• Bernard (10/5): Une excellente expérience - Vraiment très content de cet hôtel: pour environ 50€ par nuit j'avais un splendide appartement complet et neuf à ma disposition, avec petit-déjeuner inclus, très propre et silencieux. Personnel charmant parlant plutot bien anglais, ce qui est rare à Wuhan. A 100m du métro et d'un centre commercial, ainsi que d'une galerie commerciale en sous-sol offrant beaucoup de choix pour se restaurer. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommande vivement. Rien ! Tout était vraiment parfait.

The room are spacious complete with washing machine/dryer and a kitchenette The bread section in the breakfast spread.
• Alexandra (10/5): Good - The hotel is located in a commercial building with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket; you can access it directly from the hotel. It's very close to the subway station. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I hope to return soon.

• Alexander (10/5): "Somerset" is a place I desperately want to be back to! - Excellent place! Well above expectations! Very clean and quiet, rooms are spacious and very well organised. Shower just works as you want it - I travel a lot and 8 out of 10 hotels have issues with shower temperature and regulation. This one is just excellent. Very important - both beds are very comfortable (I now need to know the name of those mattrasses!) AC works for both heating and cooling. Breakfast is full of Chinese but if you want International they do have fried eggs, vegetables, yogurts, cereals etc (and make omelettes). Staff is very friendly! Elevators are quick (you don't have to wait for them). Another important bit: the building is very conveniently located and has a big mall inside (for shopping and dining) as well as a great supermarket on basement floor. Overall, Somerset Future Center Wuhan is a place I desperately want to be back to! Thank you!!!

Have ordered a few parcels but constantly being pushed off to take it myself from the basement supermarket with no guidance.

It is located within a large precinct with a huge mall where you a find everything you need (clothing, food;, games, gifts...). The staff is very nice and very helpful. Breakfast is very great. There is a choice of continental breakfast options but also some Chinese specialities.

• Helene (9/5): Modern und hoch - Ich hatte ein Upgrade bekommen (für eine Suite,2 Zimmer und Küche), die Ausstattung war echt klasse, modern, sauber, sehr viel Platz und tolle Aussicht vom 18 Stockwerk. Lage war für mich ganz gut, in etwa 25 min zu Fuß von Guiyuan Tempel entfernt und 15 min vom Yuehu See, plus im gleichen Gebäude Shopping Mall und Metro-Zugang. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig (Buffet, chinesisch und europäisch). Leider waren die Fenster nicht schallisoliert, man hörte das Gehupe und Autogeräusche von der stark befahrenen Straße.

• Rebecca (9/5): Smart, clean, comfortable and exceptional value for money. - Second time staying at Somerset Future Centre, fantastic location in Hanyang. Smart, clean, comfortable and exceptional value for money. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, some cooked to order. Other facilities are the hot tub, steam room and gym, which are good. Staff are all exceptional and go out of there way to support and help. Took a one bed apartment, to have the extra space to relax in along with kitchenette and washing machine which at the end of a trip is handy. All of this sitting above a good shopping mall, fab supermarket and access to other areas via the Metro line 4. Easy walking distance to Moon Park and the Wuhan Modern Art Museum. Nothing.
• Jason (10/5): Great hotel - Superb hotel in really convenient location with line 4 subway station right out front and attached to a mall with lots of dining options. I stayed in an executive suite which included washing machine and dryer. It was modern, spacious and clean with great views and large bathroom, kitchen and living space. Breakfast options were excellent and the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Great hotel.
• Jason (10/5): Great hotel - Superb hotel in really convenient location with line 4 subway station right out front and attached to a mall with lots of dining options. I stayed in an executive suite which included washing machine and dryer. It was modern, spacious and clean with great views and large bathroom, kitchen and living space. Breakfast options were excellent and the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Great hotel.

Good - Accommodation: The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine, refrigerator, iron, clothes dryer, and a large wardrobe. The cleanliness is excellent, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Services: The staff are professional, polite, and very helpful. The management team is also respectful and attentive. Location: The location is excellent, providing easy access to main attractions and convenient transportation options. Dining: Breakfast is good, varied, and satisfies most guests’ needs. Conclusion: A wonderful hotel that combines great hospitality, comfortable facilities, and a prime location. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. Osama I couldn’t find a single thing to dislike – everything was excellent.

• Shu (10/5): Impeccable hotel - We had an amazing time in Somerset Future Center Wuhan and we would recommend it! We got a room upgrade for free and our room had a nice view. The breakfast was also included and it was fresh made everyday. The staff was friendly and the communication was incredible and fast. The location was convenient and the mall was easy to reach with the elevator.

• Bo-Sheng (10/5): - The apartment hotel is in upper levels of a modern building that also houses a shopping mall containing numerous eateries. The building is literally directly above a subway station. It was super easy to get to and from Wuhan high speed rail station. The one bed room corner deluxe unit (free upgrade from a lesser unit) we stayed in is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, dining table and a functioning washer/drier combo plus daily supply of detergent. Air conditioning of the unit worked well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty Chinese food. There were a few Western food items as well. We enjoyed our stay.

It was modern , the staff were extremely helpful, the morning breakfast was top notch. I was very impressed about everything about it. I don't normally leave reviews for hotels but I had such a good experience I was happy to take the time to review the Somerset Future Centre
• Vincent (10/5): Excellent, enjoyed our stay to the fullest! - The room is very spacious, clean and beautiful, staff very friendly. Several facilities, nice fitness, sauna, jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent, an extensive buffet. It was possible to visit the mall directly from the hotel which was very convenient. We had to wait several times for the refill of some drinks and glasses.

Everyone (concierge, kitchen staff, house keeping ladies, gym front desk etc.) was super friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or needed something. The breakfast was delicious and offers traditional Wuhan food! The room is nice and clean and spacious. The unit had dishwasher and laundry which makes it extra homey and comfortable! Nothing!
