- Chi (8/5): - Overall, we were happy with our selection of Cloudy. It is relatively near the bustling pedestrian street and tons of shopping and restaurants. The metro is underneath the hotel. Complimentary bottles of water are available for each day we were here. The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful. We aren’t sure what to think about our room however. It was clean and spacious, the bed was firm just the way we like it. There is a kitchen, but no pots, pans, plates, or silverware. And the sofa and chair were worn. Guess it was alright for the value.
- Sasha Gaye (2/5): - The room and bathroom were a big disappointment. Bathroom was dirty and the room was not clean. The bed linen was clean though.
- Jenny (6/5): - Staying at cloudy apartment was riddled with small inconveniences that made the overall experience negative, especially for a family of 5. On the first day, we were greeted by a puddle of water on the floor. We also had only 2 towels and other items for our group of 5. Wifi for foreigners without a Chinese number required assistance from staff. We dealt with the puddle ourselves, but asked the front desk for help with the towels and wifi. It took several hours and multiple requests before they assisted. The staff were courteous. The room had a washer but no dryer and not a lot of hanging space. There were no outlets or table surface near the beds. There was a small kitchenette but no plates, pans, or cutlery. We also noted that the bathroom door was a sliding door without a lock. Worst yet, there was a pretty sizable gap to see through. I know China often has these types of bathroom doors, but it is unacceptable for a room to accommodate 6 people. The shampoo was in a container that was hard to dispense. The list goes on. The remaining days we stayed were better overall, but I would not stay here again in the future. I would say the location is probably the best feature of this hotel since it is near a subway station. The price is also attractive, which is why my rating remains 3 stars.

- Duc (6/5): - The location is faultless as it’s in A Mall on top of Gongyuanqian metro station, and very walkable to Beijing Lu with lots of dinning options. But the apartments themselves are in need of refurbishment - wallpapers falling down, water stains in places. What’s most annoying is that the apartments are not smoke free, and many guests smoke indoors.

- Hussain (10/5): - Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum av Guangzhou, med mange spisesteder i nærheten, noe som gjorde det enkelt å finne god mat i gåavstand. Personalet var veldig behjelpelige og imøtekommende, selv om ikke alle snakket engelsk – de gjorde sitt beste for å hjelpe oss. En ekstra pluss var sjåføren som kjørte oss til flyplassen tidlig om morgenen – svært serviceinnstilt og pålitelig. Vi anbefaler absolutt å bestille taxi gjennom hotellet dersom du reiser på natten. Alt i alt et veldig bra opphold!

- Jessica (8/5): - The hotel/apartment building is located off Peking Road - an active shopping and eating district. We were unhappy with the smokiness of our first room but the staff were able to find us one that fit our needs. The building is showing it’s age but overall it was a good experience.
- hsiao yi (8/5): 物有所值 - 一棟商住混合的大樓，樓下是商場，樓上有一般住家、酒店公寓、月子中心之類的。酒店公寓不只一間，在一樓check-in要注意自己訂的是哪一家酒店。前台及客房清潔都不錯，但房間也的確比較老舊，有座椅破損之類的瑕疵存在，介意的話就比較麻煩；看重的是有洗衣機和簡易廚具，對於出門玩、不想手洗衣服或去洗衣房的人很不錯。週邊吃的也多，又在兩條地鐵的交會處，去哪都方便。

- Raghid (2/5): - First of all, they don’t understand you no matter what you say or translate, you can literally bring a translator and the staff just doesn’t understand ANYTHING. Our room needed wifi set up so I took a nap in my room and was suddenly woken up by extremely loud staff talking and laughing extremely loudly while they set up the wifi, one of them was on the phone right next to my bed just talking, I was dumbfounded! Upon their exit they slammed the door TWICE! When I complained they didn’t understand anything I was saying so I didn’t bother at this point! My bathroom door was broken so they brought someone to fix it, the fixer climbed on a broken wooden ladder and it snapped mid work, leaving chips of wood all over my room, yes I stepped on some! Thankfully it didn’t injure me.. they eventually fixed it but I am never ever returning to this hotel, be warned.

- Jinni (10/5): - For the price this place is fantastic. The staff is very helpful, clean sheets every day if you want and walking distance to major cultural sites. I even walked to Canton Tower. Totally worth it.
- Helen (10/5): - The apartments were nicely set up and the housekeeping is very responsive. Very comfortable apartment with space for making tea or reheating with microwave and a laundry machine. One thing to note is that although there are numerous elevators, they always seems to be packed.

- Cho Yau (10/5): - Service is superb. The whole place is clean and modernized. We sleep well. The last thing I wish their washing and dry machines could well be fixed so we could use itnext time we visit.
- Hiroyuki (10/5): Friendly staff - Staffs accommodated my requests with smile every time. Room itself is very clean and well maintained. Only problem is Wifi because you need to have a local phone for verification. This is the only unfriendly part of the stay, you can ask them to connect using their phone, though.

- Dominiquee (10/5): - I loved it here, the staff were amazing. The lady who cleaned my room even give me a birthday gift which was so special. I’ll be back in May that’s how I much I loved it. I travelled solo and was able to get around very easily. This was such a special visit for me as my heritage is Jamaican and Chinese 💜

- Sonia (10/5): Good location - Good location, walking distance to Beijing road Pedestrian street. So many eateries n restaurants near the apartment. Metro is walking distance too.
- Shen Hui (6/5): Unpleasant Stay - The hotel location is good and convenient for shopper and near to Beijing Road (walking distance). However the address provided by Hotel.com in the listing was incorrect and lead us to a wrong place. We could only find the correct address from the email confirmation (instead of the apps). It was unpleasant experience and Hotel.com should look into this issue asap. The hotel room condition was old.
