NATALIA (9/5): - Прекрасный, чистый, уютный отель. Номера большие, комфортные. С замечательными видами. Хорошие завтраки. Рядом куча кафе, магазин Персонал не говорит на английском. В день выезда попросили отчётные документы. Администратор вместо этого стала заниматься доставкой еды кому то в номер. Мы ожидали её с чемоданами и такси. В день заезда с нас взяли депозит. Чек на это не выдали. В день выезда вернули меньшую сумму. На наш вопрос почему ответа не последовало. Поскольку на английском никто не говорит. Очень удобно.

Raymond (7/5): The Pullman is near perfect but will always be lacking without any English speaking staff at reception!! - The property was modern, impressive, spacious and perfectly located for our business trip. The restaurant was sensational and the food was super impressive. The room itself was large with a great bathroom. Just a shame that there was no English speaking tv channels, but this wasn’t a huge issue. The downfall of this hotel is the lack of any English speaking staff! You would expect that after all the effort put into building such a beautiful, modern international hotel like the Pullman in Shuitou, provisions would have be3n made for at least one English speaking staff member at reception at all times. This is a huge failure and many people I’d spoken to about it agree. The staff are very inexperienced, even arranging collection of laundry was an effort. If the hotel got this right it would be almost perfect.

Cc (6/5): All in all, I find the rates is on the high side for that area. - Big and spacious room. Cleanliness is good too! It is a big hotel at that area. It was so big until there was no one to greet or usher you to the Reception counter. We found our way there. Hospitality quality has to be improved. Nevertheless, the Housekeeping team did a good work in upkeeping the room's cleanliness. Food quality wise, fair. Location wise, it is located in the busiest part of Shuitou town with plenty of eateries and amenities around.
