Overall, the service staff appeared unmotivated and unhappy. Many seemed reluctant to make eye contact or greet guests, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was ok with a lot of joices. But much of the food seemed to be previously frozen and simply reheated, and there was no separate coffee cream available. Several food labels were also incorrect. These may be small details, but together they fall well below the standard I expect from a hotel of this category.

Nous avions réservé notre chambre une nuit avant notre arrivée et prévenu l’établissement en amont. L’établissement a confirmé par mail avoir pris en compte notre demande et fait le nécessaire. Et à notre arrivé rien n’avait été préparé et pire notre réservation avait été annulé. À notre départ ils ont voulu nous faire payer des prestations que nous avions déjà réglées le jour même. C’est inadmissible et ce fut une expérience très contrariante.

- Bong Yin (7/5): Not bad - Nice and great looking building the hotel rooms. Very clean despite the huge number of people passing by every day. Comfortable beds. Helpful and polite staff members. Underground train station just opposite to the hotel complex. Far away from major attractions and shopping areas. We travelled in a large group and it took at least 20mins taxi ride to each famous attraction. No convenience store close by. Very busy hotel with people everywhere.
- Laura (10/5): Recomendo!!! Com certeza um dos melhores hotéis de Guangzhou - O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso, superou totalmente minhas expectativas. O quarto é grande, cama grande e muito confortável, tem tudo que você pode precisar (tabua de passar roupa, ferro, chaleira elétrica, guarda-chuva, chinelos, roupão, etc). O chuveiro é simplesmente um dos melhores que já usei, além de ter uma banheira muito boa também. O café da manhã tem muitas opções, tanto orientais quanto ocidentais. O hotel conta ainda com bons restaurantes buffet e a la carte, com ótimas opções para jantar. Fomos para a Canton Fair, então a localização é um ponto negativo (mais ou menos 1h de carro no horário de pico), mas a estrutura do hotel acabou compensando.
