.

The rooms are superb, spacious, many amenities, great views and a very comfy bed, i slept so well. Breakfast is very good with huge choice and they even have HP Sauce for anyone from the UK. We also dined one evening at the Chinese Restaurant Man Ho which was Fantastic. I've been travelling to the Far East for over 35 years and this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in and great value for money. Nice location as well away from all the hustle and bustle and close to the high speed train station.

The M lounge has a breathtaking view - perfect place to relax with a glass of wine- complementary if you stay at the club level. Highly recommend.

Being one of the newest 5-star hotel in the area, the hotel offers guests a very comfortable staying experience. The hotel breakfast offers a good selection of international and local choices. - Winnie (10/5): Exceptional - I like the decoration and the food quality in the hotel. The service attitude was wonderful and we had a great time staying there. On the first day, the room was not cleaned by 3pm, so we had to call and request the cleaning service. However, the response time was great. After that initial day, everything was perfect. Also one of our rooms was not ready until 4pm, which is not really acceptable. However given that it is quite a new hotel and we have other rooms to stay at, we are fine with this.

I request tea spoon from room service and the staff is unable to give me literally the staff tell me to make tea with my fingers!
