- Helen (10/5): Very lovely apartment hotel - The apartment room was remarkably spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with cutlery, plates, glassware, knives, a microwave, and a pan. Additionally, the washing machine features a drying setting, and while it may not completely dry clothing, a convenient drying rack is provided by the window for air-drying. An iron was also available, which proved to be quite useful. The large windows offered a delightful view. Locating the apartment was a minor challenge as the entrance is situated at the rear of the building. However, its proximity to numerous food stalls makes the location exceptionally convenient.

- Cam (10/5): Excellent location with friendly staffs - I love the location as it across the road from the pedestrian street with so much happening yet the room is still peaceful with minimal noise. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. This apartment is so close to metro, shops and restaurants and l was so glad l book it!!! Will definitely be returning when in Shenzen next 😃 Can't think of anything that l don't like about it.

Just steps away from Dongmen Old Street and only 5 minutes from the very first McDonald’s in China. Everything you need—great food, vibrant vibes—is within walking distance. You’re also right in the heart of Shenzhen, with the Metro just a convenient 1-minute walk away. And then there’s the property itself: spotless rooms, friendly and helpful staff—what more could you ask for? How about a microwave, stovetop, and even a washing machine! All in all, an excellent place to stay that combines comfort, convenience, and unbeatable location.

- Silviu (10/5): Excellent value for money, ideal location, big quiet rooms - I originally wanted to stay a few days at this location, but loved it so much I ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. Here is what i liked - great location right next to pedestrian street. But rooms were really quiet. - bed was great. Good mattress, loved the pillows and the covers - staff was really nice - internet was fast. I had some meetings and I needed good wifi. - it would have been nice if the room intelligent controller has a English language setting, as I could not use it.

Will stay again. - Sorry we didn't try the breakfast as there are better local breakfast in the neighbourhood instead of the usual Western breakfast. Not a full hotel with full hotel facilities. It has a reception [friendly and helpful]. Breakfast is served on the 3rd floor if you like the usual hotel breakfast. However it would have been good if your hotel detail has the Chinese name detail [壹堂 in the attached pic], as I struggle to locate the hotel on google with Just CM Service Apartment. Also advise traveller that it is not accessible by taxi and you need to walk in though not an issue in good weather. We arrived in the rain so that was a bit of an issue.
- Gecko70 (8/5): Close to perfect, if it wasn't for the thin walls. - The staff were very nice and were even handing out small gifts for National Day. The room was perfectly fine. The price was affordable. If you ordered something for delivery a robot would bring it to your room. The apartment building is in Dongmen, a very lively area. Because of the public holiday a bit too lively for my taste, but I can't hold that against them. I used the kitchen a few times, but was missing washing liquid to clean up. The cleaning ladies took care of that. Very close to the metro station, so easy to reach. The entrance is at the back of a building though and a bit hard to find the first time. My only complaint is that the walls are rather thin, as are the windows. You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and outside. From outside there was a continuous jingle playing in one of the stores that I can't get out of my head now. :-( Next door, there was somebody with either a chronic, weird cough or Tourette's syndrome ... and he stayed there for the same number of days I did. And hearing people do the dirty in the other room wasn't on my wish list either. Besides that, all was perfect.
