- Mei Sai Lolita (8/5): 今次入住體驗只屬及格以上 - 今次係第三次入住 亦都係體驗最差嘅一次,今次安排喺五樓,樓下就係垃圾站,經常有人掉大型垃圾好嘈吵 另外浴室行出地板有啲問題,經過時候非常嘈,尤其是夜晚去廁所嘅時候可以整醒另一位！之前有潤膚液今次冇咗！ 左邊床,被面有污漬！ 另外今次小君好似有啲問題,叫咗佢好多次都冇乜反應,要用手動控制 冷氣中途突然間試過一兩次自動熄咗！ 之前兩次入住都冇呢啲問題,希望下次再入住唔好再安排我住低層,同垃圾房樓上真係幾嘈！ 之前入住冇早餐,今次有早餐,中式比西式嘅好食,建議睇入住情況再安排食物,有啲食物真係放得太多,太耐火腿腸仔變得好乾！腸粉同粥幾好食！

- Chris (10/5): - Excellent accomodation. Staff helpful, good little cafe at reception. Turn left out of hotel and a few minutes walk from bustling food shops and restaurants. 3-4 minutes walk from metro, when turning right out of hotel.
- Kamran (2/5): - Worst experience. I never had such a bad experience ever while travelling to China. Hotel is totally different from the pictures shown on the platform. Apart from other negative points, worst was that there are no lockers in the rooms and big amount of cash got stolen from our rooms. I proved it from the facts that their house keeping staff stole the money but the hotel management wasn’t ready to cooperate in inquiring. Rather they tried to pressurise me and blamed me for extortion. Instead of helping the customer they rather got defensive. Their management was reluctant to check their CCTV footages and even after repeated requests they didn’t check CCTV footages to find out that who entered my room. Overall a pathetic experience. This hotel is just too much over-rated on expedia may be with fake reviews. I won’t recommend to anyone.

- Siu Lun (8/5): - Great hotel with clean, well-equipped rooms and at a very reasonable price. Staff are courteous and helpful. Complimentary coffees are a nice touch. Location is convenient with lots of eateries around. Downsides are the front of hotel is fenced off from the road so cars pickup and drop offs needs to be around 20 metres away and not so convenient if you're carrying lots of bags and luggage. Also ceiling and seals inside shower showing a bit of age and wear. Otherwise housekeeping does a great job as the room is very clean by smaller hotels' standards.

- KAM NGOR (2/5): - 訂房是兩位成人及加購早餐，用餐前，女服務員竟然說只訂了一位早餐，我查看資料及出示証明，確實註明兩位成人及免費早餐，那位女服務員不服氣說，今次可兩位用餐，態度很差，令我感到很不安。我確實有付費，並不是白吃的，竟如此態度。退房時，男服務員說是他們弄錯了，應該包含兩份早餐，還贈飲品及致歉。另外，房間床邊沒有防護，容易碰到受傷，很危險。經過這次不愉快經歷，以後不會入住，亦不會推薦給朋友。

- Tatsuya (8/5): - ベッドの横に段差があります。注意していても必ず足を引っかけます。 朝食ビュッフェは美味しいですが、種類はそんなにありません。注文するとお粥を目の前で作ってくれます。 ホテルの南側は飲食店が沢山あります。 徒歩10分くらいに华润万家という大き目のスーパーマーケットがあります。2階にビールも売っています。 老街も徒歩10分くらいです。 地下鉄の湖贝站まで徒歩4分です。 PCで作業できるような机はありません。丸いテーブルがあり、14インチノートPCを置くとマウスのスペースをなんとか確保できるかな、、という感じです。 10階の部屋に宿泊しました。自分の部屋は2重窓の外側の窓がしっかりと閉まりませんでしたが、騒音は微かに車のクラクションが聞こえてくるくらいです。 5泊し、周りの宿泊客の気配は全く聞こえませんでした。これはたまたま隣の部屋に誰も泊まっていなかったからなのかもしれませんが。 冷蔵庫はまったく冷えません。 Wi-Fiは途切れることなく使えました。当然ですがGoogleやX(Twitter)などは規制されて見えません。

- William (10/5): - It's close to subway, walkable in 5 mins, and it's close to many shops and eateries. We're allowed to check in an hour before official check-in time. Room was clean, spacious, modern and with a very big TV. The street around is always busy, particularly when construction work is undergoing. Included breakfast was quite good, not fancy but with reasonably mix to make it filling and nutritious. It's not a fancy hotel but practicable and good value.

The hotel room is very clean and modern - buttons right by the bed that make turning off the light convenient, bidet in bathroom, TV where you can see which laundry machines are open, etc. Speaking of laundry, a huge perk of this hotel is that there are 3 washing and drying machines each in the hotel! There is also a breakfast which had an amazing spread - we ate there both mornings and fully enjoyed ourselves! Staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again!

I have thank the check in staff who promptly arranged for me to check in much earlier then the usual 2pm No questions asked...! 2 thumbs up. Highly recommend for short stays, near to Dongmen, Luohu, etc.

- KOK SENG (10/5): - Excellent facilities with modern amenities. Thumb up. Provided very good complimentary coffee too. Walking distant to Dongmen Pedestrian Street.
- Freddie (10/5): 3rd Stay in 6 months - I would say that it still is convenient but the rate of the services have dwindled since the last time I came here in July and Sept. I would think going to a hotel multiple times and getting acquainted to the staff there would get you better/warmer service but it isn’t the case here. However, price point is still good for long term stays.

- Gerald (8/5): Great hotel with good value. - As previously mentioned a number of times, we truly enjoy staying at this hotel not only because of its surrounding, close to the infamous walking streets and good selections of eateries, most importantly are both the amenities and those helpful and friendly staff like Locus and his colleagues. I'd highly recommend this hotel to all my friends who come to Shenzen for a visit. Daily breakfasts were ample and large varieties.
