- Effie (9/5): Very smooth and relaxing stay. - the breakfast was excellent. Varied food options. I came to attend the Canton Fair and the drive by shuttle bus was about an hour, it would have been nice if it was closer, but it was ok. The staff were friend. Taxis were always quick. We even got complimentary bicycles to travel close by the hotel which was amazing. The location was quiet and beautiful with all the trees and nature. Communication was sometimes an issue with the staff, but luckily, I had google translation app to help. We did hear some inappropriate noise on the first night that we checked in, luckily it did not happen again.

Территория очень красивая, в отеле спокойно и комфортно находиться после шума города. Всем советую, возле отеля есть метро В принципе все было хорошо, персонал очень вежлив, помощники которые убирают комнаты очень хорошие и вежливые, но кровать конечно немного маловата на 2 человек. А так, все понравилось

- STEPAN (1/5): Очень все плохо!!! - Ничего Заселился в отель, зашел в номер, и был шокирован грязью в номере, и полной тотальной разрухой. То что видите на фото, на самом деле далеко не так, фотки в профиле красивые, тем самым завлекают людей, люди платят, заселяются, видят весь этот бардак - хотят немедленно съехать, а персонал отказывается возвращать деньги, с чем и я собственно столкнулся. Спустился на ресепшен, сказал обо всем, они твердо говорили - что нет оснований на возврат, и вообще они не причем, но я стоял твердо на своем. В итоге кое-как получил свои деньги обратно, но не полностью, потратив полтора часа времени на все эти разборки. Вернули они мне 2252 юаня, вместо уплаченных 2464 юаней, так и не понял за что удержали, ну как бы Бог с ними. Далее сотрудница, руководствуясь распоряжением своего начальника, говорит открыть ей приложение booking.com и дать ей, я даю ей, ничего не подозревая, а она в это время делает запрос на изменение дат моего проживания с 8 суток на 1 сутки, без моего согласия на это, далее выставляет мне счет на 270 юаней, говорит нужно оплатить на сутки, но я же тупой, естественно я отказался, и ушел. Я неоднократно предлагал вызвать на место полицию, но они всячески пытались уйти от разговора в правовом поле, ибо правда за мной. В общем никому не советую, нагло обманывают людей, фото в профиле очень хорошо отретушированы, по факту заселитесь и будете в шоке от разницы. Поберегите свои деньги, здоровье, нервы и драгоценное время!
