Very spacious with a place for everything - shoes at front door, shelves & drawers for bags/hats/keys, 3 large wardrobes storage, plenty of clean clothes hangers. In-unit laundry/dryer is very handy for people who travel light. Modern & new facilities. Very clean. Consumables & water replenished every day. Room cleaned everyday if needed. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Didn't cook but free coffee available in huge communal kitchen where even more cooking could be done. 3 excellent restaurants & a coffee/drinks bar in the complex below the accommodation. Highly recommend this stay.

• pat2dina (8/5): Fonctionnel, confortable et bien situé - Hôtel fonctionnel, moderne et situé dans une petite rue tranquille (hutong) typique de Pékin, et cela à 5 min à pied du premier métro (National Art Museum of China). Nous avons été bien accueilli, ils sont très réactifs via WeChat, grâce à eux nous avons pu réservé pour le musée national, sans cela c'était impossible, encore merci. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipée (utile la machine à laver) et chaque jour nous avions des bouteilles d'eau. Literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner est en self service et avec un bon choix. La chambre qui nous a été donné était poussiéreuse, bizarre car après le ménage était bon. Le débit du WiFi (quelque soit le site) est très médiocre, inutilisable. Vue que la chambre est bien équipée, dommage que ne soit pas mis du café et du thé, hormis l'eau qui est donnée et il n'y a pas de consommable.

Klimaanlage, Moskitoschutz am Lüftungsfenster, Waschmaschine und Waschmittel. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Lage perfekt um Beijing zu erkunden. Nahe an Dongsi Station. Auf beiden Straßenseiten (2-3 min zu Fuß) gibt es lokale Essensmöglichkeiten.

• Mariia (10/5): Шикарные шесть дней в base - Апартаменты расположены в самом центре Пекина. Заселили на 2 часа раньше без всякой предоплаты. Персонал очень дружелюбный. В пешей доступности Запретный город, торговые улочки. 10 минут пешком до станции метро Донгси, откуда можно добраться в любую точку города. У этой станции расположен большой продуктовый магазин. В 3х минутах хотьюы прогулочная улица, где множество кафе и магазинчиков. У отеля есть ресторан, кафе и бар, где можно провести время вкусно поесть. В номере очень удобная кровать, диван, телевизор, душ. Сами апартаменты очень чистые, уютные. Если вернёмся в Пекин, обязательно в base !!!!

The reception staff were all wonderful, and the gentlemen at the hall who helped with the luggage were always friendly and greeted us warmly every time we saw them. They deserve a raise! A special mention to the lady at the restaurant where we had breakfast each morning, she was incredibly positive, energetic, and thoughtful. She truly brightened our mornings every day. I would 100% recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back! Nothing. Everything was perfect

It is a minor thing, the room temperature is controlled centrally so you cannot change the room temperature. I always prefer a colder temperature at around 18-19.

• Stephanie (8/5): Modern and spacious in the Hutongs. Highly recommend. - Location in the hutongs was good. A couple of blocks from Dongsi subway station. Room was spacious, light, airy and clean. Daily service was appreciated. The washing machine is handy and the kitchen was good. The wee lounge area is great. No aircon but there was an opening window which lets in alot of natural air. The 'extra bed' is really just a fold up base with a duvet on top. Quite small and hard. Suitable for children but not large teenagers or adults.

• Christian (9/5): Mooi centraal gelegen en goede prijskwaliteit - Het is een mooie en ruime kamer op een goede locatie. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren om 8 uur ‘s ochtends geland en konden onze bagage afgeven, wat het wel erg makkelijk maakte om daarna Peking te verkennen. Er waren twee mindere puntjes. Ten eerste werkte de airco niet. Vermoedelijk hadden ze die nog niet aangesloten, omdat het pas april was. Opzich niet storend, want met het raam open werd de kamer ook goed gekoeld. Daarnaast was de locatie goed, maar je moet nog steeds overal minimaal 10 minuten naartoe wandelen om een metro te pakken.

Le chambre est un peu chaude, 25-26 º en permanence mais ça n'empêche pas de bien dormir. La clim semble fonctionner de manière centralisée, donc on ne décide pas vraiment.

• Abigail (3/5): Not suitable for family, only suitable if you are ok with the smoke smell. - The location is superb. It is within 5 mins walk to Metalhand (a famous coffee place) and near the train station, attractions and eateries. There is a strong smoke smell in the room and within the hotel. It is unsuitable to stay. There’s also mould on the bathtub wall and the floor is still dusty. There’s even palm print on the glass panel. It feels dirty to stay in there, we changed our hotel stay from 7 nights to 2 nights after we found another hotel to move to. The staff tried to move us to another room (bigger) but the whole experience was affected and we are uninterested to stay anymore. The cleaning was slow too. We went out at 9am and came back at 4pm but the room is still not clean. This was after we feedback to them last night that there is a strong smell in the room.

• Martin (10/5): - The location is perfect for a stay in Beijing! Very nice area and the metro + bus in about 5 min walk. The room was absolutely clean and quiet. Very friendly stuff! I totally recommend to stay here and would definitely come here again!

• Ana (8/5): Pekín sin filtros - Ubicación excelente, personal amable, entorno, calidad precio increíble. Pasear por las callejuelas y sentir el verdadero Pekín es un viaje al tiempo. Por poner un pero, al ser 3 personas adultas, la habitación era con un sofá/cama que hacía de supletorio, infernal, durísimo e incómodo, no había otra opción de 3 (se supone que son para niño) acabamos durmiendo las 3 en la misma cama doble.
